done! the pc always wanted 192.168.1.5 now he got it what i did: pulled the cable from pc, went to miner with my mobile phone and changed the ip! thank you for the help! weird part was seeing the sp30 in the sptech page and the pc in the router interface  both sharing the same ip |

I reach >1.7th only with under 0c air temp(temp front was stuck at 0c as it couldn't read under 0c) and max voltage
not really worth!
if you really really want to pick-up a bit more gigahash(is not worth it!) you can try to mod the miner for better temps
some ideas: change the air flow direction and adapt more fans, or bigger fan in place of the original, or outside the case with some kind of adapter!
or do the above big fan, fans, adapter thing on the front by somehow insulating the cables...
place the left board so that it has the radiators to the outside, now add cut the sides and add fans!
....

show me c2 on bitmain site! .... too bad that syscooling had bad pumps, bad wire harness and bad client service! c1 is a nice miner: i have the rad in my room and the miner in another... fast responding webguy, bbb less beeps than s3 upgrade-able with s5 blades! i plan to use 1 or 2 c1 to heat the water in my boiler maybe we will see an c3 in the future |

i'm curious how s4 does with higher temp...
comparing it to s4+ looks to be more aluminium in the s4
slightly less wattage in the s4
the chips in s4+ might be newer and better too, so higher temps might be ok on the asics
s3+ looks perfect for summer, 25c ambient temps and almost 40c reported in webguy

sounds good! i'm looking into moving all my miners outside, on a table . got a workshop with longer roof, going ~3meters from the wall.... s3+ and c1 look good at 25c! around 40c!!! sp10 on slow(1.3th with 1050w) has 6 asics with 113c and 2 at 107c(1 piece) sp20 on slow(~1.1th with <600w) got 1 asic at 100c and the rest are ok(3*sp20) |

s3+! good price, ok speed, good decibels, almost ok wattage...
start mining btc, after that lease your miner to others who want to rent. next step would be altcoins but not worht without a lot of hardware
altcoins it's too much time invested with little income, unless you have more than say 10th/s
