because 4 rails of 30A give only 1200watt and batch 8 eats over 1300watt

Told him already You need 8pin cpu to 6pin vga to pull 12v from the 2 20A rails, v1 and v2 I can test it on batch 8, already working on batch 7
batch 8? 'cause i can try it too
sounds like rail overload? try just 2 blades, not all 3!

Looks like you need to make contact between the 2 round at the ''clip'' side of the mobo connector on the psu!
Do not connect to the last 2 as they are red!!!!(5volts?)

Just tried to power a single s5 blade&controller from an 24A psu.
I got beeps and beeps and beeps and no hashing! The psu is too weak to power the controller, the blade and the fan.
Might have worked only on the blade, not sure
24A PSU is not enough even for a single board. For a single board I would not use less than 30A /350W. Rich It might work on a single blade, the one without controller and fan, But it's risky On lowest fan speed, i got 570watt on 240volt circuit, so...

I really don't understand why you bought a S7 and pay $125 for hosting, you end up making less than $100 a month. The prices on their website are $80 per KWH for 1 year.
I bought an batch 1 for 8btc, in the end paid over 9btc because of vat, now i sell it for 3.3btc.....

Spondoolies sp35! 3.5kw with 4*8cm fans.... The problem with some like this will it heat up a room... yes very much so . But the noise of it is going to be more then I like personally. I'm not sure what noise level OP wants. But I think noise is important when trying to use miners to heat a room. I admit I have had loud miners in my room when testing. But I personally am not a huge fan of having a loud miner in my room long term. I normally just test it for first day's in room and then move to my mining area. Although some of the 240's ones I have been doing straight out to my mining area. I also had sp10! maaaaan.,, that whining noise that i could hear even when i was outside in the street SP3x can be used with the lowest setting possible. Another idea might be to use a row of 3 12cm fans ducted to the front of the miner. It will surely help with cooling and decibels!
