441  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What is the best / hottest cryptocurrency to buy during the dip? on: March 21, 2018, 08:53:45 AM
Right now seems to be a big dip. Not sure how much further it will go down, but right now most coins have attractive prices. What are the best / hottest ones to coin in your opinion and why?

First of all, the dip is something temporary. Secondly, it is difficult to advise any certain coin. As I see, Monero is not going to give up its positions.
442  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETH TO $ 5000 on: March 18, 2018, 08:38:44 AM
Now that Ethereum are used by most ICO's do you think before the end of the year (2018) ethereum will go up to 5000 usd ?
Because for me I believe that ethereum has a potential to get that price before 2019 . What's your prediction ?

I can not believe that Ethereum will reach the point of 5000USD in near future. It couldn’t be to the end of 2018. On my mind Ethereum will be stabilized near the price of 1000USD. Let’s wait for that.
443  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: NEO Could Surpass Bitcoin By The Year 2019 on: March 18, 2018, 08:36:04 AM
Neo is a promising coin that has a good future, but bitcoin is much stronger and can not be defeated in one year. Maybe in about 5 years it will be possible to talk about it.
444  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do not sell your crypto! on: March 18, 2018, 08:18:13 AM
As I have seen this already too many times since past few years, I believe it would be beneficial to share my experience with crypto markets. Do not sell your coins/tokens when the market is dropping, it's just a pure speculation and perhaps market manipulation from whales who only target to earn on whatever the price moves they can achieve. If you're reasonable, sell when market is high and buyer/hold when market is bleeding. I hope this helps you to decide  Wink

I agree with the author of this thread that we must be patient during the time of price fluctuations on cryptomarket.  With the time I am sure the market will be stabilized. So don’t be disturbed by your worries too much.
445  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What will destroy the bitcoin? on: March 18, 2018, 08:15:23 AM
Man created bitcoin so it is rightfully so that man destroys it. As for how it can be destroyed or stopped, that leaves to be seen. As of now, nobody can destroy it unless you're the president of a dictatorial world.

First of all, nobody still knows if it was a man or a group of people, who invented Bitcoin, but exactly we, people can destroy it. The unbelief, the bad news and rumours that we share can affect it very negatively.
446  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: A new way to earn cryptocurrency without investing? on: March 18, 2018, 08:12:14 AM
Hello crypto lovers!

I found this article on CCN today, and I think it's a great little platform. Although it is a paid advert, it is a co-creation platform where you can earn cryptocurrency for free and requires no investment. Has anyone heard about Crowdholding? What do you think about them? Below is a link to the article I found.

https://www.ccn.com/crowdholding-new-way-earn-cryptocurrency/

And here is the website where the platform is if you want to have a look.

https://www.crowdholding.com

This is a new and yet not entirely understandable phenomenon for me. I do not think that crowdholding will be in demand among users. Although it is possible the demand for alternative ways of earning will increase due to the decreasing of the ICO project tendency.
447  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Electroneum mobile mining on: March 18, 2018, 08:00:00 AM
Electroneum released mobile mining App on Android and Apple. That's looks pretty cool. Have you tried that and what do you think about that?

Telling the truth I never believed in the possibility of mining with the use of smartphone. But recently I watched several videos that convinced me that this is possible and even quite effective. It is necessary to use powerful devices.
448  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Future of bitcoin in 50 years? on: March 18, 2018, 07:57:02 AM
Shocked Shocked some countries banding bitcoin , some encureging , some people say its a replacement of visual currency , some saying its just a scam ...... whats the real future of bitcoin Huh Huh Huh Huh Huh

Honestly, nobody knows right now what will happen in a month or even earlier, and you ask about Bitcoin in 50 years. I wish it could exist, but probably it will be used (might be used) as traditional currency (as a variant).
449  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Tezos: A Self-Amending Crypto-Ledger on: March 18, 2018, 07:53:48 AM
Hope that when it is distributed, influx of new money would be there. Else if is launched in bear market, many people who have been waiting for it for so many months would just dump it to hop onto some other alt. For me however, it is going to be a long term hold.

A few months ago the platform of Tezos was on the verge of collapse. Now the developers have come up with something new, some new way of making a profit. A lot of people didn’t get their own money of the Tezos yet.
450  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are you afraid of hackers? on: March 18, 2018, 07:50:33 AM
Recently Bloomberg posted the information that it took hackers less than 10 years to steal over 14% of all existing Bitcoins and Ethereum from the wallets of their holders. The total sum they have stolen is more than $1,2 billion! How to protect yourself from hackers attacks? Are you afraid of this stuff?

The threat for security represented by many web applications. Their mobile versions are especially unsafe. Personal data can be copied and stored there and after it can be leaked out. So be aware about what you download and install.
451  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto has gone to shit on: March 18, 2018, 07:46:55 AM
Scams everywhere now. Greedy ICOS that for some reason need 20 million dollars for a small project, Ridiculous.  Greed everywhere, thousands of coins that serve no purpose.  This is so far removed from satoshi's vision.  Premine bullshit  scams like onion.  Projects that have no reason to be on a fucking blockchain except to cash in money on the hype.  We need another fucking crash to clear out these shitcoins and scams, and you greedy mfer ICO devs are the cause of this bullshit.

In order to clear the crypto world from scammers you need to begin to regulate the holding of the IСО and then will not create useless coins. After the implementation of the IСO helps to realize the necessary ideas.
452  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Long term vs. short term investing on: March 18, 2018, 07:42:49 AM
Hello my dear Bitcoin brothers.

I would like to ask you about your experience with day/swing trading vs. long term investing and also,
what was more profitable for you and what are pros and cons for both ways of trading?

This question interests me since market is very volatile and it can get quite easy to exploit daily range for a quick small profit.

Thank you fellas.

On the contrary, it is more convenient for me to profit from short-term investments, because I do not panic. In this way, I can get a good profit even at a time when the market will fall.
453  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: When will ICOs die? on: March 18, 2018, 07:35:18 AM
Recently learned that more and more ICOs are closing deals through private sales and merely airdropping the coins. Will ICOs die, when will it?

At last time I see that possibilities to spread the information about ICO are narrowed very much. Facebook and Google restricted the advertisement of the ICO campaigns. We are waiting for some other news.
454  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: Google prohibits advertising crypto and ICO on: March 18, 2018, 07:32:12 AM
Since June, Google has introduced a ban on advertising virtual currencies and related services, including ICO (initial public offering of tokens), exchange of crypto currency, crypto-currency wallets and trade tips, the company said.
my opinion, they will change their position when they realize that the block-chang and crypt entered this world for a long time, this is an evolution, progress ... Yes, this market needs to be regulated, the scam projects are cut off in the beginning... Wink

Whatever. It won't affect cryptocurrencies market. Google will just loose a fair amount of income from the ads, but it's not my concern.
455  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: new holder of panic on: March 18, 2018, 07:25:20 AM
earlier this year I tried to hold some coins and tokens but saw the market and the exchange getting downhill, what is the best move to sell it or hold it?
if you already enterd this market at the earliest of the year, then you must have lost very much in trading, the price of rightnow is quite low and still not an easy job for new traders, because new traders dont have much experiences and panic sell when the price drop despite the fact they can lost very much money in short time.
yes I am new in sales I always ask for opinions if confused and if I sell now my first capital has not returned can be said to lose. I'd better hold it and buy altcoin again

Yes you lose some of your coins because you invest or you buy a coins or tokens when the year start and the value was high so that right now you are confuse if you still hold or you sell but I'd suggest because it also happen to me that wait, hold and invest again because the value right now was low so that this is the right time to get back you lose and hold dont panic of the value.

First of all, don't panick. Panick never helped anyone to take good decisions. Check the prognosis for each coin you have. If your coins are loosy shitcoins - sell it. If the prognosis is good - then calm down and hodl (this is actually my motto).
456  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum will lose it's dominance this year on: March 16, 2018, 12:36:11 PM
Ethereum will still grow into larger coins, as many of its new coins use eth platfrom.
For now it is eth price slump, but it takes time to rise again. That's my opinion  Grin

It is still on the second place for the market cap. I do not think that the time when this situation will be changed will come very soon. At least, Ethereum will not lose its great dominance this year.
457  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Invest now or wait? on: March 16, 2018, 12:28:59 PM
Now are a correction and a good time to buy coins and make a long-time investment. After red, as usual, the price will be in green again.

I do not think that the situation that is on the market right now is called the correction. It is the period when the coins are down, and yes, it can be used for buying more altcoins. Just do not wait for long - soon the market will go up.
458  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Buy up BTC at this time? on: March 15, 2018, 03:46:13 PM
Do you buy btc at this time?

Now I stay away from buying Bitcoins, but only because I have this crypto already. Most of the money I have is spent for altcoins. I am planning to get more Cardano (ADA), NEM, NEO, ICON and VeChain.
459  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why do people think that ETH can Overcome Bitcoin? on: March 15, 2018, 03:44:13 PM
I think the development of ETH will go beyond bitcoin, because ETH's intelligent contract will be widely applied, and bitcoin is just an encrypted account without practical application support. So it's likely to surpass bitcoin in the future

I used to believe that it could happen, but now I think that Bitcoin will never give up and will not pass its leadership to Ethereum. Meanwhile, I do love ETH much and especially smart contracts, thus I keep both cryptos.
460  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can bitcoin survive? on: March 15, 2018, 03:39:33 PM
I think lots of coin will try to overtake bitcoin in the coming years, I don't know if they will succeed in overtaking or not but I think bitcoin will be able to stand the text of time in the midst of all these other cryptocurrencies trying to overtake it.

I doubt very much that the existing on the market cryptocurrencies can compete with Bitcoin, at least nowadays. Probably, in several years it will become possible. today I think that BTC is the leader and it will be on the top for long.
