1) we agreed on skype earlier ,i wont take back money once i sent.

Only bcaz of this,no matter what happened later i will not take back money.

2) I cant stop a transfer online,IM IN CHINA NOT USA,.I NEVER TRY STOP A TRANSFER AFTER I SENT.

I only reply here, the guy on skype is IQ 0, there is meaningless to talk to him anymore.

Firstly,we agreed earlier i will not take back or change name after i sent.
Secondly,I was trying to take back ,but he wants more.plus today he said i was doing sth illegal.Pissed off+2

He acts like i was making a lot money from this order ,actually only 5% fees.I could just not go to bank and take back its too troulbesome.
I was talking to him like 10 mins ago and I told him I cant take back 15$ Wu fees,so If i send again ,max I can do is 80$+15$ fees,plus i spend my time to go to bank WITH my brother with no fees doing this.He still not satisfied, thus now I decided I will not go to bank to take money.Just bcaz the guy dont understand my words earlier and acts like I make a lot moeny from him.

I dont take back money,we agreed earlier.I am not wrong.

I did change earlier in bank,need me bring ID and tell the bank clerk,they give me a paper,then fill in it then clerk call Wu,wu process.

When I go to bank ,I lose orders at home.

I used my brother's name to send.I didnt know Wu will cease a payment of only 110$.As i said earlier to OP on skype:
the Wu receiver must be over 18 years old and the info you give me should be the same shows on the receiver's ID card(must be full name).
NOTE:Once we sent Wu payment,we will NOT take back later or change name for you.So be sure you can pick up the money.

Then he replied: I know.
Which means I can predict this things happens.I typed those sentence to all WU receivers.

Basically
1) I dont want to take it back since we agreed earlier.
2) My brother is outside this week,if next week he come back,ill tell him to go to bank then MAYBE cant take back.But 15$ WU fees will not get back.
to take Wu money back is super troublesome,need to fill a lot papers and wait more time.
3) If Op could wait ,Ill take a bit fees to do this.I usually take 50$-100$ to change name and get back.Op will cry.
4) The reason why i dont reply Op on skype bcaz I am disappointed.I told him earlier i dont take back then he let me take back then reply on my thread says i was DOING STH ILLEGAL,IM PISSED OFF.
