I did not see this topic for a while. I thought they disappeared but still active it seems. I wanted to ask if somebody can recommend this site, but if I take a look at the last reviews, that does not promise anything good. Or maybe some people have positive experience?

Hello guys !
Just to warn you be really careful with CloudBet, i think i got scammed, i played there for a few months but 1 month ago, i had some big wins and one day to another my account got locked with all my funds and i was asked to prove my identity, fine i sent an email with all the proofs but 1 month later still nothing and every time i exchange with the support, i am told that there is no update about my case and they have no contact with the verification team.
I think as long as you don't win much it won't happen to you but get out before the same happens to you
Stay safe
If you feel you have been scammed or your case is not being solved then why don't you just create a decent scam accusation/complaint with proof such as screenshots of mails and chat logs with support showing how they have been tossing you around? Nobody needs to talk a full month verifying KYC. That's not fair IMO.

I think this is something we really don't want as gambler. Hopefully your problem will be resolved soon. Someone has advised you to thread an accusation on a reputation board regarding a problem you are having on the site. You have to have enough evidence and do it well and see how the team react. I don't think they would risk the reputation of their site just to make fun of you. 1 month without verification is very annoying thing, you have to do something if you really feel cheated. However, without sufficient evidence, your case can still be considered a false accusation.

Chipscheat think he got scammed, that is not enough, he should be conclusive that he was scammed and provide all the evidence in a scam accusation that he will make. This thread has been ruined already by the scam accusation post, and its enough to see one posting consistently about him getting scam, if another user post the same, I don't know if we can still read the thread according to its purpose. A scam accusation is really recommended to someone who believe he was scammed by the site.

Hello the only proof i can give you is this email : https://imgur.com/a/KLqmzB5As somebody else already mentioned in another thread, Cloudbet is directly linked to Game-Protect. I think everybody will recognize this name until eternity. On https://game-protect.com/ there is an affiliate link from Cloudbet, which means they have some sort of partnership with game-protect. Decide for yourself what you think about that.

Lately, this site seems to have lost a fair bit of reputation and brand awareness. Similarly, there was a case of a player, where they also refused to come to a solution.
I don't really understand why they want to suffer so much image damage for a relatively small amount. a KYC, that should be arranged like that?
A few days, that would be a long time for a KYC. And besides, what can be checked since these are crypto transactions? In principle, this should be arranged. Too bad it is now taking a long time.
At Cloudbet they really have to do something about that and speed up the process considerably.

That's took too long haha, but lucky you the verification of yours was completed, others turned out to be much suspicious. Recently there are some accusations about cloudbet, but it was later found out that it was a false accusation.

askgambler's refuses to take my case because it has to do with "sports betting".
How did he get accepted? Is he a casino gambler instead?
I still have received no word about the facts presented in the case. How is his resolved and not mine? I have lost tens of thousands on the site and have shown that it can be proven- in these cases in the past precedent shows that Cloudbet returns the money. Their reasoning for keeping the money sent to them was that my deposits were less than the withdrawals, however this is completely false in my case and I've proven it! What is going on seriously?
Cloudbet pushed me to make a complaint on AskGambler's just to get my money back- and AskGambler's doesn't even accept complaints having to do with sports betting.
What is your guy's take on all this? Please respond Cloudbet it has been almost 2 months since your response. The case was closed very prematurely. Please allow us to resolve the case. I'd appreciate it, I'm sure other people would appreciate seeing the resolution as well.

I still don't understand why Cloudbet doesn't want to solve this neatly and in a human way. They could still calculate how much has been deposited in total, and how much this user has cashed out. If he has cashed out more than he deposited, then the case is closed, I think. If the amount of deposits is higher than the amount in payouts, they can still refund this amount. They don't even lose money with that. But then it must be possible to prove it. I thought Askgamblers was doing all gambling related business, but apparently only casinos.

that is exactly right. and here are the 200 deposits and ~30 withdrawals showing I actually was down 2.7 bitcoins on the site before taking a one or two year break and forgetting my logins and making a new account. I realize it's complicated but I've lost tens of thousands on the site, and their reasonings of me being in the profit on the site are blatantly false given these facts: 200 provable deposits https://imgur.com/a/cKScZIG30 withdrawals https://imgur.com/a/tUUxi0eI realize I broke TOS- however it was completely non-malicious. I'm a losing bettor, it's proven with facts here. The figures are that I was down 2.7 bitcoins on the previous account. So holding the 67 BCH minus the .27 bitcoin misgrade doesn't seem to apply.

Some guy JacksonStreet and many other shill accounts of cloudbet's are trying to talk me out of gambling and convince me to walk away. I have walked away- for weeks. I'm still awaiting any update from Cloudbet on the case. Please stop having RedApples and JacksonStreet on SBRforum try and make me look bad over and over on here. It's so tiring. Here it shows that he's actually stalking my profiles and talking about my businesses: Can we get a resolution? I don't want beef, I just want some type of resolution to the matter, you know? People stalking my profiles, talking about my business, doing all sorts of stuff to try and make me go away. Is this how a proper business is run guys? Seriously? Can you for once be a decent site and pay your customers, pay your players? I don't even think about this case at all any more. I just post updates once a week and there are people apparently stalking me. Make it stop guys. Let's get a resolution. I've walked away for weeks. I'm just gently asking to please stop the personal attacks, and just confront the real situation here. Let's get an official response from cloudbet. It's been almost two months.

You clearly don't understand what "walking away" means. It means not just walking away but also not coming back! Please stop having RedApples and JacksonStreet on SBRforum try and make me look bad over and over on here. It's so tiring.
Then just stop posting. You make yourself look bad -- you did that on your own with nobody to help you. Can we get a resolution? I don't want beef, I just want some type of resolution to the matter, you know?
The resolution is you were caught playing outside of the terms and conditions, your account was closed and your winnings have been confiscated. That's the resolution. The screenshot you posted is spot on advice for what you should do. Nobody owes you anything. You, however, owe it to yourself to move on and live the rest of your life without letting this event drag you down.

You are one person. Majority of people think I should be due the funds. I lost tens of thousands to the site and they haven't responded since this was revealed.
Cloudbet in the past has said, I quote:
We always pay players when they cooperate and provide the correct documents.
I provided the correct documents. The reasoning of it being due to me being a USA player, they always return the "account balance". Do you need me to dig up the post for you or have you not educated yourself on the case?
Of course I'm not going to go away until this is resolved. Why would you think otherwise?

efxes/DoubleRedDragon is literally the most dishonest person ever. He has fabricated everything and simply doing everything he can to get paid. His words: "I'm a losing desperate gambler trying to say anything to get my money back after breaking ToS"Read the thread for context. Look at this post and after to see how psychotic he is, and how desperate he is to try to control a narrative to get paid. He's sick and twisted. He has treated Cloudbet so unfairly. This guy should be BLACKLISTED from every book. No one should need to put up with someone like this. He attempts to steal from them, and then resorts to extreme extortion tactics. Read the entire thread for all details. It's scary. https://www.sportsbookreview.com/forum/sportsbooks-industry/3622234-cloudbet-confiscated-15-000-due-providing-verification-documents-usa-citizen-p9.html#post29818073He has continued to say that he has support from the community. Yet everyone who backed his claim on here, has since withdrawn and distanced themselves from him- as it was proven that he was a dishonest scammer who could not be trusted. His first attempt at extortion was to pretend as if the community was 'outraged'. All of the other 'people' turned out to be his own burner accounts and fake profiles he set up. All of the info is in this thread here and the one above.
