883  Other / Archival / Re: should i save btc for future? on: May 18, 2016, 03:47:55 PM
If you think the price of the coin wil rise that much it is the best way to save coins for the future. But you dont know what the future will bring what kind of price he will get in the future and how many people are actually using him that day. You will never know we all have to wait and see by our self.

If you have faith in bitcoin then you should save it at least for next 5 years, and I am sure that price will be much higher till then, so saving can be more profitable.
Even you dont need to wait for a 5 years you can still make a profit this year.. just buy bitcoins right away and sell them after block halving once the price hit $700 or more.. and i am sure the price will increase much because of demand and supply..

Every one is expecting higher price at the time of halving but we don't know what will be the exact price and no one is sure whether it will rise of fall back.
884  Economy / Speculation / Re: is it time to sell? on: May 18, 2016, 03:46:40 PM
If you think that you should sell and you can make some money more power to you, you should sell then. Waiting to long can also be a downfall maybe the price is going to drop and you are going to regret that you have not sold then.

It's the same thing when you sold all your bitcoins too soon. There's a chance that you thought it's the best time to sell your bitcoins, but the market continues to rise. Probably the best thing to do is sell only a portion of your bitcoins at xx price and wait if the price will still go up. Sell it when the price goes higher. Otherwise, if the market goes down, you should quickly sell your remaining bitcoins to reduce the amount of lowered profit.

I think in this time should wait it now, because within month bitcoin's price will also growing up. you are right the best time is when bitcoin price is highest. but now it is not highest price. if we want good profit , that it is all depend on our ability how we can get it, we should take right decision than we reduce the low profit.

yeah and I think now is the right time to buy bitcoin as much as possible. in a few months is sure to increase, I do not wish to rise very high, at least 500 very well to make a profit.

Exactly major pump will be followed with major dump and we don't want to see that we want good and stable growth which can allow us to make some profits.
885  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin or gold? on: May 18, 2016, 03:43:43 PM
If you had to convert all your wealth to either Bitcoin or gold and keep it there for 10 years, which would you choose? Keep in mind the fact that Bitcoin has only been around for 5 years, and could be fundamentally different in any number of ways in 10 years.
I just want to say something about the coin and that is that he is not secured enough people can steal your coins only if they are in your internet connection. Thats why everyone needs to use gold because that is just in your pocket and if someone want to steal it you can defend it by your self.

True. Because it is physically seen. But there are also a lot of problem with physical gold. You wear it you can get robbed. You got too many of it governmemt will questiom you. This are two different investment and both can be used at the same time.

Yeah gold is risky to hold whereas you can carry as much coins possible in your digital wallet and no one would be aware of it and bitcoin getting stolen can be impossible.
886  Economy / Economics / Re: I'm not gonna sell any coin. on: May 18, 2016, 03:34:19 PM
Wink
im only panic holding btc

Yup I fully agree with you. I am panic holding as well because I am scared to sell too early and get screwed by accepting a much lower price than what the potential price may be down the road. Plus I have invested in Bitcoin what I can afford to lose so no panic selling for me and I will wait to the very end before unloading the stash  Wink
It is nice to see that there are a lot of people have the patience to wait such a long time so they can some money with it and that is nice.
But some people are selling it too early and that is bad because they can earn more money later.

Different people have different goals in their mind, if someone  who had bought at $220 price would prefer to  sell some of his coins at current price as he is earning good profit from it.

I think but that is right decision to make as we are buying or earning to earn some profits from it and if you see some profits then you should sell your coins.
887  Economy / Speculation / Re: The future of Bitcoin on: May 18, 2016, 03:32:52 PM
I don't think we need to worry about the future of bitcoin, as it is getting more popular day by day and it will reached to many people  worldwide in coming years.
888  Other / Off-topic / Re: Will you quit your day job to go full time on bitcoin? on: May 18, 2016, 03:31:35 PM
Bitcoin trading is a risky field but if one has luck on his side, one can make good earnings off of it.I want to take up trading and is learning it's basics

That is a good goal, but you cannot learn trading in a day. It is hard to build a system that will always work in trading. So while you are still learning the ropes, you better get a good job that can support your needs. It will take some time before you can master trading. But if you do, you will be well off.

Trading can be risky too, as everyday it will not favor you sometimes you might also suffer from losses and depending only on trading for living will never help you in long run.
889  Other / Off-topic / Re: How many btc do you have? on: May 18, 2016, 03:29:41 PM
At a moment I have 5 btc that I have kept safe for the halving, as there is a full possibility that price will go higher at halving so can sell at higher profits.
890  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are you holding your bitcoin for a price increase? on: May 18, 2016, 03:27:41 PM
I'm not holding bitcoin for price increase, I just use it as payment method. I don't care about the actual bitcoin price.
You don't care about the price because when you are about to buy something with Bitcoin you convert fiat into Bitcoin right?

I do this as well and it makes the price not really that important anymore for me when I use it to buy stuff.
I think if you do not see the current price certainly it would be little harm you? you know something good has a price? then if you buy goods when the price is low bitcoin surely you will pay more bitcoin?
If the price of Bitcoin is low you indeed end up paying with more coins to get the same item compared to when the price is high.

But if you simply convert fiat into Bitcoin and then make the purchase you will not feel it like you would when you used coins that you had in your wallet for a long time.

You don't have to buy items when the price is low. Buy them when the price of bitcoin is high so the price of the item will.seem low. If you really want to buy, use fiat first when bitcoin price is really low. Anyway, when bitcoin price drops, it only takes a few days before.it recovers. So you don't wait long.

If I want to buy something then I would prefer it to convert to fiat when the price of bitcoin is high and that  will help me to hold high value of fiat.
891  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: People hate Bitcoins? on: May 18, 2016, 03:25:58 PM
People doesn't hate bitcoin. They don't even know what it is. They are missinformed and think it is just used for drug traffic and other sort of crime. People need to start learning about bitcoin and their view about it will certainly change
yeah it is natural when a person protect himself for something new bitcoin is unfamiliar to many people and that is why many people remain indifferent and do not think to wear bitcoin. it happens because of a lack of information for bitcoin to many people

yeah and that is the reason we need to keep on talking about bitcoin to the people around us and it will make them aware about bitcoin.

I also do it, I had to bring some of my friends to use bitcoin, because initially they are unemployed, so its easy to bring them to use bitcoin

When people have a lot of time on their hands, it is easy to learn new things.
But the good thing is that they will tell their friends and Bitcoin will spread to new users.

Exactly, we want that bitcoin must be spread everywhere that will only bring new users to join the community, and once you start using bitcoin I don't think anyone can hate it.
892  Other / Archival / Re: Do you have paypal account even though you have bitcoin? on: May 18, 2016, 03:23:35 PM
I have Paypal account and I still feel that is the best when it comes to online shopping as not many sites accepts bitcoin at a moment, and I use bitcoin basically for money transfers.
893  Other / Off-topic / Re: Do you still believe in bitcoin on: May 18, 2016, 03:21:56 PM
Bitcoin rules, no matter what.... i believe in bitcoins as much as i believe in god...

Great, bitcoin needs support from the people and that will make bitcoin to grow more in future, and I have strong belief that bitcoin will be the best currency of future.
894  Other / Archival / Re: Should we sell btc? on: May 17, 2016, 10:55:10 AM
Selling the bitcoin can be done but I consider it not as good these days because of the halving later this year it would be better to hold.

Sell it only when you are getting some returns from it, if you are making profits even at the current price then I think you should sell some of your coins as you never know what will happen in future.
895  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it a good long term investment to buy 1 BTC today? on: May 17, 2016, 10:50:03 AM
With the price now I can say, it is a good day to buy btc today. Still it is on the range of $450-$460 don't wait for it to become $470+
Once it gets there it is much higher and for the time you will waste before buying will be sorry for you.

Yeah and if you are planning to buy and waiting for price drop then it will never happen at this stage, it will keep on increasing so its better to buy with present price.
896  Economy / Economics / Re: I'm not gonna sell any coin. on: May 17, 2016, 10:48:07 AM
No it is not smart to not sell any coin, if you want to make many you have to sell some unless you only want to gamble with them. Most people wait for the future to sell there coins but I like to sell some in the mean time.

agreed!!! selling some coins at the moment even halving is not there yet is not a bad
idea. but holding it for the halving is a great idea having more income is much better
but what you need is patience and i dont have a lot of that.

Its just a matter of 2 months now, we need to have patience so that we can earn good amount of profits by selling at the time of halving.
897  Economy / Economics / Re: Does the Price of Bitcoin Matter? on: May 17, 2016, 10:40:31 AM
I honestly think the price for the newbies does matter because they are investing on it for the people that already invested it does not matter because they know its good and it can be trusted.

I think price matters to all of us, not only newbies but those who are into it since long time, as no one wants to loose their money and surely wants to earn profits from it.
898  Other / Off-topic / Re: Will you quit your day job to go full time on bitcoin? on: May 17, 2016, 10:38:18 AM
No that is not the smartest thing to do because there is a chance that it will go wrong with Bitcoin. So I suggest that you will keep your job and just do Bitcoin on the side.
This way you are sure of an income every month.

Bitcoin is always good as an passive income, depending totally on it can be risky for future as we don't know what bitcoin will show us in future.
899  Economy / Speculation / Re: Poll: Bitcoin Halving. Will Price go up or price go down? on: May 17, 2016, 10:36:38 AM
I think price has started to rise now and we will see higher price at the time of halving and this is the belief of the majority of users of bitcoin community.
900  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to teach someone about Bitcoin on: May 17, 2016, 10:33:18 AM
The best way to teach someone about bitcoin is to let them look at you when you are using bitcoin. This way you can teach them everything with detail and show them.
They have to see it before they can understand it.

Only how to use it will not serve the purpose, you need to show them how you are earning from it and that will attract them to into the world of bitcoin.
