You can forget about large payouts on this site. I have been reading more and more customer complaints lately. betnomi even did not pay a customer for 2 weeks, and that involved an amount of 500 euros. I think you can whistle for your money, you ain't gonna get that anymore. How much money is it?

He will just stall your withdrawal until your gamble with it again. Many users complain about this.

5 days is unacceptable without any answer. It is time to take action to get your money!

The only solution is to start an accusation topic, it turns out that this has much influence on scam sites like betnomi.

That will be the only way to get your money, so people can judge about the situation and try to make sure betnomi pays you.

This is the best way to solve this problem. If they let you withdraw without any hassle, that would be the best way to solve this problem. So give them some time to tell you more about that withdrawal. Many times gamblers have to face many problems due to system bugs.

So I think you know very well how to open a scam accusation if you do not get your money back.

Moreover, my name /dob were mistyped to preserve anonymity on a cyrpto website while registering the account, and I cant edit it. Upon speaking to the live support he basically told me there's nothing he can do about it, but he'll forward my request to the risk department. I'm feeling very uneasy with the lack of help and information I'm being given from live support.

It is the behavior of Betnomi which is no good. They cancel a withdrawal after 6 days ?! I still assume that everyone will agree that this is not normal practice.
This is a way to install a payout so as not to have to pay. Betnomi has promised several times on the forum that they will not ask for KYC, but it seems that they are just asking for KYC from every customer.
That seems to me to be a serious violation of privacy. And what's worse is they canceled the payout after 6 days. Why does that have to take 6 days? Betnomi is a one-man operation and I advise everyone not to deposit large amounts here. in the case of roonlagoon I would go through the KYC, then withdraw all the money from your account and stop playing. Betnomi is extremely unprofessional and amateurish with payouts.

If they do not approve your withdrawal within 3 days, I strongly suggest to start an accusation topic, as Betnomi now is only delaying your withdrawal, and hoping you waste your money with betting.

Betnomi does not have any risk department. The owner is 1 man and he is doing everything by himself.
He tries to make it look more professional, but he is only making up fairytales, to delay your withdrawals at all costs.
It is a big surprise for me why nobody has tagged this site yet for their shady practices, as they ask everybody for KYC.
We all know what happened a few months go, when they threat a customer and published the passport information on the forum with the photo off the passport

sometimes bookmakers request KYC not just because of the withdrawal amount a customer makes but also because something else (betting pattern, IP address, etc) triggered a red flag in their system and they'd like to verify with the customer that nothing weird is going on.

let that be a lesson tho, always read the bookie T&C, do not take for granted what other people say about X or Y website

Betnomi is doing anything they can to avoid pay out amount and money to players.
This site is really a joke. They claim not to ask KYC, but it is a complete lie.
On top of that, they do not pay customers. How can people support this site after this shady business?

It's very interesting how everyone who has any real problems on our website comes here to complain about their "issue" with a new account.
If you think you did nothing wrong, then why hide behind a new account.

Like we stated on multiple occasions, we do not and will not outright ask for KYC unless we determine an anomaly.

If you play legit on our website, you will face not a single problem.
However, if you think you can engage in fraudulent actions and get away with it, that presumption is wrong I must say.
The users playing "dumb" and feigning innocence, just a little reminder. It will evaporate in the face of evidence.
