Block time is too short. 1-3 minutes is the butter zone IMO.

Awesomecoin had a block time of 2 seconds and it died in 1 day.

Well.. looks like you might've fixed everything wrong with Yacoin but the most important thing. If your CPU can't make a share large enough for the pool/ network you won't be getting any coins. People with one CPU are boned.

Aside from that you can mine Yacoin on GPU's and you CAN make shares big enough to submit and get credit.

I mined this for about 30 minutes and only got one share on my FX6100 (6 cores @ 3.3 GHz) CPU.

Also the 12 "virus" warnings on virustotal (from the cpu miner) do not give me much confidence in installing this on my actual machine. I'm very glad I installed in a VM.

Also.. Why in the world did you host the files on a site where you need to know Chinese to read everything?

Mining on a AMD FX6100 6 core CPU and I'm getting about 0.49 khash and no shares on the pool.
Is that normal?

Well.. the zero interest POS blocks are kind of a interesting twist.

 

Everyone that payed 1 BTC for a early access to the miner is going to lose money IMO. Once news of the miner gets out the price is going to drop by ~40-60%.

I personally believe it will bottom out at 0.002 - 0.003.

The current difficulty ~250ish can be solo mined still?

Isn't this restricted to using the pool? I've tried several versions and they crash if you try to solo mine.
