Dang, kjs, how do you keep your cards so cold?

I run the fans at 100% and its also fairly cool here at the moment.

The bigger question is what mobo and O/S are you using to get 11 gpu's?

Supermicro X9DRX+-F-O

The other thing I'd like to know is the 50-year lifecycle statement. What will happen to the facility if the project is out of fund?

Very good question, I would like to know what protection is offered to holders of these tokens if this event arises.

'You guys asking this for real?...If they pull a MtGox, your SOL- such is crypto/life.

Don't accept mediocrity, if you think its just 'the way it is' there is no imperative for improvement.

So yes, I am asking this for real, and its not an unreasonable question nor expectation.

Cryptonomos,

Can you get me a phone contact for the exec team at Giga Watt?  I am looking to purchase an entire Giga Pod.

Thanks, KJS.
168  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Panda B3+ Review ! on: June 10, 2017, 09:56:34 PM
That's a Gen 1 B3

here are the new ones.  Yes I have one =P

On your gen 1 asm = ?
Dcri = ?

You're running windows or smOS or pandamOS ?

Thanks for the picture I have either an even newer version than your gen 2 or a variation of it. It's similar different fan covers though, it's 4 fans in 5 fans out

Awaiting on ElioVP to produce a new Panda OS image that works with the modified motherboard / graphics driver.
169  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Pandaminer B3+ Review - Why you should never buy a Pandaminer B3+ / B1 on: June 10, 2017, 09:54:04 PM
Don't they have like a 6 month warranty for those things?
I guess the miner catching on fire whould be covered by that  Cheesy
Yeah w/ you covering shipping and I'm a second hand owner of both so I imagine they may use that to shrug off support even though one was purchased directly from their distributor

Here's my latest issues with my second pandaminer
https://youtu.be/PIwmfx8KjqY

Note its a different version dagarair reports it as a gen 1 b3+ whereas my other panda is a gen 2 b3+ I'm assuming -- its a newer version
This psu has more splitters than needed . .
Much quieter and lower tone, still a very loud miner but nothing in comparison to the "gen 2 pandaminer"

only getting 6x gpu recognized

Hi VoskCoin,

Appreciate your reviews and have re-tweeted your YouTube videos, keep up the good work Smiley

I have just received 20 of these PoS, 19 of which are running now, 1 of which is DoA.

Do you know how to get them out of 'Chinese Windows 10' mode into English?

Best Regards,
KJS

Indeed, silence is golden.

Spondoolies Tech - either support this group buy now or close it down and let's all move on.

So have you guys got your shit together yet or are you still messing about 'negotiating' with Spondoolies Tech?

You either have an official endorsement from them or you don't, but please let us know sooner rather than later so we can either negotiate directly, or get on with business.

Stop fucking about.

$3,200 per unit would be a fair price giving a 90 day ROI: https://tradeblock.com/mining/a/ba679b3ec5

This does assume quite a low power / hosting charge.

The difficulty is just wrong there.

Can you elaborate further?

The thing is if they do this then they won't be able to raise any new bonds - investors will move their capital to 'safer' investments which will leave equities, commodities and corporate bonds as the only realistic alternatives.

Realistically the market value of the SP10 as of today is around $1400/unit.

PM me if you want to do a realistic bulk discount for all 10 units.
