381  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to deal with greed whilst trading? on: April 19, 2019, 01:07:57 AM
Hello!

I'm doing alright trading, learning.
However - I spotted myself being very greedy earlier. I wanted a bigger position as I was confident of the direction of the market..
So I entered in at a lower spot, with a higher position - lowering my entry quite significantly.
I've actually done this twice in two days.

How do you deal with this particular emotion in trading?
I'm trying to be as mindful as possible - but i get really excited.. and start getting reckless.

I think I need to read some more books on trading psychology.
TG
the emotions are always been a psychological barrier to make the next step to very difficult position but in this type of method we need to be more aware by doing everything otherwise it will give the loss at the end of the day.

I am little lazy to be updated frankly I don't have the patience to hear something especially then use but while reading the Daily News it will be very thankful to find what is going on here and I am trying to do it.
383  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: You Can't Be Jobless And Be Participating In Bounties on: April 17, 2019, 08:38:22 PM
Truth be told. You can't be jobless and be doing bounties. You will starve  Grin

My advice is to just see bounties as a pass time and don't be too expectant. Find some other job that gives you money. So many factors determine if you will get good rewards from bounties. For instance, when it lists, the price is out of the control of the team (unless they decide to do a buyback which rarely happens). The price of the token can rise if there is a lot of demand for it when it lists. But most times (since the bear run) the demand is low and to make it worse, several holders set ridiculously low prices just to sell off which devalues the coin.

Another factor that determines your reward is the authenticity as well as the success of the team and its project. Many campaigns have closed down in the past after several months of working on them only to announce that they failed to raise enough funds for the project. Worse case is the team devs exit scam and no one gets paid.

Project owners can also decide to execute their "reserved rights" by changing the rules at the end of successful campaigns. Rules changes can usually mean bounty rewards are reduced, locked, subjected to uninformed KYC checks, or distributed over a very long period of time.

If you consider all this then you will see that bounty campaigns are a gamble and cannot be always relied on to provide regular income for people participating in it. Those that participated in Deex bounty campaign (which ended in January 2019) are still waiting for their rewards (3 months after) and the devs are not communicating any date for the distribution. If you ask them they will say "soon". They have been saying "soon" since January, by the way. I'm not trying to slander the project or anything. I'm just advising fellow bounty hunters to try to get something else to do that will fetch them money and not to rely too much on bounty campaigns for payments.
I agree everything that you are mentioned because when after you entered into this field there is a wide opportunity to make your income properly if you don't have a single investment also the bounty. campaigns will be very helpful for you to get your income for your work and this opportunity will be most useful thing in Crypto field.
384  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bitcoin Cash jumps up!! on: April 17, 2019, 08:25:53 PM
What you see with the price of Bitcoin Cash, you will definitely think something extraordinary has happened. Namely the price rose very quickly $ 324. What is the underlying cause? Share your opinion in this event. Thanks for you all.

385  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Would you borrow in cryptocurrency? on: April 17, 2019, 08:16:03 PM

386  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: report about dice site on: April 17, 2019, 08:05:39 PM
Care to explain the whole scenario from the very start why you want to report a dice site? if you have problems with your wins and withdrawals, have you ever contacted the support?

Reporting an establishment to the police will require you a lot of things for them to move. I haven't heard of a successful report about a complainant that reports to international police regarding this kind of issue but if there's any, I'll be happy to hear it.
this advice is seriously need to be taken from the side of gambling sites and it will be more important to decide and here from the side of cambulac who are wants clarification about what they are doing and it will be the only way to get connected with the people.
387  Economy / Economics / Re: Terrifying $243 Trillion Global Debt Bomb is a Disaster Only Bitcoin Can Fix on: April 17, 2019, 07:56:00 PM
Global debt now stands at a terrifying $243 trillion according to a report by the Institute of International Finance this week. That’s quarter of a quadrillion. We’re in the realms of the absurd.

This is unsustainable. And it’s the fault of a broken and irresponsible monetary system, addicted to printing money and issuing credit. It’s time to admit we need a new alternative. While it’s far from perfect, bitcoin offers a viable solution with its fixed supply and regulated output. It’s time for a revolution.

$243 Trillion Debt Bomb

The record figure stands at three-times the world’s total gross domestic product (GDP). In other words, it’s three times larger than the value of all products and services on the planet.

The figure peaked in the first quarter of 2018 when it hit $248 trillion. It has since fallen back slightly. The US is among the biggest offenders. As CCN reported, total US national debt hit $22 trillion this year.

https://www.ccn.com/terrifying-243-trillion-global-debt-bomb-is-a-disaster-only-bitcoin-can-fix
I think the Bitcoin has no route to make this possible and possibly it will not been happened in any kind of situation their Economics is always been normal and the people in this world are always using the country currency for making a transaction and Bitcoin is also one of the important thing it's not to develop the people in this world.
388  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Tips in Trading on: April 17, 2019, 07:50:46 PM
Question: How to sell with maximum profits in high targets when the signal reaches first target?

Possible Things To do:
1. Sell 50 percent of your amount
  • If the price crashed after the first target the stoploss will be executed with the profit of first target for the rest of 50 percent of amount.
  • If the price didn't crashed and reach second target, sell 20 percent of the amount then set stoploss for the rest of 30'percent of the amount a bit little  below the second target.
  • If the the price crashed after the second target the stoploss order will be executed with thr profit of second target.
  • Make this steps for the rest of amount in the third and fourth target.

2. If possible, devide your funds so that you can enter two or more signal.

3. Buy only on your buy zone just open order and leave it to be filled.

thank you for your valuable topic and it will be helpful for everyone to learn something new and make it possible to develop their trading experience and the experience only make you to get the successful person in any type of field and if you got this you will be the most important and valuable trader in this field.
389  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Don't panic sell on: April 17, 2019, 07:41:25 PM
The crypto market is in the red right now, Ethereum suffering the most, but don't panic sell people, it will rise again.
the panic and selling your investment is like the decision is not made by you it is only made by the situation but in normal time we will be comfortable with the spelling of your investment this is different between. normal and panic situation.
390  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sportsbook any good? on: April 17, 2019, 07:30:24 PM
Guys have someone tried Skylimitbet.com? Seems they have huge limits on sports and low divisions aswell anyone any experience?
the implementation is new to me and I don't know previously about this type of things but I think there will be something you will be always accepted and agreed by the people and the success is easy in this situation.
391  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Scalp trading vs. Swing trading, which is your style? on: April 17, 2019, 07:20:33 PM
I think Bitcoin's volatility is more suited for scalp traders to make timely quick bucks. On the other hand, not sure swing trading is any good especially because when the bull run starts, a swing trader can be confused on where to exit the market to maximize profit.

Any credible handbook on scalp or swing trading exclusive to cryptocurrencies, especially for the top 10 cryptos?
both are profitable depends on the situation you cannot do the same thing properly for a long time because the current situation decides which will be better so you need to adapt yourself for the current trend then only the profit is possible to make here.
392  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Scams on: April 17, 2019, 07:18:25 PM
Is there a possibility of a scam if my tokens have no value for 2 months? I already have the tokens for 2.5 months and they keep telling us that listing is a laborious thing to do. Is that a normal thing to happen when your coin doesn't have any value for 2.5 months now?
my opinion is to find the camp we need the guidance of the previous experience with people for that we need to make something better like a group conversation between the people who are scammed here then only it will be a learning for everyone.
393  Economy / Economics / Re: Things I learned through the years of Buying and Trading Bitcoin on: April 17, 2019, 02:30:37 PM
Hi, I am interested in cryptocurrencies and Bitcoin since 2014 and want to provide some advice I have gained through the years and experience.

  • Never invest what you can't afford to lose. This includes your whole life savings, child college funds, all your rent money.
  • Use a paper wallet so you don't keep your copy of the seed phrase in your PC. I still suggest using a hardware wallet as a backup in case the paper gets wet, faded or destroyed.
  • Use a hardware wallet for backup. You can get one with 50USD and it's one of the best investments you can do for your funds.
  • Don't get in debt buying Bitcoin. It's never a good idea to get in debt in risky investments. This includes buying Bitcoin with a credit card. I started like this and it's not a good idea because interest rates. I now buy only with cash it's a lot better!
  • Don't leave crypto on exchanges. That's why you got a hardware wallet, withdraw your funds on a constant basis to your wallet. If you leave your crypto
  • Don't put your seed phrase on online backup. I lost some funds putting a screenshot in a Dropbox account. There are bots that scan .txt for seed phrases. Use physical media there are good metallic cases to use. If you can't avoid making an online backup then use 7ZIP to encrypt a screenshot of your seed phrase(no text) and protect your file with a strong password. That would make harder for bots to discover.
  • Don't make public your earnings. This is to prevent someone with bad intentions to steal your crypto, especially if they know where you live.
  • If trading and investing in crypto is it is causing you severe anxiety/depression, please stop for a while. I had to stop for some years due to anxiety. If you are risking your physical and mental health then the money it's not good.
  • Learn techniques like DCA (Dollar Cost Average). This is so you buy a constant amount in a determined day. So, for example, buy $10 USD of Bitcoin each day per 6 months. This will teach you to be discipline on investment and don't fall of FOMO (Fear of Missing Out) or use sentiment and do a panic sell.
  • Set clear goals. Why are you investing? Do you believe in the technology of blockchain? Just for pure speculation? Set clear goals of prices to enter and prices to exit and what % you can afford to lose to avoid further losses.

I won't go on recommending products but you can go and do a google search comparison of hardware wallets and physical steel wallets for seed phrase.
Note that these are things I have learned by myself so you don't fall in the same pitfalls I did.

I am also a developer and love creating blockchain products, so try to have some fun doing all your crypto tradings. Thanks for reading and have a good day.

Edit: Added Paper wallets as jjjfff suggested.
394  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Invest now? or wait for down turn? on: April 17, 2019, 02:19:45 PM
I think taking long time will change your mind and make your mind set different so if it will not been proper decision also taking it quickly will be giving the opportunity of getting the profit and taking risk always been important to do in Crypto field and I trust it will be work for lots of time.
395  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Will Governments Ever Accept Blockchain-Based Cryptocurrencies? on: April 17, 2019, 02:11:00 PM
At present, Bitcoin and several other forms of cryptocurrency are at least partly regulated by world governments. In fact, cryptocurrency is only illegal in a handful of countries including Bolivia, Sri Lanka, Ecuador, and Vietnam. The only question is, will world governments ever really recognize coins like Bitcoin as legal tender?

What Does Acceptance Mean?

For the most part, mainstream government acceptance of Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies is a non-issue.

In the United States, Europe, and the UK, it is already possible to buy everything from a cup of coffee to a family home using cryptocurrency. What many people, therefore, mean when they ask if cryptocurrency will ever become more widely accepted is, will governments themselves ever transition to using digital currency?

Why Governments Won’t Transition to Blockchain-Based Cryptocurrencies as we Know Them

For the foreseeable future, it is unlikely that governments will ever consider cryptocurrency equivocal to government-issued fiat cash. Moreover, this is mostly due to the potential for tax avoidance.

In the United States alone only 100 people out of a sample size of 250,000, could be evidenced as declaring cryptocurrency capital gains on their 2018 tax return. What is more, decentralized cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin interfere with more than just tax collection:
Privacy coins like Monero are still used to facilitate crime and other dubiously legal clandestine activities
Decentralized mining of coins like Bitcoin, make it impossible for governments to control their own money supply and policy
Cryptocurrency is still not backed by anything tangible
Digital currency is inherently deflationary, whereas governments depend on inflation to encourage economic growth

A much more significant problem also rests with the fact that many governments still don’t fully understand how coins like Bitcoin work.

Governments May Become More Accepting of Cryptocurrency Eventually

While world governments might be unwilling to embrace cryptocurrency itself, the same is not true for the blockchain technology which underpins how coins like Bitcoin work.

At present, the UK and the United States already settle international payments via a Ripple XRP payment gateway. Moreover, the Ripple Foundation is regularly invited to attend major economic summits like Davos and Europan Central Bank conferences discussing the future of retail payments.

Governments Don’t Like Decentralization

In Venezuela and Zimbabwe at present, out of control hyperinflation is resulting in rapidly declining living standards. In both cases, the official adoption of cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin could help tackle hyperinflation head-on. However, governments don’t like centralized coins. Hence why Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro has insisted on creating his own national form of cryptocurrency, the Petro.

Government Issued Cryptocurrencies May Eventually Become Commonplace

While it might be difficult for Bitcoin purists to accept, the first step toward national acceptance of cryptocurrency will likely rest with governments issuing their own centralized blockchain. Coins like Venezuela's Petro may, therefore, eventually become commonplace. However, top coins like Bitcoin will likely survive as they do now on the regulatory sidelines.

yes you are right symbol it will be easily acceptable currency by the each and every government in this world but the complication will be created from the country and the government and also the banks in their country so they think if it was entered into their country the own normal currency will be reduced in value that's where the problem is going to accept under refused crypto field
396  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why do you gamble? Please voice your opinion! on: April 17, 2019, 01:58:22 PM
As the subject line suggests, the question is very simple, Why do you gamble? The options are,

1. Relaxation
2. Adrenaline rush
3. Get rich quick scheme
4. Make money fulltime
5. Occessional gambler - trying luck

The reason behind this thread is to identify and categorize the trend of why people gamble, especially the players themselves! Because I have seen a lot of people screaming about the bad effects of gambling here! But I firmly believe that all depends on what's your take on gambling!

The first two categories are usually belongs to a safer category who doesn't usually become addicted. However, the next three are the most vulnerable categories where people tend to get addicted! So identify your reason please!

Keeping the topic as self moderated to prevent mass spamming!
in most of the time I will do gambling for money only and it will be the most important thing to gamble from everyone side but in sometimes it will be different I entered into invest only for entertainment because in sometimes it will be fun and entertainment that's why I been more attracted.
397  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Best crypto lottery? on: April 17, 2019, 01:47:49 PM
Anyone recommend a crypto lottery to play that is legitimate? Anything in this space has better odds than government run lotteries.  Ideally something that pays 99-100% of collected funds to the winner and is verifiable with blockchain.
I always had a different and special attention with lotteries because it is the life changing moment if it was been happened at least once in my life my life for second so I tried to participate everything that to be profitable but still no it is not been happened to me.
398  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto Investors need to face reality on: April 17, 2019, 01:35:25 PM
The situation is plain and clear, the market is growing steadily and not bullishly.

Everyone (incl investors) were hopeful of 2018 being a better year than 2017, it failed and left a lot of people in losses, now there are several blogs, posts, speculations and hope that 2019 will be the year and do better, but who knows if it will be more loss ? Or new profits ?

Let’s learn to things the right way, dyor, cash your profit and maintain a balance in your portfolio

Kindly contribute your opinion
thinking about future will be giving the the fear and pressure only so going with the flow of the cryptocurrency market with the current situation because it is important to take the profit by the investment that we made otherwise in the future how it is going will not be a big matter now
399  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Do you believe this is the highest bottom ? on: April 17, 2019, 01:25:40 PM
As per Charts , I believe this is the highest bottom we are touching. if we see 7 days charts there is a grow.  Most are touching now 90-95% decrements.

how about your views ?

yes after I get into this field I saw a huge drop like this at the first time and there is no other thing going for cryptocurrency in my mind without the grow up of the investment but I need very soon and I think that development is happening right now so it will easily regain its value in short period of time.
400  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Which coins to buy now for 2019? on: April 17, 2019, 01:16:48 PM
