Hi guys,
when I try to use my 3.8 wallet.dat with 4.0 I get the following error:
"error":{"code":-32603,"message":"failed to open database file wallet.dat, ret = -30974"}
If I go back to 3.8, the wallet gets opened fine.
I can send my coins from old wallet to a new one, or I can import private key, but why am I getting this error?

Same error with happen if you will try to downgrade version of Vanilla wallet after 0.4.0 (RC1-RC3) to 0.3.9 or lower. Seems they are incompatible. You can try 3 ways: First and second as you described (send coins or import private key), the third try to upgrade to 0.3.9 first, then to 0.4.0 |

Actually it's bitcoin considering removing the ability to use 0 conf that is causing the hype. If retailers and coin base can no longer do 0 conf trades while accepting the risk, bitcoin will be dead. In fact the complications of transaction fees and miners may cause this problem either way.

With the btc coming into 1ex soon and more alts being added after mid-Dec. it should see some nice volume. Not to mention to pnd crap. Dev or community lead just sign up, submit a ticket to support as a "dev to have their coin added". Just submit legit ID info/bank docs and boom, you're on.

a dump now would be a sure disaster, as there is only 16btc in the buy orders. i currently have ~77btc worth on polo.
might be a better idea to suppress again and accumulate more, then release all suppression once it hits around 5k and ive collected another 500k, this method pays off best.
No one asked you about your coins, you did it on your own behalf. If you want to be taken seriosly in the future, you MUST prove it on the blockchain so we could move forward, otherwise you will be branded as a BS spreader and liar. Yep, you are right, Pablo. VNL is a direct blatant clone of DASH, thats why it takes only 1 confirmation on Poloniex and DASH takes 12. Also, if you compare DASH and VNL wallet's GUI you will find, that they are identical. Have a good day. |

Why would my last two deposits sent from supernova not show up in my wallet but shows up on Block Explorer .The first deposit was from 2015-10-22 11:16:33 and the second one from 2015-10-23 13:51:04 neither one has showed up in my wallet yet .
Close your wallet, open config.dat and change to missed transactions must show up, if you sent them to correct wallet address. I'd like to setup a node to profit from some VNL. For this I need to buy VNL and so I need to know the amount I have to buy. What's the minimum amount of VNL that have to be in the wallet to start winning VNL ? Is there any special requirement, like received in 1 transaction, to have a certain age... ? Is there things to write in the command to start the node ?

all i can say is....it's faster than lightning  as you can see the content varies greatly. My node have not received incentive for five days and always have status: "votecandidate": true.
I restarted node, but it didn't help. What can be wrong? My another node receive few rewards every day.

No, some peers may not be providing reliable service or have bad luck due to variance. 5 days is really a bad streak, sometimes I don't recieve rewards on one of my nodes for a day or two (rare) max. |

This coin raised over $100,000 USD. They should pay the 3 BTC BITTREX fee and get listed there. The main reason this coin is unknown is because it's not listed on one of the top 3 exchanges.

John! Markets do not works! That is your merit! Constant updating wallets confuses the exchange, they are in constant update! As a result, it is impossible to deduce from the VNL exchange! Maybe you could work more efficiently with the exchanges, or less frequently updated wallets!  BTS at Bittrex is disabled for a week already (or even more), I bet this is John's merit too. |
