1  Economy / Gambling / Re: Cloudbet | Bitcoin Casino & Sportsbook | The No.1 Bitcoin Gambling Site on: November 19, 2020, 04:36:56 PM
Completely disagree- I'm a very honest person with a lot of integrity.  I lied about location, because I felt entitled to the money I sent to Cloudbet.  This was a wrong approach and a moment of dishonesty- however this is not my character.

I have nothing against Cloudbet, RedApples (who repeatedly is trying to smear my character as he feels I have done towards Cloudbet).

I believe that the reasons Cloudbet gave for not returning the balance (deposits less than the withdrawals) is false.  I'm simply wanting clarification on the matter from the official source, not sure why that's not acceptable.

I will continue to defend my character to the wild accusations about cheating, scamming, psycho babble crap.  This is all stuff that in any court of law would be terroristic threats or slander- however this guy is completely anonymous and feels he can get away with saying anything to sway public opinion and make me look like a villain for asking for the money I sent to Cloudbet back.  Again, get over yourself.

For anyone curious about what is going on ($15,000 balance not being paid out):
Again:
I ran up a balance on Cloudbet, I withdrew everything multiple times, then I deposited into bitcoin, withdrew, deposited into bitcoin cash, there was a negative balance in the bitcoin balance, I went to withdraw the bitcoin cash balance and instead of taking the mis-grade balance out of the bitcoin cash withdrawal, Cloudbet decided to confiscate the entire balance (at the time it was $15,000 or 67 BCH).  But now it's a bit more.

I'm simply asking Cloudbet to return the 67 BCH minus the -.26 misgrade.  I'd urge anyone to look at the case and how they used this mis-understanding to cite TOS and go against the past precedent of returning account balances to players (liquidity issues)?

Cloudbet attempted to shut me down privately in emails saying the case was closed.  They continued to respond on bitcointalk after this.  Then they closed the case before all of the evidence was allowed to be collected and I was continuing to send them evidence in emails.

I'm simply asking for an official response to why I'm not being paid the account balance for reasons of "deposits less than withdrawals" when in fact my deposits are much much more than withdrawals, I was a long time losing gambler, losing my money over and over.  I'm not a sharp.  I just am asking for the account balance back, it's not too much to ask and I hope Cloudbet can make an official response so I can decide whether or not to continue updating the community on the matter.  I actually do care about other people getting stuck in similar situations.

Then redapples has made his fresh account and has been steady trying to silence me for two months with terroristic threats and slander, so that anyone new coming to the thread dismisses me.  If you notice he's the only person attacking me.  Other people were hurt that I lied about my location but obviously not enough to dismiss my character.

Cloudbet, please make an official response to the matter, and why past precedent isn't coming into play here with how you have settled past cases.  Thank you ever so kindly.

"Moving forward, all updates regarding this case will be made on this thread."

The case was closed prematurely without looking at the facts.  I overreacted and apologize, but can we please get a resolution with the provable facts presented and looking at the past precedented about how publicly these cases have been resolved in the past with the player being returned the account balance for wagers made on the site in fair use?  It's easy to close a case before you get the whole story and ghost.  I'd like to get the official response from Cloudbet regarding the case.  My deposits were far greater than the withdrawals.

I made the bets, I feel I should be paid.  I have lost tens of thousands to the site even if I were paid the balance I'd still have given money to Cloudbet over the years.  The case needs to be looked at again, I'd appreciate that certainly.  I apologize for overreacting in the weeks following the closing of the case, but it was closed prematurely and needs to be looked at again.  It's a lot of money we are talking.
3  Economy / Gambling / Re: Cloudbet | Bitcoin Casino & Sportsbook | The No.1 Bitcoin Gambling Site on: November 19, 2020, 04:12:28 AM
I'm still awaiting official word from Cloudbet regarding the new facts presented in the case.  It's been about two months now.  Can we hopefully come to a resolution?  No replies from emails, anything.
4  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Cloudbet $15,000 confiscated due to US Citizenship on: November 19, 2020, 04:06:55 AM
I jsut want to hear what cloudbet has to say, it's been two months. I'm done conversing with people until then. I will just await to see if cloudbet says anyhting. if not whatever, i'll move on. but I wish it would get resolved.

Look I don't want any more problems, I apologize for stating false facts in the beginning. I was scared I wouldn't get paid. My reality came true. I apologize about all of it... I think jackson knows my character, and is pushing me to walk away for own mental health and to live a fruitful life, it's definitely a tough situation.

To the people talking crap and talking down to me, I'm sure you've done a lot worse than lie about your location when gambling on the internet. Good luck.

i will continue to quote this when being attacked.  I did no such wrong doings, I didn't try and steal any money- if you think that you somehow mis-interpreted the case.  I also overreacted and got upset- and lied about my location.  I apologize about that.
5  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Cloudbet $15,000 confiscated due to US Citizenship on: November 18, 2020, 03:08:45 PM
two months still no official statement from cloudbet regarding new facts and figures with verifiable deposit/withdrawal proof.
6  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Cloudbet $15,000 confiscated due to US Citizenship on: November 14, 2020, 02:22:58 AM
I admit I overreacted so horribly- I apologize eternally for that, to the community, to Cloudbet, to everyone.

I've since completely pulled back and changed my approach.  It's been over a month of me mostly not even posting, and when I do I'm apologizing left and right for overreacting and overreaching.  I really am sorry about the way I went about trying to plead my case to the public when I felt helpless dealing with them privately.

Trust me, I feel awful about the way I handled things.  I've been apologizing for over a month, and I hardly post about it now, I'm just waiting to hear back after more facts have been presented.  I agree, I wish it would get resolved.  No I didn't ruin anyone's reputation, I don't have that power.  If I ruined anyone's reputation it was my own with lying about it out of desperation to get the funds I sent them back.  Trust me, I feel awful about the dishonesty about my location and about the past losing account.

Now the facts are out, I've shown with provable evidence the links above to the deposits and withdrawals showing I have lost tens of thousands of dollars to the site.  Now let's see what Cloudbet has to say.  Please.  Appreciate your feedback, and again, I am sorry for reacting the way I did and throwing a tantrum.  Now let's see what Cloudbet's official word on the matter will be and go from there.  It's been 2 months.

You are one person.  Majority of people think I should be due the funds.  I lost tens of thousands to the site and they haven't responded since this was revealed.

Cloudbet in the past has said, I quote:

We always pay players when they cooperate and provide the correct documents.

I provided the correct documents.  The reasoning of it being due to me being a USA player, they always return the "account balance".  Do you need me to dig up the post for you or have you not educated yourself on the case?

Of course I'm not going to go away until this is resolved.  Why would you think otherwise?
10  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Cloudbet $15,000 confiscated due to US Citizenship on: November 10, 2020, 11:12:31 PM
here are the 200 deposits and ~30 withdrawals showing I actually was down 2.7 bitcoins on the site before taking a one or two year break and forgetting my logins and making a new account.  I realize it's complicated but I've lost tens of thousands on the site, and their reasonings of me being in the profit on the site are blatantly false given these facts:

200 provable deposits
https://imgur.com/a/cKScZIG

30 withdrawals
https://imgur.com/a/tUUxi0e

I realize I broke TOS- however it was completely non-malicious.  I'm a losing bettor, it's proven with facts here.

The figures are that I was down 2.7 bitcoins on the previous account.  So holding the 67 BCH minus the .27 bitcoin misgrade doesn't seem to apply.

Some guy JacksonStreet and many other shill accounts of cloudbet's are trying to talk me out of gambling and convince me to walk away.  I have walked away- for weeks.  I'm still awaiting any update from Cloudbet on the case.

Please stop having RedApples and JacksonStreet on SBRforum try and make me look bad over and over on here.  It's so tiring.

Here it shows that he's actually stalking my profiles and talking about my businesses:

Can we get a resolution?  I don't want beef, I just want some type of resolution to the matter, you know?

People stalking my profiles, talking about my business, doing all sorts of stuff to try and make me go away.  Is this how a proper business is run guys?  Seriously?  Can you for once be a decent site and pay your customers, pay your players?

I don't even think about this case at all any more.  I just post updates once a week and there are people apparently stalking me.  Make it stop guys.  Let's get a resolution.  I've walked away for weeks.  I'm just gently asking to please stop the personal attacks, and just confront the real situation here.  Let's get an official response from cloudbet.  It's been almost two months.

Apparently someone else's complaint was resolved after 40 days because they started a complaint on askgamblers.

Askgamblers doesn't accept cases pertaining to sports betting.  He must have been a casino gambler.

Patiently awaiting a response from cloudbet.  It's been 2 months since the case was closed prematurely.
14  Economy / Gambling / Re: Cloudbet | Bitcoin Casino & Sportsbook | The No.1 Bitcoin Gambling Site on: November 10, 2020, 05:28:13 PM
askgambler's refuses to take my case because it has to do with "sports betting".

How did he get accepted?  Is he a casino gambler instead?

I still have received no word about the facts presented in the case.  How is his resolved and not mine?  I have lost tens of thousands on the site and have shown that it can be proven- in these cases in the past precedent shows that Cloudbet returns the money.  Their reasoning for keeping the money sent to them was that my deposits were less than the withdrawals, however this is completely false in my case and I've proven it!  What is going on seriously?

Cloudbet pushed me to make a complaint on AskGambler's just to get my money back- and AskGambler's doesn't even accept complaints having to do with sports betting.

What is your guy's take on all this?  Please respond Cloudbet it has been almost 2 months since your response.  The case was closed very prematurely.  Please allow us to resolve the case.  I'd appreciate it, I'm sure other people would appreciate seeing the resolution as well.
15  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Confiscated balance at sportsbet.io on: November 10, 2020, 01:25:03 PM
good luck man. this industry is going down the drain.  There's too much competition and not enough sports action, and it is showing the dark side of the industry when they are able to take player money with no repercussion due to dwindling income from the books.
16  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Cloudbet $15,000 confiscated due to US Citizenship on: November 09, 2020, 02:10:59 PM
I haven't heard a peep from Cloudbet unfortunately, and no.  They claim to have "sent my deposits back".  This is not the case.  My account was zero balanced, I sent around $25,000 in a 24 hour period.  I went to withdraw $15,000 in BCH, there was the mis-grade error, they want to void all wagers or do all sorts of things to say I don't deserve my deposits back, and then claim that they sent my deposits back.

I provided evidence that I've actually lost tens of thousands of dollars in bitcoin to the site, I didn't mean to abuse TOS it was my mistake.  I'm hoping we can come to a resolution but I haven't heard a peep since I presented the new facts with the fact that I have not won on the site long term, in fact I'm still down tens of thousands.  It was my mistake, I am hoping we can resolve it.

They said the reason I'm not being paid back the money I sent in is because my deposits were less than the withdrawals, however with past posts I have proved this is not the case.

Thanks for continuing to push for a resolution.
17  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Cloudbet $15,000 confiscated due to US Citizenship on: November 05, 2020, 07:42:18 PM
It is maybe complicated, but Cloudbet scammed many people for enormous amounts. I would say: just pay this customer the last deposit back and case closed.
The fact that he made some other accounts is not good and complicated, but  that is not a reason to confiscate the money. They can return it easily. I think that they are not even allowed to take it.

At this point I indeed would take a partial payment and I agree I did some stupid things. I appreciate the input. Thank you. I hope that cloudbet will respond again one day.
18  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Cloudbet $15,000 confiscated due to US Citizenship on: November 05, 2020, 01:32:22 AM
Click this post to see the drawn out figures breakdown

The total means I am down still over 2 bitcoins even if I were paid out (negative 2 bitcoins) so these are the figures.
I realize above is the long drawn out post, it could be much more concise, but basically:
I am down about 2 bitcoins on the site and all the factual information is above, with provable pictures on imgur of the deposits and withdrawals on the site!
19  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Cloudbet $15,000 confiscated due to US Citizenship on: November 04, 2020, 12:59:14 PM

What is with this sudden policy change after such a sincere post by Cloudbet two years ago in a previous case (one of many).  This is alarming to say the least and should be cause for community concern about their ability to pay out large wins ($15,000 is not a large win by the way, and was also less than my deposit which is even MORE alarming) and liquidity issues.  It has been two years since they have shown proof of funds.

i want to gently ask cloudbet to please respond it's been 6 weeks and no word about a payment, partial payment, anything.  They know I am under duress and have given all the facts moving forward, please take a look at the case cloudbet.
20  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Cloudbet $15,000 confiscated due to US Citizenship on: October 24, 2020, 05:11:37 AM
OK man I will answer all of your questions.  Please.  I don't want any beef, please.
