I would suggest you to use any android device which you dont use regularly. I dont see any difference between that and a Trezor wallet. Send all your Bitcoins in an android wallet in that device like mycelium and take a backup of everything, seeds and private keys. Dont connect it to Internet and keep the device safe.

Almost everyone here will vote for Bittrex as it has all the top coins which has stable coins and very less coins faded away from it. Poloniex was good until we find problems with many things. I would suggest you to stay away from low level exchanges.

Why would anyone wanna buy for 0% when they can get 10% bonus with the purchase, I think investors will line for the pre-ico and the early phase. It will be sold in no time. Because the venture is transparent and people are getting snapup.
