It's a shame about US citizens (and now Chinese citizens) not being to participate. Obviously, there's the option of using a VPN, but there's a still a huge number of untapped people who would otherwise be keen to invest in Vibehub.

Another real estate project. It looks solid anyway. The funniest part is releasing the token to the exchanges so early. That might affect the development but is a clever move in order to attract crypto investors, used to fast pacing operations.
As far as i know, Relest isnt a same kind of real estate project with the other real estate projects. The others are focusing on investment, but relest is more about renting. Yes Relest is unique. You can't really compare the idea of making an auction platform for renting real estate to the other real estate projects I know. The auctioning part is unique and go very deep in the logic design part because the real estate renting or buying business is very different from area to area in the same city. I Think the Medical effects of cannabis nowadays are quite undisputed positively whereas there is a huge market potential for this kind of business.
With PARAGON centers, more helpful or positive effects will be potentially discovered by researchers making Cannabis much more likely to go mainstream. But the problem is that Paragon is only going to be implemented in the countries where it is legal to do. I would suggest them to try out for other countries too where it is actually needed for medicinal purpose and talk with the governments. This could be possible as PARAGON centers will attract Cannabis advocates everywhere, together they can lobby for the legalization of Cannabis to other countries. I am just waiting for that day to happen. Why do people only think about it's negative side. Well, most of the medicines have their negative sides, why don't they ban them also. Negative sides? Every active principle in every pharmaceutical medicines is poisonous, that's why you can find only a small percentage of that (usually <1%), I know because I worked in a pharma industry some time ago and I had wo wear antigas mask to manage it There is an old saying as a bacteria can only be killed only with another bacteria. People need to understand that but governments wont. They just want to control everything. As blockchain gives independence, we need something which can be border less. |

Actually i wonder it too. Not just paypie, most of the icos using erc20. Has Erc223 has some diffuculty we don't know? I would love to hear a dev, why they are choosing erc20 instead of erc223 Maybe because ERC20 is more popular. We have better coins than btc but everyone is after btc.Same logic here  I think the problem with newer versions is that exchanges are not accepting them. I had heard about Bittrex is not accepting ERC223 tokens, if your token cannot get into big exchanges then the market will be highly affected. |

With a simple calculation, hard cap can be found 64.760 eth. Somewhere 20m$
But there is no info about soft cap. Will you inform us about soft cap?
They will probably announce the information about the soft cap in the next couple of days before the ICO for the project starts. I think 20$ mill is too much amount to be used for the venture. The ICO's are getting a hit these days because of the recent outcomes from America and China. People are panicked to invest right now so I would suggest a smaller hardcap with a detailed description of where it will be used. |

You will be able to buy and sell token, don't be afraid about that its totaly normal. The value will depend of the project not only the use of the token. With many application of paragon and a big trafic on the platform, and you can add a good visibility with that, trust me that is totaly enough to get a huge value with paragon.
If the applications are out on the platform then it will get wide spread support and traffic naturally. I heard Texas is supporting medical marijuana and will start growing them soon. Dont know whether it is true or not but it needs more support from senators. |

The good thing is that the team is already in talks with exchanges, which I find rare these days with 100s of new ICO's popping up daily. The auction system is something different from other real estate ventures and hopefully, it will be a success. Would like to know where it will be implemented first.
