We are sorry to advise that, as notified by power supplier of one of our mining farms, there has been a disruption of power supply on Beijing time 6 Oct 2020, 2pm. All miners have been affected, except K5. Mining payout will be affected today. We are investigating, power restored time will be announced later.

We deeply apologise for the inconveniences this may cause.

When do you activate the internal cryto-usdt exchange? The usdt erc20 transaction fees are too high !! 4 usdt to move 60usdt is too much.

We are very sorry, due to policy reason, may not able to release that soon.

Hashnest will be undergoing service maintenance on 30 September 2020 from 00:00 to 24:00, Beijing time (GMT +8). During this period, our website and APP will be unavailable. All pending orders will be cancelled. Payout allocation will not be affected as we undergo maintenance.

Your kind understanding is appreciated!

I understand that the disaster that hit has caused a lot of problems in the area of where the mining centers are located, but there has only been one message here and one mining disbursement in the last 25 days, and the most recent notification on Hashnest was back on Sept 2, 2020 saying that their power was coming back on, and that the Z11 among others would be mining again.

I am trying to be patient and wait for updates, but if we reach 30 days without any word or update then I will be compelled to divest from Hashnest instead of continuing to do business with them.

Sorry for updating later here. The power of our mining farm in SiChuan has been restored on 2 Sep. Payouts of S19,S17,55W,Z11 and U6 has been allocated on 3 Sep.

This is our announcement.

Edit: Let's try this again.

I did get a payout to my Z11 and K5 today. Hopefully this will continue.  Smiley

I'm confused by the way they are calculating the maintenance fees, as the main market page shows about the right amount of mining profit, but the USD value is lower than reported by Coinwarz and the market values I'm seeing. The profit calculator similarly doesn't reflect the mining reward values if the mining overview page is to be believed.

I guess I will just wait and see what the actual mining rewards are as more come in and calculate things myself from there.

Edit 2:
With 222 KSol Z11, the mining overview page states a daily payout of 0.19306452 ZEC (looks about right compared to Coinwarz calc)
The Z11 page states a payout of "7.13 USD" and Maintenance of "2.32 USD" for Sept 17, 2020. (7.13 / ($59/ZEC) = 0.12 ZEC)
The profit calculator shows "7.0618 USD PPS Payout/ 1 Day, 2.29744 USD Maintenance, 4.76437 USD Earnings"
Previous amt in wallet: 1.302 ZEC
After payout: 1.3788 ZEC
Payout: 0.0768 ZEC ~ $4.529664 USD
Amount that should have payed out: 0.19306452 * 0.6747 (32.53% maintenance) = 0.13026 ZEC
0.0768 / 0.13026 = 59% of what we should be getting.  Sad

TL;DR: Profit calculator is closest to being right, but none of the numbers on the mining page are accurate.

Electricity fee are correct 0.055USD/kWh for Z11. Due to offline miners, real hashrates of z11 are lower than theoretic hashrates. We are working on it, hashrates will be restored gradually.

This is what I have found as well and it seems to have been going on for quite some time now.
They also never honored the discounted electric fee for those who pre-purchased electricity.

Z11, S19, S17, U6 contracts are having the discounted electric fee, 0.055USD/kwh. Do you have any misunderstandings about this, you can check the transactions for details. And for pre-purchased electricity, who hold KWH in your account, enjoy the discounted electric fee as well.

Dear users,

We are sorry to advise that, as notified by power supplier of our mining farm, due to the worst flooding in over 70 years in China's Sichuan province, the power supply equipments have been short-circuited and are under emergency repairs now. This emergency repair may take about 10-15 days. All miners and payouts are affected, except K5. The recovery time will be announced later.

We deeply apologise for all inconveniences bought about.

I'm not seeing anything about redeeming hashrate for hardware like they used to. Do they not offer this anymore?

We don't have miner redemption anymore.
91  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: HASHNEST Discussion and Support Thread on: August 18, 2020, 03:59:32 AM
I just returned to Hashnest after clearing out a year and a half ago from health-related financial troubles. Got a few quick questions:

First, I get that everything is going by USDT values on the market now, and was able to buy some hashrate, but I remember the payouts starting to sprinkle in fairly quickly. So far I've not gotten any ZEC at all despite Antpool showing a bunch of mining going on. What gives?

I saw posts from weeks ago about them upgrading / moving Z11 systems. Has it been down all this time?

The old system had a way of showing your contribution shares according to your hashing power and the equivalent payouts and maintenance fees. Do they still have that hidden somewhere?

Also, what happened to the coin exchange markets? Are they gone or moved?

Any responses would be appreciated.

Now we are using PPS and PPS+ payment method, you won't get paid by block, you will receive your payout daily. Around 11 am everyday.

Profit= Mining payout- electricity fee-pool fee, no other hidden fees.

We are developing new exchange, if you need to exchange now, please use external exchange. Internal exchange is not available now.

A question about Antminer Z15:

These miners will be shipped between 1st en 10th of sept 2020. Is this the first, second or third batch?

And when will it be available on Hashnest to buy it online like the Z11?

We are waiting for Bitmain to dispatch. May have issue to get recently. https://news.bitcoin.com/bitmain-delays-delivery-of-bitcoin-miners-by-three-months-as-co-founders-battle-for-company-control/

I tried to make a new account and this doesnt work.
It looks like the entire Email verification tool is not working on Hashnest side.

How can a new customer even make an account on HashNest?

I address this issue on the 24th of july 2020 and still i am not able to access my account.
Now i see there are more users having problems with Email verification.

An idea to Hashnest:
Make a note on the mainpage of Hashnest to all her Customers to indicate that there are some issues with the Email verification and this may cause to
- unable to create new account
- unable to witdraw coins
- unable to log into your account.

By doing this the Customers know that Hashnest is aware of this problem and working on a solution to to solve it asap.

This is how i communicate this to my Customers.

I really hope Hashnest will solve this issue so we can log in again as before.

Regards.

Email issue has been fixed, please try again. Sorry for all inconvenience caused!
