Thought it will be a better idea to give resources to lenders and borrowers here who deal with ETH and ERC20 Tokens for a loan.
I am shocked to see the ETHlend token raising 25 Million for just this small code. Impressive not in terms of code or development but in terms of tricking people to assume it a rocket science.

Here is the pitch:

Any Individual can develop the smart contract.
Borrower sends the ERC-20 Tokens to the contract.
Lenders send the ETH to the smart contract.

Smart Contract sends the ETH to the borrower and holds the ERC-20 Tokens in it for a required period of time.

If borrower does not send back the ETH before the required period of time the Smart Contract consider it as a NPA ( Non performing asset ) and transfers tokens to Lenders.

Let me know if this idea is good, the catch here is that you need to look for collateral of good value else tokens lying in smart contract will depreciate in value in time of market crash and you cannot do anything.

The Smart contract is easily implementable and needs only Metamask and solidity remix and ofcourse two parties.

I think this project is using ICO thread bump services.

You don't need to find jobs that pays in BTC but you can start accepting BTC for the talent you have. Getting switching to other job that pays in BTC is not good rather switch your payment mode.

Biggest problems with altcoins is that their performance is measured in terms of BTC. Given BTC is gold and if goes down the whole alt train goes down.

You want to buy altcoins for what?? I guess you have thought that don't keep all your eggs on same basket..right? Buying altcoins is same as keeping eggs in different baskets but under same roof of volatile economy. My suggestion is that invest some money in real old assets..rest is your choice.

I cherish the efforts with which ALU team handle scams. If there was a scam in which a campaign team is involved they would come infront to hide the involvement but this "ALU" team inspects the projects very deeply and blow of the scams like a inside Job.

These days getting a legit project is very rare, i consider shit coins as a scam, they might not take money and run away but will suck the BTC value of your asset like a leech.

Kindly pay deep attention to projects that involve: Medical, logistics, accommodation, payment cards, money transfer, money transfer via telecom, advertisement via blockchain and list goes on... 90% of these projects have copied ideas. copied smart contract.

In above case the team was fraud but this might not always be the case to identify you might even find a team giving speech in summit "CRYPTO ICO SUMMIT 2018 Zurich" and believe me they have no intention of blockchain implementation in so called airbnb of XYX.

Today ICO script has gone so cheap that you just need to drag and drop stuffs and you can start your own ICO.

I agree with major responses here, NEO is one of the challenger. forget about Lisk and other altcoins previously i used to think Lisk as a huge contestant but now seeing the organisation i fear.

Not always, there have been campaigns that have paid their users like 2 BTC, Telcoin paid like 3-4 BTC to each hero/legendary for signature. If you carefully select a campaign to promote then you can make good bucks.

Naga ICO has failed to get their investors their ROI in terms of USD and even in terms of BTC. I don't think roger ver is a core team member of Naga he only shilled that project like Mcafee does with shit altcoins.
