Если мы говорим про репосты, то уже давно существуют компании оказывающие данные услуги и их не мало. Живут же как-то? Я бы сказал даже неплохо,  учитывая то, что они просто ретвитят при помощи ботов и не более
Я же делаю акцент на твиты с заготовленными текстами, хештегами и упоминаниями на конкретную целевую аудиторию. И мне не принципиально будет это скам айсио или хороший проект, меня интересует доход в $, а не в фантиках
