Hashnest 2.0 is here with a Big Bang! Try our new web version now: http://beta.hashnest.com.

We welcome your feedback 😘

Design is perfect. But the site takes too much time to load but after that working smoothly.

About StrongU STU-U6 Dash -

The option given by hashnest is not best for Investors. Another option can be given to investors who wish to sell their hash rates on the market. Good opportunity for people who missed the Batch as well. Currently, on the new site, there is another new batch with 212 stock. 60 days is too long in crypto space. why would anyone let you hand over their money for nothing for 2 months?

Thanks for letting us now about the loading time. We will check and see what happened.

As for U6, we do allow our users to sell the hashrates on market, only when it opens, which means it can only happen when users decide to keep the U6 for themselves. So all we need to do is to make sure StrongU dispatch as agreed. The new batch has a 60 days waiting period is because judging from the delays, I think 60 days is fair enough...?

Hashnest will be undergoing service maintenance tomorrow, 24 September 2019 at 12 noon, Beijing time (GMT +8) for data migration. This is expected to finish in 3 hours. During this period, our website and APP will be unavailable. Payout allocation will not be affected as we undergo maintenance.

Also, currency exchange will be temporarily closed as we gear towards our new website and app launch. All pending orders will be cancelled. We will release a new currency exchange in end-October.

Your kind understanding is appreciated!

What does it mean exactly?
Basically you will soon be able to use YOU coin to trade and purchase on Hashnest?
Anything else, such as a partnership or similar?

It will begin with a small partnership where users can use YOU to buy, sell and trade on Hashnest first Smiley

Seems there is a problem with btc withdrawals? I have a pending withdrawal for a few hours now, it says 0 confirms, but I cannot see the transaction on blockchain explorers (could be that the wallet is not broadcasting transactions?)

Sometimes there are delays.

Try observing for a few hours more. If you still don’t see any new updates, be sure to let our support team @ https://hashnest.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new so that they can quickly assist you.

That's a 0.04BTC reduction on the S15... I'll probably get one if I can deem its roi alright.

Are there any plans to. Bring back the PACMiC contracts or are they gone now forever... The interest wasn't great but it did guarentee your funds back and pay a ~0.1% (which in this space could be a lot worse, most gambling sites go negative).

We do have plans to redevelop PACMiC contracts, just that our hands are tied with other huge projects so this is not our priority for now.

When will the exchange open for the U6 open?
Thanks! Haven't had any issues with the website, it is a blast to trade on.

Hihi, it will open as soon as the batch 1 of U6 starts mining, which has been delayed for now. According to StrongU, they will begin dispatching of the miners in mid-Sept, so we are expecting the market/trading to open around this period. Stay tuned!

We love feedbacks, so please feel free to share with us.

If the U6 is purchased now, is it still a 60 day delay before it starts mining as stated on the order page?
Or will it start mining and be available to trade once the U6 market opens?

I'm also interested in the anwser of PeaMine's question  Wink

My experience with the new Hashnest is that they always take the full lead time up to the nearest minute.   I've made 4 different buys with them and every one of them came on line exactly to the minute of the lead time ending.   My guess is when the equipment is setup ahead of time, they are mining for themselves until the purchase lead time has expired.

Yep, it’s exactly 60 days waiting period!

GOOD NEWS EVERYONE!!!!

📣 With regards to the faulty data transmission by Antpool to Hashnest last week, we are pleased to announce that after a long week of hard work and perseverance, we have successfully rectified all errors.

199  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: HASHNEST Discussion and Support Thread on: July 26, 2019, 06:51:38 AM

You were paid those 3 days, the blocks were paid yesterday.  If you account is still negative it must be because you did a withdraw or you used the BTC someway.   So you are really mining back what you used or took.

I'm not happy with what happened or the Hashnest attitude towards it.  Hashnest messed up, they should have been more on the ball in the first place and the problem should never have got to the point that it did.   Maybe Antpool sent faultly data but it is Hashnest that messed up.

Which is why we are doing our best to restore the data ASAP. Our technical team has been working day and night these few days to overwrite the faulty data, establishing the new ones and setting up new payouts. We are also hoping that we can recover quickly.

Antpool did not update their data transmission to ours leading to us giving payouts 10 to 20x than original, but the payouts they gave to us were not, hence over the weekend we overpaid our users by 10-20x  Embarrassed We are aligning everything together again so that the losses can be minimised without inflicting too much on our users.

It’s very messed up and we are very sorry for it.  Cry

The point is if Hashnest was all the ball the problem would been caught days sooner.   I could understand a few hours, but a few days shows that no one was paying attention.   It has been almost a week now and we are still seeing our balances reduced even though we have been receiving PPS payments.   It seems more of a mess is being made.   Faulty data is an issue, messing it up big time though is Hashnet's fault.

In our defence, we did ask Antpool if the super high payouts were normal, in which they said it was normal as they are in very good luck the past week. Everyone, including us, was beyond thrilled as we see those numbers soaring so high. We did a check just in case, only to find out the data transmission was faulty.

It’s definitely a huge negligence on our part, we are sorry and we are not going to just fault Antpool. We ourselves have also learnt a huge lesson (with a huge loss) and we are now, on top of fixing the errors, also building a more resilient system.

Well it sort of isn't completely your fault. Maybe you light to get more koneybfromantpool, they can surely afford the 10x payouts and its an easy fix... If you have to pay more now you won't make the same mistake again...

How many technicians do you have and how many users do you have? Maybe you should ask antpool/bitmain for more temporarily to fix this issue... Or just try doing a bulk database fill based on the hashes everyone had and how much you got.

We are on our own this time!  Sad Fixing this is quite complex as we do not just fix the data transmission and remove that’s given extra. We will to roll back everything to the past week and run the correct data again. Hashnest is a small but very functional team now, so we thank everyone for being patient with us.
