There are heaps of escrows that have held over millions of dollars and have not had a video chat or given their id.
When you are essentially forcing an escrow (who should already be trusted and would have no need to verify his/her id) to give your their real name, address, you are basically opening up a whole new road which can lead to you either extorting/blackmailing the escrow to release funds (you have his/hers address remember).
The other 2 terms are fine.
I would seriously encourage you to change your terms, all you are going to get are some desperate people willing to give you their id and address for some bitcoins.
PS- Also try to get an escrow supporting multi-sig, makes things safer.
I will echo for Multi signature, But i believe is that keeping conditions like this is a best way to ward off legit escrow and not being questioned because you are ready to have escrow but no escrow is himself not approaching you. |
