641  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trust invest fund? on: June 27, 2017, 02:15:13 AM
I will most probably look into coins social networking as well as news available on the internet in the form blogs, Wordpress etc. This gives me vision how can this coin be good or bad in its launch period. In the pre sale phase you can checkout how much was raised and is it worth the project or below it would also give you clear idea whether you will be in profit or not. The another factor advertising potential of this coin. If you start seeing ads every where for particular coin then it indirectly means they are serious and investing heavily into their coins. Such coins turn out to be best in the market as they are known by many people and invested by them. And rest is personal choice where to invest and you can choose some coins based on your experiences too.
642  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Profitability on: June 27, 2017, 01:57:38 AM
I think Vega won't be down that easy. I mean they will struggle but we should be waiting for more time. In anyway we have installed it so better keep them running and try to decrease the cost of may be electricity by means of implementing green energy techniques. This is important because the rate of rx is going to be down to cents per day (worst situations) so we must be able to over our costs with that rate and stay profitable. Here profitable would would means even getting cents per day after the expenses.! I know sounds too vague but it is worth doing that for the time being. We can always get lucky after a year or two when the rate of hashing might change, new tech might come to solve the difficulty problems. Always have positive mining no matter what. :-)
643  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: With all this mess, everybody forgot about this ICO on: June 27, 2017, 01:45:23 AM
It is never too late to learn how to setup your inbox filters.
It is never too late to become polite, even on forums.

You'll thank me later for these 2 pieces of advice. ;-)

You are already right. I was also thinking why they are saying we have forgotten this and that. ICO's on the other hand are always best way to invest at any time point. Primalbase was good and it is best now in what they have got the expertise. I had invested already and I'm just hoping to have some good returns in coming time. Thanks for sharing though, atlas this will create awareness about it to the people who are new at this. :-)
644  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to know about next pump? on: June 26, 2017, 05:44:40 PM
There are many ways such as prediction from analysis of exchanger sites. Each exchanger site will let you know the last 24 hours trade volume for particular coin. Now as the coins are getting invested which means they are on the verge of being pumped by group of people. You should always keep an eye on such coin. Moreover, if the coin is very popular and it is at low prices of all time then you can look for the patterns in history graph whether it is repetitive pattern which is occurring again and within what time it can do so. Moreover there are some twitter groups or telegram groups which you can join easily and ask for the expert advice there. Or many times the group will be discussing about which coin is going to be on the top list in next few days.
645  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Bitpay fees on: June 26, 2017, 05:26:22 PM
the plastic cards are always costly to load because the vendor has to pass through many types of transactor. They will have to get money from you into your local currency and then they will convert it into the crypto currency. This is goes with exchange fees to bank as well as crypto server. The next thing would be loading your card with actual crypto coin, that means they will be sending manually the coins to your address which will get the confirmation fees. After this procedure you will be using the card to transact offline for which they will pre-pay to the block chain to cover the instant confirmation fees. This might be giving you so much trouble loading your bitpay card. Better use normal cards until the problems of mining fees gets to lower side. Otherwise loose money if your are rich enough. Tongue
646  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin is Freedom on: June 26, 2017, 05:15:58 PM
Oh yeah it is real deal. I have been so much easy since I met bitcoin. Im earning it like crazy with legit sites and forum. The freedom part comes when I can see it in my wallet and use it anywhere in the world without converting it into other countries currency. What I mean is sometimes I go to holidays and I can really just find any shop that can accept bitcoin and then I can make purchase of well (coffee, tea, breakfast, lunch, dinner) almost all other needy things with bitcoin on the go. The best part? I don't convert my money and still pay the same as the local person would do. Bitcoin is revolutionary and I hope it will also help in the future with purchase big assets anonymously. This is because sometimes I feel do things o repurchase things without anyone knowing that I did it. Currently bitcoin is giving me all the freedom that I want. Almighty bitcoin!
647  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do you trade at multiple exchanges? on: June 26, 2017, 04:36:37 PM
One of the favourite pass time is exchanging with multiple exchanges. You can literally grab that 2-3% of loss on one site to another by switching between platforms. I always do this with yobit, bittrex, and livecoin. These platforms are always having lots of price value difference. I buy from one and try to keep it constant trade on that single exchanger and after the volume starts increasing I compare the 24 hours volume on all of them. This is obvious that the one who gotten more volume will always lead to highest sell price. Then I immediately transfer the coin to that exchanger and sell it out. The exchanges are very fast due to zero confirmation, usually takes less than 10 min so you don't loose bets usually. Amazing concept and love it doing all the time.
648  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ethereum in 5 years on: June 26, 2017, 04:13:20 PM
Well don't know exact prediction but I hope it will greater than the current one for sure. The volatility is not just bound to bitcoin but it is bound to Ethereum as well. People who are new comers in the world of bitcoin have seen the past where people got rich by investing into early stages of bitcoin. So now a days such thinkers will be hoping to get rich with Ethereum in the near future. To do this they will keep investing huge volumes of bitcoin and other currencies onto Ethereum making it very powerful in terms of value. This change will keep happening until we reach the price of Ethereum equal to almost 1 full bitcoin. That would be day when both of them would be just queen and king of the crypto world.
649  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Buy more bitcoin or wait for August 1st? on: June 26, 2017, 02:28:31 PM
If you have big money to invest in the bitcoin then just split your investment into two different assets. Keep one for yourself in the form of local currency and second asset you invest completely into bitcoin before August 1. Then wait for the August 1st to come into effect and keep updating yourself about the after effects. If you see any upward moment then just put the reserved assets into bitcoin and you can enjoy bi royalty by that way. If anything goes wrong then also you will get some share of your first asset and the second asset is completely yours. :-)
650  Economy / Economics / Re: BTC a chance to change the deadlock of 1% rich peple holding FIAT capital on: June 25, 2017, 11:38:19 AM
Though top level people will hold most of the bitcoin then also it doesn't mean they can control it. They might be able to control the pumps and dumps (which is rare) but they can't really regulate the bitcoin in their way for price speculation. The bitcoin is limited as we all know and only some percent of which is in circulation. The fiat connotation is completely different from the crypto world an decant not be compared with it. So though holding most of the bitcoin won't affect the bitcoin economic structure for sure.
651  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin Sound Money? on: June 25, 2017, 11:04:10 AM
Speaking old generation it is hard to make them believe about new technology and its implementation. The gold is always truthful for that generation because that is what they believed from old times or since the black and white times. It is physical and they can feel it in their hands thats why they are gold believer. However, bitcoin is new generation currency and it can also be used as fiat currency by converting them into your local currency by means of exchanger or wallet services. It is easy to do that for people like us who are all into bitcoin and hence bitcoin is new generation gold. We will also keep all the faith unto bitcoin in the future because we saw its raise since its birth! So its all about the personal beliefs in the bitcoin or gold. And yeah bitcoin sound money!
652  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: is ethereum going to fail bitcoin? on: June 25, 2017, 09:48:23 AM
Bitcoin is greatest of all today and it will be in future as well. The Ethereum was made after it and on the basis of blockhain technology.  The technology is very much liable with bitcoin only. Ethereum seems to be having lots of cons in the technology and it will never be able to replace bitcoin in any time. Im not saying this just because I love bitcoin but I'm pulling out the comparison here between these two and my pros are mostly on the side of bitcoin. FYI: Ethereum lacks the mining base as well as customer base too.
653  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Overview of Bitcointalk Twitter Campaigns [Last update: 23-June-2017] on: June 25, 2017, 09:36:33 AM
Thanks for having this thread. It is so easy to find out which campaign is open and close and even you have mentioned one of the scam project. Thats a good survey. I am enrolled into 5-6 campaigns here and it is now so easy to track the stats for me with this thread. Such nice work by you, I think there is also one more thread like this but it is all about the signature campaign. Nice work for twitter camping. Thanks for sharing.
654  Economy / Economics / Re: Why we should fear a cashless world on: June 25, 2017, 08:20:34 AM
I guess to become cashless completely you have to look after your country's economical system first. This change may not be implemented completely until everybody gets literate about the cashless technology. But according to me it won't be that big problem to let the people understand what it is. In recent years, India has made giant leap by investing heavily into a card system which they call it as "Äadhaar Card". This card includes all the biometric information about the person in the country and it links all your KYC documents too. This way everything is connected and contains unique barcode to access the services. Recently they have launched Wireless hotspot which Indians can buy just by scanning their thumbs! As the whole system is connected they don't have to submit their identification as the system already knows who the person is, and it gives access to them. It is not similar to contactless technology but it is something India has implemented even though they have highest poverty ratio as well as illiterate ratio. So its not fearing thing at all.
655  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: Beginner hobby miner wannabe - BTC or ETH? on: June 25, 2017, 06:12:17 AM
You have got almost everything up there. But the thing is you are mining for getting profits, and just a single S9 won't be profitable as long as your are awaiting for your ROI in 2-3 years! Plus the difficulty will keep increasing as more and more miners like you will be jumping in to mine the bitcoin or other coins. So you may end up with no profit sooner or later. So you must consider yourself setting up more than 5-6 miners together working on a pool. This will just increase the odds of finding a block in the network.

Yes miners are very noisy, but it won't penetrate the wall of your garage upto the neighbours house, and you can put in sound absorbing curtains over the wall to reduce the noise. Secondly due to increased advancement in technology, new type of models will come out faster but it won't make your S9 obsolete it will just make it slower in competition and you can always buy new models and add them to the current rig to balance the investment.

Pools can be selected manually all the times. And it is always advisable to switch your pools every alternate day as you may end up with finding a block into another pool if it saturated. The rate of bitcoin will not affect your ROI because you will not always find the block every other day, it can can take few days to months with single rig. It is not that profitable as I mentioned already.

Thats all from my side, and one more thing, try to talk with your neighbour about mining technology, who knows they get interested and you can expand your rig with them and share big profits. (Just suggestion  Wink )
656  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin needs altcoins because ... on: June 25, 2017, 03:48:34 AM
Alts are big chances of bitcoins and which are spreading like microbial colony. Yes they are really big part of the bitcoin because they are traded on the basis of bitcoin only. Moreover their prices fluctuate as per the market valuation of bitcoin and one can easily take it down with help of bitcoin. In some way both the coins are interdependent and will fluctuate each others in the market for sure. Trading platform runs on the coins, they generate their revenue against BTC price which means neither of the coin can be shut off from the trading nor can be ignored for trading. Its good points that you listed here.
657  Bitcoin / Mining / Re: [9.5kW SOLAR] NastyMining Green Energy Project on: June 23, 2017, 02:31:38 PM
You guys have made it! It is very nice to see that the solar energy is being harnessed upto such great extent. It is great to see those solar panels over the roof! I would like to know the power of these panels in rainy season if it is dominant there. Because in that period it would be dropping in terms of its efficiency. But anyway you will have atlas 8+ months to harvest solar energy and go beyond the break even point. I am amusing you storing the energy into back up power supply to make it work in the night as well? and are you switching the power in between with ground electricity and solar energy to make it more profitable. Im excited to answers to my question please, do reply even though they are stupid. :-)
658  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why Cash is better than Bitcoin. on: June 23, 2017, 02:06:11 PM
You may be unaware that there are services which are being developed for bitcoin technology. These include direct payment from blockchain to end user, which is exactly similar to cash or credit cards. Search about the TenX entity which has developed Bitcoin Debit cards fully and these can be used as mode of payment directly. So no more waiting for you conversion and confirmations. You can spend your bitcoin directly from your blockchain to end user. There might be little upgrades needed in these techs but they are taking giant leap now a days.
659  Economy / Economics / Re: How to TAX Bitcoin. An easy way ! on: June 22, 2017, 04:05:29 PM
Bitcoin taxation might get harder in country like USA or Europe. For now 3rd world countries need not to worry about the bitcoin that they earn and spend as most of their government is busy in solving their own countries problems. Many countries don't even recognise bitcoin as currency and people in there do have lots of money stored in the form of bitcoins. They are already evading the tax and due to poor banking system nobody asks much questions from where the money came. Many of them have tax exemption for money won in games, bets etc and thus they can easily put forth reason that they earned it from such games and can easily surpass the tax. Anyway, if you have taxes on it the you should really pay it for better of you and your future. :-)
