1  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin halving to be canceled? on: September 22, 2015, 07:16:34 PM
Can not cancel something that is build into the design.
2  Other / Politics & Society / Re: [Vote] Who did 911? on: May 03, 2015, 03:58:46 PM

A 5th choice 'U.S. gov' was added. Votes to that point were 3,2,1 and 5 for the first four choices respectively.

Bush did it?
3  Economy / Economics / Re: Russia / China Ban and strict US Regulations - Impact on: May 03, 2015, 03:57:42 PM
couldn't they just keep using exchange(only those that don't require id) via vpn/vps, for avoiding being tracked back? it would be a solution to the ban, but for the taxation i don't know(there definitely a few, but i'm not sure...), you need another kind of subterfuge

Bitcoin is still a currency that is depended on the banking industry. It isn't a standalone currency like gold or other metal.
4  Economy / Economics / Re: selling my mined btc for euro instead of usd on: November 24, 2014, 05:54:17 PM
EUR is trash these days. Get on some migthy dollar, it cant fail.

That is why you want to invest in Euro... because it is trash now.

Buy High Sell Low Much?

How low is low and how high is high?

Trend trading is much better and you can make up the profit difference by winning more often.
5  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Which parts of former Russia will become ruled by Islam? on: November 24, 2014, 05:52:10 PM
That's boring. We're living with Muslims since middle ages. And this will be continued even when there will be nothing left from your separatist pseudo state.

Try harder.

This is the modern age. Culture that still embrace religion and act that way to resist modern technology will need to go away.
6  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Arrested for feeding homeless people on: November 06, 2014, 01:59:11 PM

I can see their point... if you keep feeding the problem, it will never go away.

Give a man a fish...

Yes, I agree with you to a certain extent. But when the system cannot provide for people, who should do so if not others? This is really scary, they are basically saying you cannot help people that cannot survive on their own. They surely won't start a riot because no one would follow homeless people, so they are not a danger. They are worth less than animals in a zoo, because at least those produce a revenue. I'm sure we'll see concentration camps open again one day, and homeless people won't be the only ones to go there.

Economic depression isn't exactly a fault for the common man.

Kicking people when they are down doesn't solve the fundamental issue.
7  Economy / Speculation / Re: Rise incoming November of 2014 on: November 06, 2014, 01:56:44 PM
Just as Bitcoin saw a huge rise in November of 2013 it will see the same in November of 2014 leading into 2015 which will be known as the year of Bitcoin.

To all you faggots that think otherwise.

How much of your total asset allocation is in btc right now?
8  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: is bitcoin having real value? on: October 24, 2014, 07:09:04 AM
Bitcoin value is derived from demand alone.

And demand from bitcoin derived from the protocal, which can be easily copied; and network effect.
9  Other / Politics & Society / Re: The White European should be praised for their actions concerning slavery on: October 24, 2014, 07:06:32 AM
You probably thought I lost it but you will understand what I mean if you watch the end of the Stefan Molyneux's video :

Molyneux is very direct but after you are shocked by what he is saying you usually start thinking that what he is saying make a lot of sense; in this video, he is talking about the fact that slavery was present in every culture and most countries for thousands of years : Africa, Americas, Middle East, Asia and Europe until Europeans fought to abolish it, yet we still hear that the White Europeans were the biggest bad guys concerning slavery and should feel ashamed when they should be praised if anything

How is abolishing slavery working out for European and American so far?

Your country is being practically conquered by cock.
10  Other / Politics & Society / Re: When will Russia Attack?? on: October 18, 2014, 07:43:55 PM
When mr Putin going to save the world?  I want to see some action I would like to see america in russian control Putin is a god among men I wish I had a leader like him in my country.  Instead we have spineless fucks who havent a fucking clue wot they r doing this ith interesting times bitcoin to save the world from tyranny.

The US acts as police for everyone taking away you privacy and freedom and bombing the shit out of other countries.  Thank you wikileaks for that video "colatorol murder" I am thinking of moving to russia and meet putin to join his team but i dont want russia to kill me i hate my country i wish i lived in russia i am pro russian they hath a better way of live to shit with my country.

Russia won't attack the US directly, and neither will the US attack Russia directly. Nobody is that insane. And you have to that Putin isn't that different from the people ruling your country. He has the same limitations, and serves the same types of interests. You know the saying, the grass is always greener on the other side.

In heated argument, politicians will do something so irrational that no one will believe.
11  Economy / Speculation / Re: Descending Triangle in the Making Bitstamp BTC/USD 1HR - Lower Target $347 on: October 18, 2014, 07:40:07 PM
I know some whales are anxious to load up if the price ever go to $200.
12  Economy / Speculation / Re: Canadian Housing & Bitcoin on: October 09, 2014, 04:27:09 PM
Almost all of my friends are 100% or 99% invested in real estate.....

Almost every chart I look at implies Canadian housing is in a MASSIVE MASSIVE bubble.. our ecom is real estate..

When it fails I am wondering if others think BTC and PMs will lift off.

If they are getting high rental yield, it really doesn't matter if the housing market correct up to 50%.
13  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin will be bigger than Facebook on: October 09, 2014, 04:25:55 PM
Comparison doesn't have any sense.... you can't compare a website with a currency... earth and the sky... different things

Bitcoin is not really a currency. The value is backed by literally no one.
14  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: American dollar climbs most in 10 months while Bitcoin stagnates on: October 07, 2014, 12:45:06 PM
The Federal Reserve is getting close to raising interest rates for the first time in eight years. This is the furthest the dollar has gone in six years in relevance to the Japanese Yen. According to the head of foreign-exchange strategy at the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce in London, Jeremy Stretch, there has been a significant lift in volatility [in the market], and levels have moved up substantially,

More @

did we forget to mention that the japanese are printing their money like crazy to depreciate their currency compared to the dollar in an attempt to make their radioactive exports more competitive priced Huh

The outcome is Japan still haven't solve their economic problems after 2 decades.
15  Economy / Speculation / Re: Stop using the term "weak hands" on: October 07, 2014, 12:41:59 PM
How does holding an asset during a decline in its real purchasing power terms by 70% represent having a 'strong' hand?
All it represents is losing money.
A 'clever' hand would have sold up at the beginning of the year, and would now be buying up BTC.
A 'clever' hand would have three times more BTC than a 'strong' hand.
Three times!
Do you mean 'strong' as in 'dense'?

If you notice, most users on speculators section are fairly  new accounts and probably do not know what they are doing.
16  Economy / Speculation / Re: falling to $470 within hours on: October 05, 2014, 06:45:41 AM
Need new infusion of money.

There will be no new infusion. All previous bubbles were caused by Willybot and other Gox shenanigans.

Increased BTC use, means falling prices.

New target: $300 by January 1st.

Look like the target will get hit sooner than most people would have guess.
17  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What will you do if you meet a market manipulating permabear bitcoin whale? on: October 05, 2014, 06:43:49 AM
No one is powerful enough to manipulate market for long.

Except when the big exchange uses bots to fake volume. Like mtgox and the Chinese exchanges.
peligro + 1
lol madken -1

btc-e is only doing 15k day trading (300 coin max at play at any on time/order) thus very easy to continually mess with prices on these crappy exchanges that have locked down deposits and withdrawals to only be useful to the little fish

If you think bitcoin is undervalue right now, by all mean, buy it all up to the price where you deem "fair".
18  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What will you do if you meet a market manipulating permabear bitcoin whale? on: October 02, 2014, 09:08:39 AM

19  Other / Off-topic / Re: Need your valuable advice on: October 02, 2014, 09:07:31 AM
Need to show work demo and lower your rate to get any attention from potential customer.

Competition is tough especially from 3rd world labor.

Good luck.
20  Other / Off-topic / Re: Who would you go back to meet in the past? on: September 17, 2014, 09:44:29 AM
My grandfather.
