Yeah, there are a few people I should take off, but anyone who is going to keep manufacturing I like to keep on.

Well, I suppose I should check ASICMiner, they probably put their price down again Smiley
85  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: "Real" full-node bandwdith consumption on: November 18, 2013, 06:00:38 PM
I don't get your Skype comparison, either to mislead or you simply didn't read it properly, the Skype graph shows consumption in MB, not GB, so its still way smaller than the Bitcoin QT.
He was just using Skype as a common reference point to show how much more QT uses than many people may think.
86  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: WTF Cointerra on: November 18, 2013, 04:59:19 PM
I'm not sure Cointerra is a mining equipment manufacturer anymore...  No ad hominem in a clarification after being roughly accused, and they are sticking to their word?? Smiley
87  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Best miner for the layman? on: November 18, 2013, 04:31:40 PM
The only people who have made good money on mining since ASICs are the early buyers taking a huge risk.  I hope you're right about this changing as companies become more experienced, the majority of people have not been able to make a positive return.

Or you could buy 10 houses at the end of next year.  Wink

Thanks!

Do you mind updating your table with the correct info regarding the KnC Jupiter?

It's a table based on specs and delivery date and you have neither of those accurate.

Saying that you appear to have provided false info regarding the Saturn as well.
So what is their delivery date then?  It's not listed on their webpage, as far as I can tell.

-edit
Not listed in the usual place that I look, since they aren't taking orders.  If you are saying the delivery date is wrong, are you saying that it should be listed as November?  January might be a better estimate than December as I have now since the current batch is sold out.
91  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Swedish ASIC miner company kncminer.com on: November 15, 2013, 06:01:17 PM
After looking all over their page and through several pages of threads I still am not finding their the delivery date for next batch.  Does anyone know?  I was just told I had it wrong with no clarification.
92  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Friedcat New Product Box Miner 38GH/S on: November 15, 2013, 03:48:14 PM
I've added this to my list, as a reputable source said it was on the way.  I'll be watching to see if any changes happen as they announce.
93  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Announcement: Bitmain launches AntMiner solution, 0.68 J/GH on chip on: November 15, 2013, 03:32:19 PM
I think everyone is waiting for a company with fair pricing and available stock.  Smiley

From our experience, if you don't sell these chips under production costs, there will be a lot of people complaining of unfair pricing.

"Overpriced" = Default setting currently.
Yes, but I can't really blame most of the companies at this point.  33.58% difficulty for the last two months makes it hard on them.
94  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Mining Equipment Manufacturers -- Drillbit added on: November 15, 2013, 03:02:46 PM
Okay, updated AM

-edit
Added the box you mentioned they were coming out with too.
95  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Mining Equipment Manufacturers -- AMT added and updated on: November 14, 2013, 11:19:10 PM
Ok, added Drillbit.  They have three different prices quoted, though..  I used the one from the thread you linked to.
96  Bitcoin / Group buys / Re: DRILLBIT SYSTEM Miners - Thumbs 0.5 BTC (5 left), 8 Boards 1.6 BTC (7 left) on: November 14, 2013, 11:03:46 PM
Hi, I am adding your products to my page, but it seems that you have two different prices quoted on your website, which is different from the ones posted in the OP of this thread.
97  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Mining Equipment Manufacturers -- AMT added and updated on: November 14, 2013, 07:25:16 PM
That's interesting, I thought drillbit was a share based system for some reason.

Sure I will put them in today, thanks for the heads up.

Jbest, things DO move very quickly in new tech like bitcoin.  Still, though, you have to wonder why people don't take a second to form more complete rational thoughts and criticisms.
99  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: [BOUNTY] 0.15 BTC per transcript of LetsTalkBitcoin on: November 13, 2013, 08:42:33 PM
With bitcoin at this price someone fast could make over $10/hr.
Great to see so many people doing these.

I was wondering about that too, monbux.  I would like to rewrite my article if anything has changed.
