Yeah thats the conspiracy theory going around the only way to be sure is to have someone contact the University of Southern Mississippi and find out if there was ever a Joe Mordica enrolled there.

No, you mean if there were ever TWO Joe Mordicas enrolled there. We know the one who passed went to USM.

Didn't know that.

http://www.intelius.com/results.php?ReportType=1&formname=name&qf=Joseph&qmi=&qn=Mordica&qcs=Hattiesburg%2C+MS&focusfirst=1

This is where i first started looking. If you really want to dig deeper, pay attention to relative's names, both here and in the obit for Joseph P Mordica.

http://www.legacy.com/obituaries/hattiesburgamerican/obituary.aspx?pid=160222996

Ok so I found this second obscure google + profile https://plus.google.com/114293259207798777222/posts that has megan mordica (I wont post any photos because its a baby) in his circle which would link him to the Joseph Anthony Mordica , age 29 profile from the intelius report you sent me.  So there's a middle name now.  Just have to call USM and find out of there was a Joeseph Anthony Mordica enrolled there.

What i find strangest of all is that if you look at the "Dead" JM's sister's facebook friends list - guess who's on it?  The alive JM.  (Not posting links, but this is all public stuff anyhow).

EDIT: I found this its from 2008 some cheese video with Joe in it has his name listed as Joe Mordica so if he is using a fake name its been for a long time.  Not sure about this.

For some reason I always thought this was a female, a rabid supporter of Homero, her finger nails sharpened to points ready to gouge out anyone's eyes who spoke out against him

https://hashtalk.org/user/dianetics

then I looked up the name  Shocked

Dianetics is a set of ideas and practices regarding the metaphysical relationship between the mind and body which was created by L. Ron Hubbard and is practiced by followers of Scientology

Yes Scientology, for tax reasons (the Church of).... another cult of over promised over $charged$ brainwashed people.
If you do some research.. anytone tied to Gawminers/paycoins/zencloud all have something in common.

*Hint* it has to do with religion..
Do some research, its fun reverse engineering all their lives.

let me guess they either were, or are all members of that Paycoin Origin guy's church? (I always knew religion was in this somehow, it's all that makes sense).

I think was looked into about 300 pages back....lolz Cheesy

Yeah I remember that, but I don't think anyone came to any definite conclusion...

Shadow-xpy has to be trolling...

People are so broke.. they need to sell items on Ebay to help shill and pump paycoin..

This person needs an intervention.

I'm going to start dox'ing everyone on hashtalk and message their families and make them aware that there is someone in their family investing in an obvious scam and they need help before they lose all their money.

I think shadow-xpy is also the person from yesterday who forgot to log out and log into his alt account when he commented to agree with himself.

Yep, he's been pumping paycoin daily, I just assumed it was someone from here lol...

LOL I love this thread, you find out the real stuff behind screen names, some people are stupid to link their paycoin hashtalk username with EVERYTHING.

Makes it easier gathering evidence.  To which facts make a better story then the bullshit and lies that spew forth from hashtalk.org daily - which is the game from Homero and co right now.  Never mind the facts already presented in here.  That alone is enough due diligence to run the fuck away from this scheme (read scam) and now this churchy boy reckons he has 1 million handy to grab a prime controller.xls hey, I dare say this is the richest priest I have ever know - on any part of the planet.....wait no if you own a cult/religion you get tax exemptions....fuck me... I just remember I got posts removed from hashtalk back in August about accusing GAW of being a religious cult.

Makes perfect sense now.

But of course NO ONE will question that post/thread or him and his links and contacts whatsoever...shows the mentality left in hashtalk.

Just LOL

A few weeks back I brought up a potentially weird issue, and it was discussed further in a few posts. The issue is still weird and I'm still asking who is joe (where has he been these last few weeks):

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=857670.msg10015364#msg10015364

Yeah, i came to the conclusion that yes, it's definitely weird, but perhaps they were cousins or relatives of some kind - As i noted on an older post, the "Alive" JM is facebook friends with the "Dead" JM's sister (her name in the obit), but not the "Dead" JM's Mother. At that point, i realized something was strange, so i just posted my findings and left it at that conclusion - there are two JM's from hattiesburg, as was noted.

Let us know if you can come up with anything else about it, i gave it up after that.

Those who feel they have had their FIAT and/or cryptocurrency misappropriated by Mr. Josh Garza, GAW Miners, Inc., or any of his subsidiaries/DBA’s including but not limited to GAW Corp., Zenminers, Geniuses at Work, PayCoin and/or PayBase have options. Please contact the one and only attorney on file for Mr. Garza and his business entities, Brian Klein (below), explain your situation and the loss you have incurred to date with no expressed or implied resolution from those acting as Mr. Garza’s “support team”. If you wish, you can also demand a response to the communication within a certain period of time ranging from 3-5 business days before considering your next legal option to seek relief from the damage(s) you have incurred.

What is this? Is today something like a national bad advice day or something?

In no circumstance should anybody just call your opponents lawyer even if the advice is given in a bullshit legalese shape in order to make it sound like it has some merit.

If you want to start any action in legal front you first hire a lawyer of your own and then let YOUR OWN lawyer decide what to do and how. Anybody who without legal assistance calls the opponents lawyer to make some demands or anything is so underdog it is not even funny and taken for a ride for sure unless you happen to screw yourself first in the process. The first advice YOUR OWN layer is going to give to you is to totally stop talking to anybody about the situation and let him handle everything so you cannot screw something without understanding how you are going to screw yourself like giving ammunition to the oppisition.

I know there is no shortage for bad advice available in this paybase/paycoin farce so one more fits in like a glove.

I have to agree. IANAL, but I am the son of one. Attorney's in the USA do not talk with random whiny people who lost money due to their client(s) actions or whatnot - Absolutely, get your own lawyer first, then go from there, and hope you have a lot of $ to lose/spend on recouping your loss if it's even possible. another gamble imo...

I know forums are not always the best place for info but I know a lot of you have more knowledge in this area. Where do you go to file a complaint against Paybase holding your funds? In my limited area of knowledge with this kind of thing since Paybase has filled for a MSB license (I think MSB is right acronym) they fall under the same rules as banks and I know they fall under the CFTC. Some have told me they are not able to hold your coins without a court order. (Not sure if true) So I am considering filing a complaint with the CFTC. I am not sure if the best place or if I should file with other agencies. Currently they are holding my BTC and XPY in Paybase. Normally I do not keep anything there. But I moved BTC to buy XPY cheap and then bam they shut the site down and locked my account.

Looks like these guys are in for some heavy duty trouble if they are really skirting the msb requirements. ouch.

Can someone help me out on this?

I keep seeing HT Gawites refer to Paybase having FinCEN/MSB approval to operate in 50 states... it this true?

I thought i read somewhere that they APPLIED for it, but applying for it does not mean you have it.

I just can't believe that they were audited checked etc etc and were given the pass for license.

Can somebody clear this up?

If they do not actually have MSB license then that is a massive delusion most GAWites have....

They have applied for an MSB registration number with FinCEN (a federal agency). My understanding is that becoming an MSB is a fairly serious process in each state, but hopefully someone else can explain how it actually works.

All of that is located here - i think the last time I looked them up they were registered in Maryland (MD), USA but i'm too tired atm sorry
