Do agree, and we respect him ! We did a lot of incentives exceptionally for his players but he made the decision ... Sorry wintomato, but this is not the smartest move. Efialtis is a highly respected member here on this forum and is the owner of the more popular casino guides so why act in this way? My only advice would be to work together as this whole story is not giving any confidence to play/invest in your casino.

I understand correctly you're saying that after the final verdict by CG and the decision to escalate the case to their licensor, gaming-curacao, wintomato conceded and admitted their mistake and paid your winning in full? If so, congratulation. It might be wise to edit the opening post and its title stating that the case is solved. However, I will still stay on my neutral tag on them due to the fact their dispute resolution is still very poor, being completely absent from the ADR even after given double extension, and the reason of confiscation is not plausible, just like the previous cases. But hey, WT, at least I didn't change it to a negative. |

I have found a complaint about your issue on Casino Guru website: Wintomato Casino - Player has been accused of opening multiple accounts.BTW, Wintomato team has suspected you as an abuser with multiple accounts and blocked your account. Did they also seize your deposited fund? Probably they won't disclose any evidence in the public forum. The Casino Guru team has taken steps to resolve the issue. The account had not been frozen or restricted , just dep bonus and related profit had been canceled as the user created dozens of account used for deposit farming purposes; In such cases we have right to cancel the dep bonus; sorry about the problems you are experiencing but are you trying to withdraw all your winnings? if yes then the system from wintomato might detect you are cheating
it's important to get used to it, when you win big on a gambling site, make it a habit to withdraw it slowly every day so your account isn't locked because some gambling sites still have problems with liquidity
How can it be if a gambler makes a large withdrawal of winnings from playing but the system at the casino thinks he is cheating? Each casino must have its own way of being able to identify fraudulent acts committed by their customers. Large withdrawals may only require a KYC requirement to make the withdrawal and not freeze the balance or lock out the casino account. If such thing happens then it is not recommended to use the casino and it is better to use another casino which is more reputable. We reserve the right to cancel bonus if the users ip intercepts with other users IP or Finger prints in your case both ip and fingerprint intercepted with the players who did the exactly same activities, activating bonus campaigns and playing the exactly the same games; So we had the evidence: 1 IP match, Fingerprint Match and Game activity match, Enough evidence? Guess Yes ! Yes, if i try to my put my phone into airplane mode, then go back, ip is changed. May be i have intersection with ip with some player, but if casino see that player has same ip liek other, why they do not ask for kyc to get bonus, i do not give bonus for such players, you know population of Ukraine? How much people can play from my country and have same mobile provider. I do not know data, but i think that 1/4 of my city citizens using Lifecell provider, like in other Ukraine territory. But casino said that device was same, it is total fake. So now i see that casino find reaason why to to pay winning, and confiscate deposit.

We we identified common IP addresses (non VPN) and also device fingerprints; We have all relevant proves and ready to provide proves to any legal entity;
Our bonus policy is generous and clear at the same time, we give it only once not 10 times;
Even his Bitcointalk account is not genuine; Newly created only for scam acquisition;

All issues are solved immediately; Only issue where casino has concerns with the player faithfulness is delayed and deeply investigated; Did any of you face issue which has not been resolved within couple of minutes?  |

We have around 20 000 Users and try to serve all off their complaints if any, but at the same time we are strict if we detect any fraudulent activities; This case you are talking about was pure bot farming case and that case should not effect casino reputation when there are 20 000 registered users; This user was actively conducting bot farming activities, we provided proves on that thread, furthermore he never came back That happened a long time ago, and I don't really remember the specifics right now. But if I am not wrong, there is no mention of "bot farming activities", what they are, and why they are illegal in your TOS. You did say the player was part of a bot farm, but posted no proof of it. If you don't mind, can you explain how bot farming activities look like? even his Bitcointalk username was temporary There is no such thing as temporary usernames on Bitcointalk. Newbies often create accounts, ask questions, get the answers they wanted, and disappear never to return again. It's the same thing for scam-related accusations. |

This user was actively conducting bot farming activities, we provided proves on that thread, furthermore he never came back, even his Bitcointalk username was temporary; Daily we have 1000 actives users and more then 20 000 registered users , and you are trying to persuade the community that one users allegation is more persuasive then 20 000 users user experience? And we still do respond on such allegations as our reputation is important on bitcointalk community; So you are all about promoting your affiliate links without really showing the user experience when one decides to use the casino? This should be what I would be expecting in such reviews if they were honest. |
