Posted that to at least confirm the MTCN and info matches and someone else can speak with WU to confirm what you said about the transaction being sent back is true.

EDIT Update I checked WU tracking info when i pick the choice as Romania for the receiving country it dont work, but when I had picked China as the receiving country it shows that is available for pick up.  I hope others will come and confirm it besides Xster.

The people are taken off the streets and paid pennies for their time / use of their name. Then they are sent off away to continue their lives. You also when you send money can send as a different name. I know people who have sent using other peoples' names as the sender. They don't ask for ID when you send unless you send 1000+ USD. However unless you know someone with that matching name, you're fucked if this sort of thing happens (where WU/MG blocks that name and wants to return the money to sender).

he also removed me on skype instead of trying to get it resolved.  I tried so hard to keep this off the forum but he kept ignoring me, like he ignored TomatoeCage.

Firstly,we agreed earlier i will not take back or change name after i sent.
Secondly,I was trying to take back ,but he wants more.plus today he said i was doing sth illegal.Pissed off+2

He acts like i was making a lot money from this order ,actually only 5% fees.I could just not go to bank and take back its too troulbesome.

I Never agreed on Western union reversing a transaction, I only agree that I wont alter a name change or I wont ask you to stop it.  This is a reversal not a stopped transfer request.

To change name on a western union transer it cost 0$ , i know this for sure because i got a payment and the name was 4 times changed because of a typo and it costed nothing!

what would happen if the OP just take the service from another escrow for his transaction...this situation would be resolved more easily with the exchanger not arguing his time is money and only taking the collateral side of his business <-- shdvb fee's to go again to the WU agency for 50$ - 100$ is like saying ok your money is now mine

only for the paperwork in china i'll give him credit...i just send money to my brother in china & he needs to present his passport - id and fulfill a form but won't take it much more than 25 minutes

@shdvb I know your fee's are low & your service is a little slow but effective for PP & Neteller but for WU:

1) ?? seriously it really has no sense because it wasn't a receiver fault
    the non-process was due to an error from WU
  And you not warned V.Lace that you would be using an ALT name or warned about the high-posibility your name been red flagged  and your money retained

Right now it appears to be nothing more than a matter of poor customer service. However, if this issue is not resolved in a timely manner, I would not rule out leaving shdvb a rating that references this incident.

As far as I can tell the customer could have done nothing to prevent this situation, if I am wrong about this please explain the mistake the customer made. I don't think it is appropriate for you to just ignore them and keep the funds in spite of your agreement of no returns, because again the customer had no way of preventing this situation as far as I can tell.

If you make an agreement that is impossible for one of the parties to comply with, then that is not a valid contract. This is called "impossibility" under contract law.

He is not required to comply with your agreement of "no returns", because the reasons for which he is unable to comply are of no fault of his own and outside of his control. As a result, the agreement is void, and since you have provided nothing in exchange, you have no legal claim to the coins he sent you.

I would think the ding to the perception of his customer service would be motivating enough, especially for a smaller amount, but IMO this is beyond a simple matter of customer service. It seems to me that in addition he has no legal claim to the sent coins, and is obligated to return them.

Hopefully what you meant to say is you will refund the total amount of BTC sent originally, because that is what is obligated considering you have no agreement in place any longer.
