Yes, the thread is old, but the threat (could not resist the pun) is fresh as ever. Wallet stealers can be dangerous because they might be less frequent "in the wild" so antivirus companies don't develop signatures against them, and AV programs don't recognize them as malware. Best advice is to avoid running any software of somewhat questionable origin on a Windows machine when you have an active wallet on the same machine. ^^I guess that some exchanges have high fees to trade and withdraw BTC, so finally you lost many Doges in this case..............
