261  Economy / Currency exchange / PED for BTC or MtGox USD code on: March 09, 2012, 05:12:40 PM
I have over $1000 worth of PED (Project Entropia Dollars) that I would like to trade for BTC (at market price) or MtGox USD code.  I have done a little trading on the forums in the past and I have a good reputation in Entropia.  Please PM me for more info.

263  Bitcoin / Mining / Re: LargeCoin Pricing Announced; Taking Pre-Orders on: March 05, 2012, 11:34:53 PM
Only a 90 day warranty on a $30k piece of equipment?  And tied to your host site?  Yeesh - you could fake mining at 20 GH/s for 90 days and then cut it off (claiming that the unit must be broken) and still come out way ahead.  Too many red flags here..

265  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bitcoinica fail on: March 01, 2012, 08:45:46 PM

266  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bitcoinica fail on: March 01, 2012, 08:42:08 PM

267  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bitcoinica fail on: March 01, 2012, 07:43:38 PM
Why price is stuck?

...and orders don't seem to be getting executed (I placed a small market order 15 mins ago).

270  Other / Off-topic / Re: 1GH/s, 20w, $700 (was $500) — Butterflylabs, is it for real? (Part 2) on: February 16, 2012, 07:22:25 PM
Wait, the first pre-order was made in November?  So you've only been delayed a month or two?  I don't think that's that horrible, especially if they catch up and deliver a good product.

The first pre-orders were reportedly made some time before Oct 18...and even then the promised shipping was in 4-6 weeks from purchase date.
271  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoinica Helper (userscript) on: February 14, 2012, 02:09:08 AM
A quick fix for those interested (not sure if it is complete):
Change line 75 from:
net_value = USER_ParseCurrency(account_data[13].innerHTML);
to:
net_value = USER_ParseCurrency(account_data[15].innerHTML);

and Change line 76 from:
maintenance = USER_ParseCurrency(account_data[15].innerHTML);
to:
maintenance = USER_ParseCurrency(account_data[17].innerHTML);

You would want the check in your name.  They'll just send it through the regular mail - no ID required to pick it up.

Never done a bank wire with them.  Good luck getting their attention.
274  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Crypto X Change - What would YOU the community like to see and join us???? on: January 26, 2012, 04:57:45 AM
It would also be nice to be able to customize the layout.  Particularly I'd like to be able to disable the "quick buy" bar at the bottom of the screen.

Got my withdrawal today.
277  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: TradeHill - Problems withdrawing btc on: January 24, 2012, 05:06:13 PM
Ok - looks like this finally went through.  It took 6 days and me submitting scanned id and crap like that.  tradehill.zendesk.com apparently is their support site, though I never got a response to my many requests to Jered (via PM and email) for confirmation about that.  I did, however, find a post somewhere where Jered mentions zendesk.

Anyway - my only suggestion to anyone reading this is to stay away from tradehill.  They simply disregard your emails and ignore you.  It is very unprofessional and absolutely unacceptable.

5 days now
279  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: TradeHill - Problems withdrawing btc on: January 22, 2012, 09:15:17 PM
Well, I finally got a reply...maybe.  I got a request for a picture of my ID and myself and crap like that.  But the request came from tradehill.zendesk.com  I'm trying to get verification from a tradehill.com email address that they are indeed using zendesk but...still no reply on that.  Anyone know if tradehill.zendesk.com is legit?  It has a very scammy feel to it...

When was the message you got dated?
