All issues are solved immediately; Only issue where casino has concerns with the player faithfulness is delayed and deeply investigated; Did any of you face issue which has not been resolved within couple of minutes?  Cool

waiting to solve the problem, you definitely have to be patient according to the queue. I understand about that and sometimes there is a problem that is resolved for several weeks, sometimes up to months, depending on how severe the problem is.
but at least customer service at a casino is always responsive in responding to customer complaint messages and gives the specified time to be understood by the relevant customer.
so that customers who have been responded to by customer service and given time to be patient within the specified limits should indeed be more patient to wait according to the agreed time limit.

If I understand you correctly, you made a deposit of $500, then claimed the deposit bonus, then requested a withdrawal?
This simply means that you did not gamble at all on this casino?

If the above question be true, then I assume you deposited the $500 for the sole purpose of claiming a deposit bonus, which some casinos can consider as an abuse of their bonus offer, and block the user..

sorry about the problems you are experiencing but are you trying to withdraw all your winnings? if yes then the system from wintomato might detect you are cheating
