Из-за того что DNS обновляется в течении 72 часов, вам нужно добавить в конец файла hosts следующую строку: 66.45.247.194 btc-e.com Файл hosts находится по адресу: Windows\System32\drivers\etc Для Windows систем /etc/hosts Для nix систем Либо просто перейти по IP-адресу https://66.45.247.194.
