1881  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If no one spends bitcoin what might happen? on: April 08, 2017, 07:24:19 AM
If nobody spends bitcoins, then the price would remain stable and more retail traders will come forward to accept bitcoin as payment. But traders would lose their interest in bitcoins as they gain profits from bitcoins due to its volatile nature.

Two factors are possible to happen and what you mentioned is one of it but I want to add some, the price will be stable or will possibly pump because of the hoarding scenario and the demand will increase the supply is lessen. The next thing will be, people are going to look for another coin that is next to bitcoin which is good because this might kill the economy.

It will kill Bitcoin as well. People will obviously move on to some other alternative coins may be Eth or litecoin which may have some future, but nothing is permanent here in this world. I think traders will be the first people who will leave bitcoin if the price remained stable for a long time because they need pump and dump to make money.

1883  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How is Factom? on: April 06, 2017, 06:47:47 AM
I dont think it will be a possible situation in the future. I was searching for a good altcoin to invest for long term and the fluctuations in Factom made me think about it as an option but I felt the support team and developers are not serious about it.
So no.. It may be a good altcoin but it will not survive.
1884  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How do you store your bitcoins? on: April 06, 2017, 04:49:01 AM
I store most of my coins in online wallets and exchanges. I know that it's not safe and have to store in some offline wallets but I am not a long term Bitcoin holder. I sell and buy as per the market and hold very less Bitcoins.
1885  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you think gambling sites should ask proofs ? on: April 05, 2017, 11:54:47 AM
While I don't appreciate the fact that they ask proof but that been said if they ask proofs and run in a more legit way then that's actually good for users as less scams would hapen.

I dont know whether it satisfies your answer or not but I used to do sports betting in Bet365 and they actually ask for KYC if you want to verify your account and make a cashout. I dont like it but I used to win with my strategies and analysis so I have done that.
1886  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How can gambling help you with your life? on: April 05, 2017, 10:58:31 AM
Gambling will help you in your life in many ways. Entertainment, thrill, joy or winning etc etc. But moreover, the winnings will make your life more happy by adding a richness in your daily life. Unless you loose and that is inevitable. So gambling is good for only those who are not worried about losing their money.
1887  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum: Good alt or stay away? on: April 05, 2017, 09:23:55 AM
I think it is not the start of the new pump. There is no big good news. That is just a new value finding process.

I dont think ethereum is going to pump now. Its in the stable mode and hopefully will get pumped in the future. It is a good altcoin and valuable of investment.
1888  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What can i do with Bitcoin? on: April 04, 2017, 12:02:50 PM
Now you do not need to do anything with Bitcoin, if you want to multiply your capital. It is enough to just keep it. But you can try to invest in different projects

That's what I wanted to write here. Why you want to do anything with Bitcoins. Use your fiat for all those expenses and shopping stuff.
Bitcoins is my investment for the future. Everyone here knows that Bitcoin will be here for a long time and rate will be increased. So Its basically my savings and investment.
1889  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: I want to buy bitcoins on: April 04, 2017, 09:41:59 AM
Don't which country are you in but you can go for Paybis. It is amazing exchanger site and I have used lot time it is trusted and they are on bitcointalk forum also. They allow credit card use also. Checkout my signature for quick intro.  Wink

Although Paybis is a good site for these type of transactions, I would suggest the OP to look for some local trustworthy trader or exchanger. These exchange site's rates are so high that you will not buy from them.  Huh
1890  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How do you keep your bitcoins? on: April 04, 2017, 06:34:26 AM
I think offline wallet is the safest among the rest, it prevents from scam that usually done by exchanges. But I trust my local exchange because it requires our identification. But I am not sure we can trace them or file a complaint once they scam us.

have you tried visiting their office since it is in your locality? if so, i think it will be easy to file a complaint once there is defrauding going on. i advice you try to visit there office it its near your place so you can be more assured to your local exchange. Smiley

I frankly don't trust these local exchanges as they can close and set off any time they want. This happened last year in my locality as the bitcoin price got pumped to 1300$ and the next day there was no office. They closed without intemating their own employees.
So its better to save up all your Bitcoin locally, offline.  Roll Eyes
1891  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What if all nations of the world started to use bitcoin on: April 01, 2017, 11:14:41 AM
if every country started to use bitcoin, be sure the current price won't be the same, as well the trading volume  Wink

I think most of the countries have already started using Bitcoins. You only need the internet to use Bitcoin, that's all. Even if you don't have a local exchange, you can always buy stuff over the internet and get them shipped to your country.  Grin
1892  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Copy-Paste Virus For Bitcoin Users -- Beware!!! on: April 01, 2017, 09:34:29 AM
Recently There's a Virus I am victim of it and some of my friends, clients etc are affected too. This is called Copy-Paste Virus.
Please be careful while you paste a BTC address or Copy an Address.

The virus works like-- You copied a BTC address to send and while you paste it, It changed to other address and the funds sends to other account.

Copy paste virus was actually started as a bug towards gambling sites wherein when a user makes a withdrawal the address he pasted changes to another bitcoin address that of the hacker or creator of the bug. Then later on the cases moved on to the web wallets since the bug evolved and eventually almost all bitcoin address were affected by the virus if you have that in your pc. That is the reason also why we in our group after one of our friends have been a victim started to be cautious of btc address and double checks it before sending.

Never knew something like this is there even after doing so many transactions for so many years now. Thank you for sharing your experience and letting us know. Will be double checking all the addresses before putting in from now.

1894  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is it still worth it to trade? on: March 31, 2017, 12:24:25 PM
I wonder if someone still should get into trading Bitcoin at this point? There was a time with incredible aggresive swings so that daytrading was interesting, but now the movements appear but much slower. Is it still worth it to trade?
I think it's still worth it because there are movements although it was slow to be honest I'm not interested in bitcoin trading today and more focus to altcoin because moves fast
Yes. as long as there is fluctuations in the market it is great to do trading and I feel there are many more years to go for that.  Smiley

1895  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will Bitcoin overcome Paypal? on: March 31, 2017, 11:01:03 AM
Very likely, the current user bitcoin is already larger than paypak, it is no longer a paypal will go bankrupt because of lost users. can't doubt again that paypal is not good for users.

Mate, have you experienced to use paypal as your transaction in online industry? Anyway, its a big game if bitcoin will gonna fight for paypal, because paypal if use most of the business in online world, and much more in some professional works,, paypal built a big wall to strengthen their business, they are not that easy to break.

If you are talking about the transactions then Bitcoin is best to every type of user and easier transactions compared to Paypal but for the business world Paypal is better as it won't be converting your dollars to some other currency.
1896  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does experience matter in gambling? on: March 30, 2017, 10:05:19 AM
There is no way that experience can be helpful in gambling as it is only based on luck, if you are lucky you win and if not then you loose as simple as that and if someone is admitting that he has won with the experience then that is not true for sure.

Yes gambling is based on luck but without having a little bit of experience, it will be a headache to play the next move or to strategize the gameplay.  Huh
1897  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What Happen If Gambling was not introduced? on: March 30, 2017, 06:00:09 AM
I think people would have created something eviler. Shocked
Gambling's past goes way back to BC where people started betting on fights and etc. So as per human nature it was eventually would come up.
1898  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling loses and wins on: March 28, 2017, 10:24:31 AM
Yes! Gambling loses ang win. Theres ups and down too. I always win than lose. I experience that knowledge is more powerful than experience. The more you wise you are the more money you have.

Even with Knowledge and Experience, there is another factor which may completely make you lose or win and that is Fate or Luck. I have won some pretty good amount in the past but always felt the luck to be with me. Of course I have played with tactics and strategy. May be its different to every person.
1899  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The reason why people do not get Bitcoin. on: March 28, 2017, 09:51:58 AM
We are truly living in the future, and those that cannot see it are cavemen,

Don't be like that, people that aren't into bitcoin can't be consider as cavemen. They are just probably not being reached by things about bitcoin. So they don't know why bitcoin is a good currency and investment. But once they had enough knowledge about it probably they are the ones that will voluntarily ask someone about it.

Very true. I once tried to explain What Bitcoin is to one of my senior who is also a finance guy and till now, even after 1 month he haven't understood how bitcoin is created. I hope he will get the concept one day.  Smiley
1900  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Alt coins worth buying on: March 23, 2017, 06:29:23 AM
Blocknet is the future coin.
 multi exchange soon.
The price will skyrocket.
Only 4.000.000suppleys.
Price is just 0.4$ dollars

I don't feel like it is a future coin, but the price may skyrocket for some time as it happens with every other coin, but won't be in the market to survive.  Roll Eyes
