How to get rid of this error?  Huh

Overclocking too much. Try dropping down core clocks slowly until it's stable.

I agree with the separate ports having different difficulties.

Implement the change and I will post results.

Signatum sp-mod #6 sendt to the donators. Check your spam inboxes.

What are you getting?

The 64 bit build seems to be 3% slower than the 32 bit build on my test rig..

I'll post tests on a 1080Ti and 1070 Rig shortly. Thanks.

EDIT:

1080 Ti 46 Mh
1070 27 Mh

With the x64

vs 51 and 28.5 on CWIGM on x64

x32 SPMOD6 is same speed as CWIGM, all the same settings

parallelminer.com

any of their server psu's with breakout boards have been great to me.

Hands down this would by my recommendation too.  A server PSU with breakout boards is the way to go.  Get the 2400w model and you'll have room for growth even.  The catch is you'll also need PCI 6-pin powered risers instead of the typical sata/molex versions.  This would let you downsize your mobo PSU too, since ALL card power comes from the server supply.

My favorite perk of these supplies is cable length, with multiple GPUs placement becomes much easier.

How do you guys deal with the 240V requirement? I see they have 120V variants but they're priced around regular ATX PSU's.

Is converting to use 240V the only way or can some sort of PDU or adapter be used to run it on a regular house circuit?

Hmm.. might be hard to justify the price on this mod with the shallow orderbook and high initial cost. I'll wait it out to see how the 1080's and 1080ti's perform with the mod as that's the majority of my farm.
46  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: CCminer(SP-MOD) Modded NVIDIA Maxwell / Pascal kernels. on: July 22, 2017, 06:11:27 PM

48  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: NEMOSMINER multi algo profit switching NVIDIA miner on: July 16, 2017, 03:00:59 PM
Only equihash and I think I've heard neoscrypt? (don't have in on my list) require any memory overclock.

Also if there was a criteria for profit switching such as must be 5% more profitable that the current coin being mined over a specific time frame it could minimize the unnecessary switches.

I believe this is the reason why people hate on Zpool claiming its stealing. It isn't from my months of testing it's just situations of sub optimal switches and market value fluctuations when the longer confirmations coins are exchanged which cause those random days of regular or less profit.
49  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: NEMOSMINER multi algo profit switching NVIDIA miner on: July 16, 2017, 02:42:47 PM
Nvidia Inspector also allows memory underclocking to -1000 which allows for head room on the core overclocks when set to power limits.

I haven't been able to get that done on MSI AB or I'd be using the new 2.xx versions of NEMOSMINER.

Now when mining just one algo though using the new curve feature with fixed voltage is most optimal.

Hey, so I had lots of DGB on Mintpal and never happened to get the withdrawal even though it was requested. Any hopes of retrieving it?

The address is DCRivRt5fCwCpnudqt6q9P1EBTTbnRD5FQ

EDIT: Sorry that was another address, this one still shows the coins being there and I have proof from my desktop wallet that I sent mined coins to that address back in 2014.
I've followed the threads of Mintpal and it seems that most were able to retrieve their digibytes. I understand other coins were held back though.

Is there any way this can be impleneted to use Zpool with NEMOS multi algo switching?

If not when is the 3.0 Test planning on having NVDA algo added? I see its mentioned as well as mentioning support for coins like DGB, ETC but in profit switching it doesn't seem there are any entries yet.

Thanks for the great work.

Anyone able to get custom OC and TDP to work with Nvidia Inspector with the new Nemos2.0?

I currently have it working on the old 1.7.6 bat from previous posts across the forum.

53  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: NemosMiner-v1.7.6 multi algo profit switching NVIDIA miner for MPH & ZPOOL on: June 16, 2017, 02:53:36 PM

2.yes for my 1060 and 1070 i use the same oc +55mhz core +596mhz mem  1070 are set to 70tdp (125watt) 1060 are @80%tdp (89watt) ...

How come you are using such low core OC on 1060. I use 150 plus 80% PL.
And how come you are overclocking memory? My understanding is that ccminer algos are not memory-intensive, so some people even lower memory clocks when using it.

Almost all algos other than equihash do better with Mem UV as much as possible.

Currently running lyra2v2, skein, c11, x17 and blake2s exclusively.

Testing to see if cutting down on the multiple switching will help profitability. Seems that certain algos are tougher on clocks as well. These seem to allow me to overclock even more for about 5% improvements on hash so I'm interested in seeing if that compensates for the missed opportunities with the other algos.

Anyone else experimented with this before? I'm using a 7x1070 rig and a 5x 1080 rig.

Also rather than using + values as each manufacturer has different base rates I've been using 1740 base core on 80TDP for 1070's at 127W and 1820 base core on 85 TDP for 1080s at 165W

Issue seems to be fixed now.

I like the pool and some days when everythings working it's definitely worthwhile. However I've noticed quite a few times a week this happens where I might have to split my rigs so that I get some consistent payouts vs risking it all on zpool.

If you need any help with testing or examples of when issues are happening let me know. Ideally I'd want to continue using the pool.

I rescanned a wallet backup I had from 2014 and it synced correctly with my balance. However the moment I tried to send digibytes it said that a "fatal error has occured" which then closed the client.

Any ideas on the cause?

Seems Blake2s is having issues again with reported hashrates.

Miner displays correct speeds and share submitted but site shows 10% and is effectively reducing percentage of block rewards mined.

Anyone else running into the issue?
57  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: CCminer(SP-MOD) Modded NVIDIA Maxwell / Pascal kernels. on: June 14, 2017, 02:57:43 PM
The total hashrate is affected the first 2-5 minutes of mining because the gpu's doesn't start to work.  If you open gpu-z you can see that only some of the gpu's are working. This isn't a problem if you mine at the same pool for a long period of time. (If all the 6 gpu's have started).
But it is a problem when you use it with a profit switcher software like the Nemosminer, minercontrol, nicehash(3rd party) or similar software.

Kinda worked around it by starting 4 miner instances with 2 gpu per instance. I don't think that issue affected the total hashrate though, just an inconvenience.

How would you start multiple instances in a multswitch batch like Nemosminer?
58  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: NemosMiner-v1.7.4 multi algo profit switching NVIDIA miner for MPH & ZPOOL on: June 10, 2017, 03:53:00 PM
Running a 1080 Rig and found similar results to the 1080ti that it doesn't perform 30% better on all algos due to the GDDR5x memory.

Running on Blake2s, LBRY and Skein exclusively at 80% TDP for 150W Power Draw reported on software at roughly 1900 core /4200 mem clocks (different models so offsets are different).

Anyone else have results or experience with GTX 1080s? (not the 1080TI)
59  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: GTX1070 - Hashrate - Power drain - best performance on: June 05, 2017, 06:51:00 PM
I'm currently testing +105 core and -502 mem (max on MSI) on multiple GTX 1070s. What algorithms are memory intensive like ETH and ZEC? When running on the multi-algo pools like zpool or miningpoolhub is there any advantage to keeping memclocks up as opposed to underclocked as much as possible to allow higher core on reduced TDP of 77?

Also with 1080Ti's coming at a premium are GTX 1080 a worth alternative if they can be purchased at 30% more than a GTX 1070 or do they suffer in certain algorithms?
