701  Other / Off-topic / Re: If i give you 10 BTC what will you do? on: June 23, 2016, 10:39:27 PM
Same as above but I would store it in a hardware wallet offline for about 10 years or until the price goes way up.  That's what I've been doing with all my mining earnings.
agree with you and my opinion was also same as you , that you can store in hardware wallet and wait for the price goes way up .
Bitcoin price jumps, again she went down Sad
it's time to make long-term investments.
bitcoin good investment. because you can get a big profit when the price rises. you there was no need to wait too long. you can sell when prices are high. because the price of bitcoin tides. you have to maximize it

If you have plan them to hold them for next 10 years then you can surely earn huge profits in future but the fact is majority of people don't like to hold it too long.
702  Other / Off-topic / Re: What will you do if you own 21 BTC? on: June 23, 2016, 10:37:45 PM
But what if you have 70 btc?  Wink

70 BTC is simply insanely impossible for 99.9999999999% of population. We don't have enough time to reach that goal. It's better to focus on 21. Focus on hard, but realistic goals. Once you reach 21 BTC, you have enough capital to make some heavy trading.
I think if you want to work hard and have a good plan with a capital of 21 bitcoin it. you can get 70 BTC is it? even many people who gamble with the amount of it?
i doubt that it is worth gambling your bitcoins in my opinion because thats a lot of money and you should definitely not gamble all your money you already have in order to avoid losts

i think i would just hold all of my bitcoins in order to make a lot of money in the near future because i know that the price of bitcoin is going to rise fast thus giving me good profit

Yeah safest way to grow your bitcoins at a moment is to just hold them, do not spend them, do not invest them and do not experiment with them, and if you are doing so then you are playing with your profits.
703  Other / Off-topic / Re: What's your least favorite thing about Bitcoin? on: June 23, 2016, 10:35:14 PM
for me the least favorite thing about bitcoin is the long address for receiving the bitcoin, i understand it has to be that way but some alias system for addresses would be great.
Nothing worst than waiting more than one day for your Bitcoin to be confirmed.  The long confirmation and the rule on confirming the transaction is annoying.  Worse some one can beat you in confirmation queue if the have a transaction fee greater than yours.  You are lucky if you forgot to put a transaction fee and be confirmed at less than an hour.   I hope they modify / hasten the bitcoin confirmation process.

Confirmation does not take long if you put the default transcation fee . Also most sites will confirm your payment after even 1 confirmation so that not a big deal in itself. For me nothing is less favorite in bitcoins.

Yeah I don't know why people keep on complaining about the confirmation time, I don't find it as a major problem, as of now I am completely satisfied with bitcoin and I don't have any issue with it.
704  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What's stopping people from using bitcoin? on: June 23, 2016, 10:33:04 PM
I think the main reason why people stop using bitcoin is when the price of bitcoin become $1 or small price. People will leave bitcoin and change into another coin.

I think the question is what is stopping peoeple from using bitcoin, it is not if what will stop people from using bitcoin and you are talking about that.
And one more thing, bitcoin is not gonna come to the value of $1.

People who have faith in bitcoin will continue to use it irrespective of the price, even price drop won't affect them and they will continue to buy more coins if price drops.
but we must admit it that kind person are very few exist nowadays, people would only care about the price and get profit. once they think bitcoin is not profitable anymore to be played, they leave it and forget it.

Well that's the reality about the fact that people tend just to think about price and profit. Since that's the most purpose of everyone is to earn.
But I guess, it is also the reason why people are stopping from using bitcoin when they can see that they are not getting profit to it.
For now bitcoin price are really matter and being a key instrument for the future of bitcoin. I wouldn't surprised if then bitcoin price dropped to the lowest and people leaving bitcoin . But we can build an understanding that bitcoin is not about the price to trade only but there is a financial revolution technology inside.
Actually, the bitcoin price WILL matter at most of the time because it's what users are usually attracted to, the value of bitcoin. I know most, if not all, of bitcoin users think of getting nice profits with bitcoins.

Yeah price is an motivating factor when it comes to bitcoin, as majority of people are attracted towards it only because of the price and people are aware that price volatility will allow them to make some good profits.
705  Other / Archival / Re: Should we sell btc? on: June 22, 2016, 02:32:28 PM
You can better sell on this moment than buying bitcoins right now becasue the price is that high that itonly is profitable for you to sell your coins they are to expensive to buy right now.

too late if you want to sell at this moment, it should be when the price of bitcoin touched $750. now is a good time to buy, because I am sure it will back to increase.

yeah good time to buy, as when it touched $750 everyone thought that it will reach $800 soon so everyone kept their coins on hold, but it dropped down after that so I think that was good time to sell.
though im pretty sure that the price is soon going to bounce back to previous level

i think we shouldnt sell any of the bitcoins in order to make some bigger profit in the near future

Yup price will surely move up in coming days, so its better to hold or else you can also buy some coins at a moment as price is not too high at this stage.
706  Economy / Economics / Re: Holdings of gold vs Holdings of btc on: June 22, 2016, 02:28:17 PM
I think that I would still go for the Bitcoin, I have never invested in to gold so I cannot comment on that.
That is why I would go with the Bitcoin I have been using it for a while now and I like it.

If you don't invest in bitcoin right now then you will surely regret in future, as halving will allow us to make quick profits and we cannot afford to miss that opportunity.
707  Other / Off-topic / Re: Will you quit your day job to go full time on bitcoin? on: June 22, 2016, 02:26:42 PM
I think if you're getting what you want and you get a decent salary in bitcoin. and get a steady job in bitcoin? why not?
if I get the convenience of course I will go

Even if you get a steady job in bitcoin, your salary will depend on the price of bitcoin and that is really bad, even if you get salary of 5 btc but if price falls back to $100 then what will you do?

I agree, bitcoin's price is very volatile as it is very risky to go full time in it. We can't say if it will rise or drop and how big will it be. Its stll better to have a day job because of the stable value of the local currencies.

Best choice is to earn from both of them and multiply your wealth, as if you earn from both of them then it will definitely improve your standard of living and you can have better and comfortable life.
708  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it better to save money or invest it? on: June 22, 2016, 02:24:49 PM
There are allot of things you can do investing for later its just saving money but in the hope you will get more out of it. Or you can just save money never touch it only you wont get more out of it only the rent i think.

Saving money is good but it will not be profitable in long run, and your money will not grow and you also need to keep in mind the inflation rate that will affect your savings in future.
709  Economy / Speculation / Re: bitcoin continuous rising? on: June 22, 2016, 02:22:01 PM
I think the bitcoin price will continue to rising even after the next halving , and that's in fact good for the Bitcoin's holders .
No it wont last till next halving event. When halving ends thats the time price will get stabilize as the hype we feel will also appear.
yeah I think so too. when halving ends I think many people will lose their sensation, and if that happens then bitcoin demand of the market would be automatically reduced. and you know the consequences?
prices down slowly? perhaps it is a cycle that must happen

And when the excitement dies down, I think that is one good opportunity to quietly buy. When the price has stabilized and all the partying is over and when we are over and done with the halving, that is the time to buy because we would just be starting the count down for the next halving event four years from now.

That's really a good strategy if you are going to invest with bitcoin. But for sure, bitcoin is going to continuous rising and no one can stop it.
Once the halving happens, we will see the result of it and it is nearly to come.
For now, the bitcoins price is dropping a bit and this is good for those who have not bought bitcoins yet, surely it will increase in the succeeding days as it is already the trends in the past few days. Now that the halving is nearing we will expect more investors to hold their coins and would affect the price to increase.
The bitcoin did drop drastically and I think it is because of the rumor that bitifinex has been hacked thats fomo surround the bitcoin users and force them to sell without confirming if the rumor is true. That's what I think the reason why the price of bitcoin dropped.

Well, i don't know about that rumour, but the price of bitcoin is really down right now and i hope the price of bitcoin will continuous rising again on next 2-3 days.
Just hold on mate, nothing bad is happening now because if there is really such thing the price would have been falling down fast. The price movement is just normal so let's not panic and instead buy some to gain in  short term investment.

Yeah this price drop will not have major impact on halving, as price will again start to rise in next couple of days and if you want to make some additional profits then buy some coins now.
710  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is it a good time to buy bitcoin now? on: June 22, 2016, 02:18:48 PM
Bitcoin price is so good to buy now i think in short time we can make money with bitcoin because of i think now bitcoin time  and we will see  bitcoin price will go up  till halving time

Yes its really good price to buy bitcoin, price has dropped down so I think we should take advantage of it and buy some coins and keep it safe for the halving.
711  Other / Off-topic / Re: If i give you 10 BTC what will you do? on: June 22, 2016, 02:15:57 PM
If you give me 10 BTC the first thing I will do is say thank you very much to you and convert that bitcoin to my local currency to buy some good stuff with it. No need to hold free money that someone gave to me!

And I hope thats real not just if.....lol!

Yeah either hold it or if you are satisfied with the price then convert it to fiat currency as we can use fiat everywhere to buy anything, or you can also invest that money in some other product.
712  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BitCoin as Payment option on: June 22, 2016, 02:13:13 PM
If you want to hear what i found about the payment method with the bitcoins i dont like hit because the security of the payment online are so bad you cant get your coins back when you dont received something mean while using paypal that works great.

Yeah Paypal is still good in my opinion, as if anything goes wrong they will help you in recovering your transaction but same doesn't goes with bitcoin at a moment.
713  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: actual number of people using Bitcoin? on: June 22, 2016, 02:09:58 PM
i think aproximately it ranging from up to 1.5M u its only up to 2M
im not exactly sure about it,its only a guess Wink
i think that there are a lot more people that are using bitcoins because there are even shops dedicated for bitcoins where people buy and sell stuff for bitcoins every day

i would predict that at least 100 million people use bitcoin from time to time because a lot of people know about it so they might be using it sometimes too in my opinion

Its really difficult to calculate the exact percentage of people using bitcoin, but one thing is sure, the users are increasing on regular basis and it will go much higher in future.
714  Economy / Speculation / Re: is it time to sell? on: June 21, 2016, 08:35:36 AM
I dont think you should sell your coins right now because the prise will rise again off course and that is whatwill happen so hold them just a bit longer.

Yeah holding for some more time can be really profitable decision, as price has dropped now but we can expect major price rise in coming days, so just hold it for next couple of days.
715  Other / Off-topic / Re: Do you actively spend your bitcoins? on: June 21, 2016, 08:32:01 AM
Do you know where you can use your bitcoin? Because me most of the time I can't! I just stock them and trade a bit with them. Is there something like a Chinese Amazon that does accept btc?
Yes, I actively spend my bitcoins. Every week i got 0.035 bitcoin from signature campaign and i always use it into gambling. i have gambling habbit, and using bitcoin to gamble it.
I try to spend as less coins ass possible because you know that they are worth allot of money and after the halving if will be allot harder to earn Bitcoins so they become even more valuable.
So holding on to them and not spending them has become even more important.

Agreed, it will be more difficult to earn it in future, so its better to make efforts to collect maximum now and save for the future and sell when it reaches to the top.
716  Economy / Speculation / Re: Time to sell? Or to buy? on: June 21, 2016, 08:30:08 AM
it is not time to buy that for sure. But do you need to sell all of your coins right now i dont think you should do that also only because the prce will rise again.

It is predicted that price will touch $1k at halving, and price is $700 now, so I think if we buy now we can still make a profits of $300 which is not bad I guess.
717  Economy / Economics / Re: Mining coins save or sell it? on: June 21, 2016, 08:28:25 AM
I would just hold them for now if you dont have big mining expenses...

Yeah better thing, saving coins will be the wiser move right now because of what is happening almost from time to time price is fluctuating wait for the best timing and sell it right away when the price went to your desire price.

Yeah this is not the right time to sell, as price has gone down now, so it would be good to save for the halving and sell when we see the best price.
718  Economy / Economics / Re: Best way for steady income on: June 21, 2016, 08:26:57 AM
i would say trading is a good way to both earn btc or lose btc. risky but might work for you, otherwise just hold and do nothing , you will gain money from price increase of btc.
yeah I know the trade is very profitable method. you can earn huge money in a single trade. but trading is not a method that provides steady income. because you will not know when the price will pump. and you will not know when you'd be profit?

Yeah if you are talking about steady income then trading will never allow you that, sometimes you will earn more and sometimes you may even loose if trade goes wrong.
719  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to teach someone about Bitcoin on: June 21, 2016, 08:20:59 AM
BTC It's POINT. Where you can change it for buy some online or pay the bill so this looking like be worth as money Smiley

Just simply tell them that bitcoin can be used for buying online products and have online transactions. Just like credit card for purchasing anything,
and you can also exchange it into real money. When it comes to money, most of people can easy cope up with it.

Money is the most important factor in anyone's life and everyone wants some extra money, and if bitcoin is providing them the opportunity to earn it and I think this the best way to explain them.
720  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are you holding your bitcoin for a price increase? on: June 21, 2016, 08:19:15 AM
Now that is down for a bit it is really a question for the price increase. So again traders will get some good profit here. So think again for holding too much coin in your wallet or trading it.  Tongue

At this stage I will prefer to buy some coins, as price has gone really down and this is the good price to buy if you want to earn higher profits at halving, as price may touch to $1k at halving.

really the right time to buy now, it's like a week ago when the price of bitcoin fall, and next week the price back to increase.
let alone halving a few weeks away, is sure to be increased.

Exactly, price will go higher at the time of halving, and if you are planning to buy some coins then this is the perfect time to buy, as price has dropped more then $50 since yesterday.
Holding coins right now is the best way to do for now,and buying bitcoin is not recommended because of this changes in price that happened today.its better to wait for bitcoin to go on the upward trend.

But if you are planning to buy some coins then this is the good price to buy as you cannot afford to buy if price goes higher in coming days, buying now and holding for halving is the best thing to do.
