161  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin will be more effective in the future on: September 29, 2021, 09:35:32 AM
Some governments have boosted their economy or at least solve employment challenges for many teenagers by accepting cryptocurrencies in their countries which is a good thing. Sadly, there are some countries with a low to medium economic status which would have use crypto in several investments to boost their economy but instead, they keep rejecting even the giant Bitcoin.

But nowadays a lot of popular people are diving into the crypto world, perhaps this will increase attention to some countries and their governments will accept crypto.
162  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: My Challenge with small investment in bitcoin on: September 29, 2021, 09:26:55 AM
Best of luck. The "can't buy a whole coin" excuse is nonsense in the first place.

1. You don't need one full bitcoin, like you don't need one full gold bar.
2. You don't need to buy one full bitcoin in one go, you can get there slowly by dollar-cost averaging (like what you're doing right now)
Honestly, the OP and your comment powered me up! Many of us (with small capital) think it's a must to invest in BTC with a large capital so that we can earn good profit and grow, but now I understand if we behave well we can start with a small amount and grow it slowly. I'm inspired because this is the second topic I'm reading here in BTT about small investments, the first topic the OP says he adds $10 every week to his investment, he started with $25 per week but today he has $600, and that happened not for years, but months!

I think it's my time now to do something, I saw two posts with almost the same strategies so I believe it's my time.
163  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: My Past three months bitcoin journey on: September 29, 2021, 09:11:18 AM
I've learned something here; first is patience and second is plan. It means if I start investing in BTC with a such plan, then I just need to be patient to grow my capital. The problem is that things may not work the same for all people, so sad 🥺

Anyways, I really liked your way and I'll take my own risk to try it with $100.
164  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: feel like never wanting to use crypto again on: September 29, 2021, 09:01:25 AM
What happened ?? We all have challenges in the crypto world because no anything that gives only profit, no matter what! But you should not give up and quit, share your problem here and we will help you by solving it together.

Many of us had a tough journey in the beginning but now is not the same as in the beginning.
165  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin tipping on Twitter on: September 29, 2021, 08:46:46 AM
What do you think about this feature ?
Very cool and I liked it! Though it's difficult to receive BTC tips unless your Twitter account is very active and it has a lot of active followers or clients in case you offer any services or products.

This feature will benefit many crypto influencers and it will increase activity in the crypto world by the way.
166  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why some millionaires hate Bitcoin? on: September 29, 2021, 08:41:17 AM
Maybe they fear because many governments still do not support Bitcoin. All governments use Gold and Fiat currencies in growing their country's economy and that is why those rich people trust Gold and Fiat currencies but not Bitcoin and other Cryptocurrencies.

If you do not have an account on this forum or are logged out, pay attention to the list shown below as you will not see the trust ratings of known scammers.

Do not trade with the following members as they have been caught scamming multiple times and often use multiple accounts.

This thread is self-moderated to limit OT discussion but I will give the accused a chance to defend themselves.

Thanks for pointing this out! We, beginners of this amazing forum are the ones who get affected regularly by such people, but I feel lucky because it's like I'm learning new things almost every day here! But sorry, I want to understand one thing if it's okay... I've seen a lot of threads discussing exchanging Crypto to PayPal, is there any escrow software they use or it's done manually by trust only?!
170  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Wallet for Android / Re: Lost smartphone with Coinomi wallet and private keys? on: September 24, 2021, 07:38:36 PM
If someone will get access to my Coinomi wallet on Android 10 they can get access to my private keys? I mean if this someone have understanding of situation and get access full hardware access to my Android 10 smartphone storage.

If someone gets access to your Coinomi wallet it's obvious that he/she will have access to your private keys without any difficulties too. You should use Biometric security to protect your phone so that no one can access it but only yourself. Also do not forget to save your private key somewhere safe aside from your phone, if you have two email Ids maybe gmail and outlook then you can send it from your one email to another so that you can have it forever in your two emails.

Is there a required size that we must use in our artworks, or we can use custom sizes?
I've seen a lot of members who participated in the previous roobet art competition submit murals, which are usually large, while others submitted handicrafts of various sizes. So sizes are not issues.

Okay, thank you for your support. Now I will design mine and try to participate.
172  Other / Serious discussion / Re: Can a poor man get his chance to be rich in Crypto? on: September 24, 2021, 11:41:11 AM
I have some struggling friends who I like to help but they have this life where their salary is only enough to feed themselves for the day and they can barely save $100 for other things. Let's be real, will he be able to get the life he wants with crypto? I appreciate your thoughts on this.

Buddy, it is quite possible that your friends became rich through crypto regardless of their status, but from my understanding, there are a number of important things they will have to consider in their crypto investment including patience which is the most basic thing.

In crypto it doesn't matter if you invest $10,000 or $100, we will all make a profit based on what we have invested, the only important thing is to know the basics about investing so we know what we are doing and be able to avoid unnecessary losses. I also come from a poor family, but I am no longer dependent on my parents, I am independent now and I dare say my life has improved by a very large percentage unlike before. So your friends should learn about crypto and then dare to risk at least $100 by investing in crypto. They will make only a small profit but it does not matter, the important thing is to be patient and grow their capital. There are currencies that can give you 10% to 50% monthly if you are a good trader who knows how to do technical analysis and be active at least for 5 hours a day in different exchanges. So if they'll learn and be careful, within a year they can grow up to $1000 from the $100 they started with. $1000 is not that much for a year but for someone who is just starting investing in crypto and successfully grew his/her capital from $100 to $1000 within a year, then he/she is a very good trader!
173  Other / Serious discussion / Re: How much money is enough money? on: September 24, 2021, 11:08:46 AM
At what point will one say that he or she has had enough money?

To have enough money is impossible, for me!

I am saying it's impossible because we are human beings and we have many basic things to pay for them every day so that we can live. We have to buy food every single day, water, utility bills and etc.

Even the rich people like Jeff Bezos, Elon Musk, Bill Gates, and etc have a lot of money but they still working every day! Why? They keep working because they have to pay a lot of people who are working for them, they have organizations to support people with different problems (anger, illness, disability), sometimes they help government organizations so that they can feed millions of people globally.

So we always need money, even if it's enough for us but sometimes we'll have to keep finding it so that we can help those who are in need.
174  Other / Serious discussion / Re: Everything good needs value on: September 24, 2021, 10:58:09 AM
The most important thing to value in life is time because if time is not valued it cant be gotten back.

In short, we have the decision to do something good or bad in this world depending on how we spend our time.

For example, someone wants to be rich in the next 10 years, but you spend 70% of your time playing games, watching movies, and having other enjoyments, 25% sleep and then the remaining 5% are what you use to learn different things that will help you achieve your goals! Then it will be difficult to achieve your goal of becoming rich within 10 years unless you change the way you spend your time and have the right schedule. So time is of the essence, and we need to take it seriously.
175  Other / Serious discussion / Re: The Important of Digital Wallet on: September 24, 2021, 10:41:05 AM
You are right buddy, but I think also a Digital wallet has its pros and cons especially in a situation that happened in Afghanistan.

I'm saying this because a Digital wallet will help them to cover a few things online, but they will not be able to cover the most basic things which you must pay them physically with fiat money. So in this case, I think we must learn to have cash as well. Because in such situation I believe they'll be needing cash for covering many basic things including food and etc!

179  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Government bonds VS Crypto investments...?! on: August 20, 2021, 05:18:15 PM
Yeah just go to the government bond if you're feeling good with the very small stable return.
I get 12% from Crypto exchange, and I get 7.5% from BlockFi if I invest in stablecoins, but I get 15% from government bonds without any fees! So I didn't understand what you mean by saying "very small stable return" because government bonds are a good return to stable currency than crypto.

Some government agreed the investment of cryptocurrency. Some was in a standard against the legalization. Government bonds are also a good tool to inverse your money. But when the market rock and pumped huge. You will get double or triple of the profit from the government bonds.
I'm glad my country soon will legalize crypto and maybe it will be easy for me to exchange crypto to my country's currency because it is one of the biggest reasons which makes me to invest more in government bonds. Since I have started investing in government bonds until today I have never regretted my decision because the profit is good, no any fees, and I invest in my country's currency directly.

@OP, Return on investment is not a matter of nominal. If you are quite satisfied with the amount of return that other people think is small, it doesn't matter as long as you can enjoy everything.
Just need to know, investing in crypto as you describe is another meaning of crypto staking. So yeah, to get that APY, they have to entrust their crypto to a centralized service (which most of them don't even know about). I have not found a better staking legal guarantee than the one issued by the government.
Absolutely buddy! I am always happy with my investments because my money is 100% safe in the government bonds, also there is never a loss in the government's bonds. Some people may see 15% as a very small profit but it is stable so I do not have to worry about bearish, and also they do not know how much I have invested so they'll never know 15% is how much to me! Cheesy

Yes, I meant staking. I think that's why some people are confused.

What is your opinion on this matter?

Quote
Please note: Not all governments will have the same laws and profits for their citizens who support their activities through investing in bonds! So do your own research on your government to know their rules first before investing.

In my opinion crypto is better than governments bonds. If you think of long-term prospective crypto is bullish. Thair could be another major correction to the market but sentiments are bullish for the long term. And those who invest in crypto know about the risk very well but still, they invest in crypto because they know rewards will be huge. Investors don't invest in crypto for 12% they do for more. So as long as the future of crypto is still positive it's worth risking some money here.
I don't think we understand each other brother, forgive me for not straightening out the details. I meant "staking" in stable coins compared to investing in government bonds using your country's currency which is also stable, which is better?

Apart from staking, I am a trader and I know that if you trade the right coins/tokens and at the right time when the market is good, you may earn a very good profit. But I was wrong to explain, I meant staking and not a direct crypto investment which includes trading, lending, mining, and so on.
180  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Government bonds VS Crypto investments...?! on: August 20, 2021, 02:52:58 PM
Farming stablecoins is stupid unless you are waiting to buy more crypto during a dip. Yes, you might get 15% apy on your USDC but if you were holding Celo or NEAR or XRP for example, your crypto could 10x. If you are just farming stablecoins you are going to stay poor. Stop being so poor and use your brain.
Farming USDC or any other cryptocurrency is stupid only if you are doing it in the wrong way! There are some people who have invested more than $100,000 USDC and they get paid 15% per year, how dare you call that stupid while they do not have to worry about losses from volatile coins??? Just because btc, eth, ltc, link, celo, near, xrp, trx, doge, and many more can grow 10x doesn't mean you should not invest in stable coins!

Putting all your money in one bucket is the stupidest thing, but investing in stable coins is the most helpful thing that saves our money as traders!!! I wonder you don't know that and you call it stupid, lol  Grin Grin
