Also, as a reminder, this coin has wallet issues and you should not send more than 10,000 VGC at a time. I have lost close to 200k that are stuck in the blockchain.

Did anyone notice the block halving? Block halving is not listed in the coin specs that I can find, and I do not know where to look for this info in the code.

multipool.us has called it quits with Cryptsy due to withdrawal issues. Jan 04 1:04 PM We have attempted several times now to contact Cryptsy to get a status on BTC/LTC withdrawals but have received no response. According to reports from our users and users on other sites, it appears that Cryptsy has not processed BTC or LTC withdrawals in over a month. Other currencies may be working but are now highly inflated on Cryptsy.
We consider Cryptsy to be a defunct exchange and recommend our users avoid it. We have temporarily disabled auto and daily payouts for any users who are using Cryptsy integration in order to prevent any additional losses. In order to re-enable withdrawals, please visit your account page and set cryptsy integration to "disabled". If you have any questions please email us.

The BUN Community
Scroll up. Lead Miner of Bunnycoin opposes the burn and destruction of coins. He IS the community. Short-sighted burn scheme to pump up the price for quick gain to bootstrap your coin effort isn't what this coin is about. My main concern NXTCoin-BARR will not even exist in 6 months...brand new [ANN] with just a multi-week track isnt enough....just part of the reason why I say it's ill-advised. I oppose the destruction of the coin but holders may do as they wish with their coins. You can burn some but not all. As long as there are a few wallets connected and a couple of MH/s mining then the coin will live. As far as me being THE Bunnycoin community, I am just one of several people that have helped to keep this coin alive.

BUN Community is opposed to destruction of any charity coins.
The BUN Community supports BARR. Just this one guy who hasn't been here for the past 5 months is having a problem understanding. BUN has never been used for charity. If a charity did have some BUN at Bleutrade, they'd have to make 12 withdrawal transactions to send $100 worth of BUN. Because there's a withdrawal limit of 100 Million coins, which is worth almost nothing. So BUN will never be able to help anyone do anything, unless the price goes up, which BARR is helping to do right now. Therefore, BARR is the main thing right now working towards helping BUN and Bunnycoin charities. There are billions of BUN locked in charity addresses. No official charity coins are on any exchange. All charity addresses can be verified in the rich list. There should be close to 9.8 billion BUN in those charity addresses, however, there was probably some addresses created that skimmed some of the charity rewards. BUNNchaiaxxaS3DEcb894TomLT3VxxCcmK alone has 5425578838.60356903 BUN Any funds in these addresses should be used for the charities they are for, if they exist. Any remaining funds should be voted on by the Bunnycoin community.

Love the graphic, and all-in-all a very 'cute' coin. However in the future you may want to think of re-branding to a less 'cute' and more fitting name/logo. Can't personally see myself asking to be paid in 'buns' lol That being said, it looks like the dev team and community are very active, and have some neat things on the horizon. Also, judgin by some of this thread, they have no problem standing up and speaking out against trolls for their work Will be watching for sure. But the cuteness and crappy logo are part of what makes Bunnycoin what it is. You may not want to get paid in BUN but you can get free BUN here: https://twitter.com/Bunnycoin

Isn't it true that Bunnycoin was coded to give 10% of all mining rewards to a single person? It's worse than a premine.
And although those coins were supposed to be used for charity, isn't it true that not a single charity has ever been given any money at all?
It sounds like you're the one involved with a scam, while BARR is fully transparent.
This is not really true as anyone can create a BUNNcha address and enter it into the blockchain. The 10% mining rewards go to the top voted on addresses. As far as the listed charity addresses go, I believe no funds have been spent and am not sure if the charities even exist. The person in control of those listed addresses is a member of the original pokershibes.com group (/r/bunnyshibes) that saved BUN. If the charities exist, then the allotted funds should go to them. If not then any remaining funds should be donated to a charity voted on by the Bunnycoin community. The original idea was to wait until the BUN price gained more value before proceeding on charity sales.

BARR is associated with NXT. NXT has been recognized as a "scamcoin" NXT is down -92% from its highs.NXT is down -62% in 2015 alone. Why would anyone risk getting "paycoined" by a thread with a 1 month old ANN? Let BARR get a track record first then come back in 6-12 months. BunnyCoin has been experiencing phenomenal growth since rescued by a Pokershibes.com group, CryptoCoderz, Bleutrade and amazing pools and miners. All the FUD people are spreading about BUN is false. 2014 - 1 million BUN = 1.2 cents (or less) 2015 - 1 million BUN = 7.3 cents Edit: added CryptoCoderz, Bleutrade I am part of that pokershibes group that saved Bunnycoin. It was a coin you could own millions of, with little or no investment, and you could mine 10's of millions per day. I personally mined nearly 4 billion BUN and kept the blockchain moving when all other miners bailed. In Nov/Dec, I sold all of my Bunnycoin, so I am no longer a holder and I only mine BUN when I notice the blockchain is stuck. Most of us feel this is a coin to have fun with not really as an investment. That's why we give it away. As far as burning your coins, that would be up to the holder but I would highly recommend against burning your BUN. Burned BUN is not FUN! How much fun is BARR?

I tried to do a small withdrawal and it is still not working. I am Tier 2 level.
Bitcoin withdrawal never went through, support canceled when asked. I then traded for Doge and withdrew.

They're still having issues, or at least I'm still having issues there. Two weeks ago my 0.01 BTC withdraw request took 36 hours or so. Then I converted some random altcoins and tried to withdraw less than 0.04 BTC and it's been pending for A WEEK NOW. My account is only Tier 1, but I can't even get micro amounts out of there now, not even amounts within the "unverified" Tier 0 withdraw limit.
Support just copies and pastes the same response...
"Most BTC LTC and BTCD withdrawals are currently extremely slow moving due to tech issues. This progressively got worse over the past week and were trying to find the reason they are not going out. Please understand that due to extremely high security this a very complex system and the problem is still being resolved. "
But wait....
"mtGox CAN'T fail!"
So there you go...
Same results here with a .04 BTC withdrawal. It has been pending 3 days now. When I asked if Bitcoin withdrawals were working, (before this withdrawal) I got this reply: I am sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused you. Most BTC, LTC, DASH and BTCD withdrawals are currently extremely slow moving due to tech issues. This progressively got worse over the past week and were trying to find the reason they are not going out. Please understand that due to extremely high security this a very complex system and the problem is still being resolved. Withdrawals are moving but slow. I suggest that you try to withdraw in smaller amounts for faster processing.
We appreciate your patience and understanding on this matter. Should you wish to cancel your pending withdraw, please let us know.

Somehow I was under the impression that after the block rewards decreased to 0-10000, that it kept going with that random amount acting as inflation and mining rewards forward. Kind of like Dogecoin. They are just so similar. Thought they both came from Luckycoin too. My assumption though. Maybe somebody, someday will put together a "Family Tree" of cryptos to see how they are related. I would love to see the info that shows the mining rewards stopping if I cannot locate it.
As far as I know, only the transaction fees will be paid to miners after all "Approximately" 100 billion are mined. I have read that Bunnycoin is a clone of Memorycoin. It has a voting function that Dogecoin does not have, and 10% of mined coins go to the top voted on BUNNcha addresses.

|
|
We have reached the end of the block reward reductions and it should go on now with a random 0-10000 reward per block forever.
Not forever, only 1.38 billion BUN left to mine. My guess is a little over 6 months left for mining.

Support canceled BTC withdrawal after I asked them. No explanation on what the Bitcoin problem is. DOGE withdrawals are working.

Cryptsy still having problems. I tried a withdrawal of 0.10847498 BTC last night and this morning it is still pending. Support ticket got this reply: I am really sorry for any inconvenience this may have cause you. However, we are seeing a delay when it comes to processing BTC transactions. Our technical support team is aware of this issue and they are working on a fix.
We greatly appreciate your understanding and patience.
Sincerely, Stephanie Cryptsy.com
I am Tier 2 verified and this was the first bitcoin withdrawal I have attempted since July.

We might be able to help a little. BUN looks like a good match for a BARR exchange in January, and transactions will still work fine even if the hashrate isn't steady.
Steady hashrate is not the only issue with BUN. Without someone to solve a charity block, transactions will stop. I am checking on the blockchain from time to time and adding hashrate as needed to solve blocks. I am running 2 Mh/s and that should take care of charity blocks when difficulty is low. This setup is running on an old laptop and is not reliable and does go down. BUN will need more solo miners for the best network reliability.

BUNchain moving again
I will check from time to time to see if the blockchain is moving.
|
|
|
LMFAO! Still, this could be good to keep, just wonder who the bagholders are... I just sold my last billion so I am mostly out of Bunnycoin. I will no longer be maintaining the blockchain. BUN will need some solo miners to survive. BUN has been fun but it's time to run. Mining rewards are just too low and the interest seems to be gone.

Hi Bunnyteam, i was getting specs for each coin.
1. confirms received? 2. confirms reward? 3. average reward?
1: Received coins spendable with three confirmations 2: Mined coins mature in 260 blocks. Wallet claims mined coins are spendable after 50 blocks. 3: Block reward is random from 0 to 10,000 Is this what you were asking for?
