281  Economy / Economics / Re: Massive bitcoin manipulation possible? on: November 14, 2017, 07:53:13 AM

Would it be possible for a group of extremely rich billionaires & other powerful individuals to manipulate the bitcoin market? e.g. Pump and dump, exposure to news networks, lobbying for favourable bitcoin regulation, etc Huh

I think there is currently a live example of that thing called as BCH pump is going on. If you see the market of bitcoin cash then you will see that it has been manipulated by massive 8-15 billion USD which was artificial pump by Roger (a fool). That and the bitcoin and any other alt coin can be manipulated if you have got big billions. That is the game here and that is how things are manipulated and profits are gained by rich people. This is all possible because of one characteristic  of the bitcoin and that is called as Decentralised nature of the bitcoin. So yeah simple everything is manipulated and can be manipulated always. :-)
282  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ripple: A long term investment or short term? on: November 13, 2017, 06:34:29 AM

Its very very long term investment buddy. I can see the price is stabilised at 0.20 USD since very long time and its almost more than 3-4 months where it is standing still. Im worried about my current investment and can’t even move anything as I could insure the loss and time which I invested into this project. They have control over the prices which makes me very worried about the prices. They can manipulate it and I’m sure they won’t make it go less than the 0,20 USD but still it is hard to say what updates they might give in the future. For sure this is ling term investment as no one has able to see it pump more than 0,20 in current month or the previous one.
283  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: BTC price prediction till Dec'17 on: November 13, 2017, 03:46:02 AM

It is good to think that bitcoin will reach the rates of 10K per BTC. This is easy to catch up for bitcoin and this years estimate have already been told by many critics that it will reach the rates of 10K. This is because the market is growing very fast and many more investors are getting in touch with the bitcoin for better profits. If they now see the growth of bitcoin from 3K to 7K in just a month or so then they could see that the future is best for them into crypto currency and specifically with the bitcoin itself. It is not much striving for the bitcoin because it has already gone wild in these days and if there is any another fork coming then sure it is as easy as throwing a ball into basket from a handful distance.
284  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: finaly done btc on: November 13, 2017, 03:05:28 AM

It is stable and thats why it is dangerous to see and predict why it is so stable. I mean this is first time bitcoin is seeing the same price since very long time and that too at such high rates. If this continues then this could be our start point from here onwards if we are willing to invest into bitcoin. If thats the case then we should see this is as low as we could think the new price for the bitcoin. :-) This is amazing how bitcoin is being working on its own to alarm everyone in the market. The day is not far when we will see bitcoin crossing the prices of 10K rates and that would the day we will see bunch of millionaires coming into the market just to meet up casually with the bitcoin. Lolz. Amusing rates!
285  Economy / Economics / Re: Investments outside crypto on: November 13, 2017, 02:45:19 AM

I dont see much of the benefits in investing into real life and local currencies. I mean they are shit and can be controls day the government itself. You can think of real estate if investing into it for more than 5 years. But again if you are going to invest and wait for any kind of investment to return you loads of money then you should invest into bitcoin itself and wait for few years to gain that much money which you could earn from life earnings! You could retire at early ages and travel the world. Ask me and believe me if you are going to invest into local investment box then get in line to adopt your profits and become old until they get popped out.
286  Economy / Economics / Re: Where will BTC be 10 years from now? on: November 13, 2017, 02:25:14 AM

It's hard to say, btc can up 20,000 - 50,000$, or they can find another alt of money and lose any interest to bitcoin and other crypto. Anyway time will show!

Time obviously will be the one to tell us all if we are correct or not. However, looking at the situation of things, some underground news I am hearing right now (though I will prefer to keep them to myself) and some activities that are speculated to happen in the next few months / early next year, I really see bitcoin hitting around $25,000 in the next 6 months. You can quote me after then to see if I am wrong or not, unless something negative happens to drag us back.

That would be still very ambiguous to speculate so soon. Anything can happen in the crypto market. A ban can occur throughout the world over the crypto currencies in next 6 months then what would you say about the prices? They could be next to 0 I believe. But lets assume that nothing like that happens and it keeps growing like today then also it could just reach the prices of 20K max. The reason is simple, the market cap of the bitcoin is insufficient to reach the rate of 20K at this point or even in next 6 months. It will at least need another whole year to reach that alarming rate and then you can quote my post to if I'm wrong or right.
287  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BTC will do a major cumback! on: November 13, 2017, 02:03:39 AM

Thats aint good man. Its not good to sell at such high rates at all. I mean why would anyone go for selling at rates of 6900 USD. Thats insane to do and you will not get the chance of buying the BTC at 5800 again man. Just think twice when you play with bitcoin. It is already very high currently and don’t go for panic sell whenever you see some dumps in the market. They could be just market correction and nothing else. If you really want to earn some legit profits then work with it professionally and try to have patience in it. Market research is better than just educated guessing I believe.

288  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will Bitcoin Cash replace Bitcoin?? on: November 12, 2017, 08:45:31 AM
Just because bitcoin cash has caught up the 30 billion market capitalism it doesn’t mean that it will cross the bitcoin at any point. This is just temporary pump by some group of pumpers and I believe the market will go down pretty soon. Don’t forget that bitcoin market cap is more than 100 billion which is not easy enough to catch up by bitcoin cash, not at this point. So I’m not giving the positive vote up to the bitcoin cash at all. It is just another hype created by people around the BCH lover group. You will definitely see bitcoin cash to the point where it started few days ago and thats for sure. Its ant hold market for this much long if it was artificial pumped.

For better understanding try to read more about it in the bitcoin discussion section. You will have more clearer facts over there.

289  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Oh Shit! - Bitcoin is Rekt! on: November 12, 2017, 07:45:32 AM
I think its time to pull your sleeves and get more bitcoin aint it mate! Oh wait BCH is also pumping some how, and what should I do, should I go into BCH or BTC. Dam another tricky day for the crypto lovers. I believe bitcoin is just being as stable as rock on the sand and nothing can move it drastically and its not BCH shit for sure. So better wait for the bitcoin to come down little more and then buy it as much as we could. This drop in price of bitcoin is same as going from 4K to 2.8K and then again jump back to 5k plus as we saw last week. Now it is the time it could go crazy 10K soon. Better wait little more and hold that buy button to buy dozens of bitcoin if you have that potential. Crazy profits once more and the market is pumping soon.

290  Economy / Economics / Re: WTF? $20.000.000.000 seem to have been poured into BCH in a couple of days on: November 12, 2017, 07:25:42 AM
I see that this is just temporary pump and nothing can affect the bitcoin if something like this is happening. The drop in bitcoin and BCH pump might be coincidence I believe but they both have got no relation. There could be little group of BCH lovers who might be pumping the BCH by selling those BTC coins and thats why the result that we are seeing currently. But truly this spiking is just temporary and I believe it will drop badly in the time to come. Bitcoin seem to be moving around 6K since two days and I dont major dump in its price currently. But really hoping that it will go down a lot so that I can pile up a lot. :-) Not fan of BCH at all.
291  Economy / Economics / Re: Over 26,000 Blockchain Projects Were Developed Last Year; 8% Remain Active on: November 12, 2017, 07:05:27 AM
Yes, that is how it works, they just grab the money and show us that they will have such lucrative roadmaps and then they get disappeared in the thin air in matter of seconds. Most of them have target of grabbing money and that is why we see few ICO projects as legit one and there is not much projects which can garnish the money that they raise in profound way.

Those 8% of the projects (not sure about the number) are the one who have active projects and/or projects which were already on the market but needed some extra money to bring to the peoples attention. Thats why they become successful because they are true volunteers of the ICO and always look forward to bring the ICO at the end with success.

292  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I lost 80% of my bitcoins in alts, What can I do now?! on: November 11, 2017, 09:12:22 AM

You need to wait then. The kind of loss you are incurring right now is very huge, I mean the first question that strike to mind is what you were doing when they were falling for 80% loss! Thats crazy man.

The reason I’m telling you to wait is because theses are little bit potential coins and they can come back real soon no matter what. As you are already in loos that too 80%, you should wait because that would be more profitable than selling this movement. I would do the same if I’m incurring this much loss but I would not sell it at this point and that would be stupid to do. -20% is better than -80% and thats the logic behind it.
293  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: everything red again. on: November 11, 2017, 08:37:39 AM

What are your thoughts?

Everything is red because things are in ambiguity right now. People are confused whet rot keep the bitcoin or buy the alt coins or the other way around. Things will be sort out soon after the correction is over and bitcoin market cap has been recovered to home position again. These kind of thing happens once in while so people are not getting what to decide at this point. Whether to buy the coins or not. Those with big investment are trying to secure the investment with bitcoin and few of them are getting into alts. So the red will be seen for quiet a long time now. We will see what happens soon. :-)

294  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are you buying altcoins on: November 11, 2017, 07:12:45 AM

With BTC in such a strong uptrend atm, are you buying altcoins right now? A lot of them are kind of 'cheap' and have been falling while BTC have been increasing.

A good trader would not ask question but buy straight up some alt coins. This is because ewe know that alt coins are already down from the original peak that they always maintain. So I think its good to buy them if we actually know that they are down below the original value. We will get assurance that they will be coming up again to original market capon the hard fork is over as people will be returning the funds to their loved alt coins again. However, the fork is not around now and alts are still down. So I believe its good to buy alts at this very moment because people might be getting ready to get back into alts. :-)

295  Economy / Economics / Re: Do you think bitcoin ever be safe for any investment ? on: November 10, 2017, 03:30:36 PM
I think that will take lot of time to happen in reality. Not every government or nation is happy with the bitcoin and the way it is operating. Most of them think it as very vulnerable currency which can invade into economic system of the nation and could destroy it in mean time or at least deprive it for long time before everything could be reset to normal one.

Im sure for government to take part into crypto currencies they will have to be very strict about the rules and regulation and make it more happening. But again the decentralised nature of the bitcoin will come in their way or may be it could happen that the decentralised nature of the bitcoin will get disturbed due to laws. So that would be exciting to see where everything goes.
296  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Biggest 4H candle in BTC history on: November 09, 2017, 03:17:17 AM

After 2x was called off we have seen the biggest 4H candle in history almost spanning 1k in size.... dayum BTC. On another note, this is great consensus like in no other network. HODL BTC

Yeah thats true and only bitcoin can do that any time in the future again. There is no other currency which carries this much of the potential because it is simply not the way others work. This kind of leap is actually made for us, the crypto lovers who can earn loads of profit. Its just that we need to be very conscious about the trades market and all the news around us. Now the situation is reversed and fork has been put down unofficially so we don't know yet how the market and big investors will look at this situation. Will it have positive effect or negative effect is yet to be decided and that would be done by the time to come.
297  Economy / Economics / Re: Having a strong hand pays off once again on: November 09, 2017, 02:40:29 AM

Now its ambiguous situation whether we will get to see this stability in bitcoin price or not. Whether there will be more incriminate in the prices of bitcoin or its going to be worst downfall in the history. Or there is something else that come up with segwit2x. The reason is still unknown for the cancellation and don’t know yet which one is the valid. Many things to be considered, people invested money because they wanted to have those free goodies which they won’t be getting now and thus its all complicated situation at the moment. Lets hope something greener comes up.
298  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Surviving segwit2x hardfork on: November 07, 2017, 01:24:01 PM
Quote
1) HOLD bitcoins
2) Temporarly switch to altcoins (Ether, Lite, ...)
3) Sell BTC for USD, than buy back after the fork.
4) Swtch to Bicoin Cash hoping it can go 3-10x
5) Other option.

I don't think upcoming fork is going to be that bad as you are depicting it here. Im sure there will be goodness into it for better development of bitcoin leading to higher prices of it. This time it may cross the hallmark of 10K USD for sure.

Anyway just in case things go other way round then obviously the doomsday preparation is necessary.

Your list is good but I will not recommend to switching to the bitcoin cash at, who knows what will happen to this brother when the fork is on going. There will be pretty good time and window for us to look for great option during the fork so I'm not hurrying the thing at all.

You can always choose to get into Ethereum because it is so much stable at this movement and no one can really manipulate it due to its unlimited supply. So that would be safe house for me.
299  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What is the risk of holding Bitcoin? on: November 07, 2017, 03:33:59 AM

The biggest risk of holding your money is, you may become millionaire in upcoming years and you may not believe it ! ;-)

Well, the risk is always of loosing or there is always goodness of winning. There are only such two things can happen and there is no third output form the bitcoin. The prices for it are not stable so you will never have stable investment. What you will have is either your funds will be growing big or they might be losing value over the time but nothing more than that. Im pretty sure that holding will benefit us in long time but as I said you loose or you win both has got 50-50 chances in the market.
300  Economy / Economics / Re: Will bitcoin change the distribution of wealth in the world? on: November 07, 2017, 03:08:53 AM

Why does it depend on the bitcoin by any means? I mean its not the bitcoin that will decide how to distribute the wealth. Its all upto us, the investors who are making money out of it. The whales (so called) big investors will always get the biggest share of bitcoin because they have invested that much money while on the other hand mid level investors will get mid level returns and so on. That is how wealth will get distribute. Its like tits for tats. You get what you invested and no more or less if its fair. SO no it won’t get equally distributed, with whatever I understood form your question this is the right explanation for this one
