What Will it Take For BTC to Reach $1000?

Let's discuss.
I am not sure what it is going to take but I am waiting a long time for the price to finally reach $1000. I thought that at the last rise we were going to reach it.
I was wrong and the price only reach $800, pretty sour.

That was the time before few weeks of halving when price touched $780 level and everyone was hoping that it will cross $1k at the time of halving but it didn't happen and the reality is that its never easy to touch that price and it will take a long time.
142  Economy / Economics / Re: Does the Price of Bitcoin Matter? on: October 05, 2016, 11:23:49 PM
yes , for me it matters more , because i am a local bitcoin trader . i buy the btc at low and sell at high price . so it tends to a big change in my deal .
since if you want earn and directly use Bitcoin then there is nothing about price .
I think whatever you do on bitcoin, whether you do it for investment, trade and currency, the rate and the price of bitcoin will be very  crucial

I think price is the only factor that attracts people to use or invest in bitcoins and if bitcoin would fall down then I doubt that many would prefer to use it as an investment.

When it comes to people looking to make an investment, yes, the price is the only thing that matters for them. And that's all good since every sort of usage of Bitcoin is more than welcome. Regarding the price falling down, that is the time where people will see an opening to enter the market at relatively cheap prices. Falling prices are not a negative thing.

Falling price is not negative unless its falling to an certain extent, and if price falls extremely then we need to find the reason behind the downfall and there is a chance that it may not rise again in future.
143  Economy / Economics / Re: How to earn money with bitcoin ? on: October 05, 2016, 11:21:48 PM
You can make a little bitcoin doing signature campaigns and faucets. You can also do lending and trading. However all of these will only yield small amounts but it adds up over time.
As long as you are a hard working person you can always find a way to make money online and in this site, there are a lot of offers although majority of them are just micro jobs but with focus and you spend a lot of time you can make a decent income in overall.

Earning with faucets are not enough for your daily needs but that is going to be a good additional way of earning. And I would say that if you are going to be so hard working that you are able to get a lot of active faucet claimers and you are going to make a face book group and you will reward some small reward if they claim with the use of your referral, I think this is going to be effective.

you are mistaken my friend.
you should do some calculation and then start to value your time a lot more than what you are giving it right now.
faucet work needs a lot of time that is a wasted time and you get a very small amount so it is a terrible addition.

yeah i think faucet will only waste your time, because I'm sure the business you do not comparable with the income will you get.
so better look for more methods worth. such as the signature campaign, or payjob, I think it would provide greater income

Signature campaign and trading gives us an good combination of earning money with bitcoin, one is stable and other is variable and it will depend on what money you invest in it and that will determine your profits.
144  Economy / Speculation / Re: If bitcoin rose to $1M, what you do? on: October 05, 2016, 11:19:32 PM
If the it happens I'm sure there are many people who directly sell their bitcoin because it would be very beneficial. I was also doing it because I'll get a lot of advantages. But I think bitcoin will not rise as much as it is due to fluctuations in bitcoin does not allow that to happen.
I think before the price reaches $ 1m will be a lot of people selling all bitcoin them, even you see yourself before the price of $ 800 though still visible a small price, a lot happens panic alternately, so I think before the prices up high will definitely happen panic seling and prices will back down

Yeah if price will touch to $800 or $1k in coming months then most of the users will prefer to sell their coins without thinking twice in order to grab the profits and if this process continues then bitcoin will never achieve dream value in future.
145  Other / Off-topic / Re: Will you accept bitcoin as your salary? on: October 05, 2016, 11:17:08 PM
Why not as long as it is fix for example 1btc. Wether the price goes up or down they wont change it and they will still pay 1btc no matter what the price is.
Lol unfortunately there are no jobs in bitcoin that will surely give 1 BTC salary every month or every week, most of the work on bitcoin, will provide an income depends on the intensity of your own work. work on bitcoin will usually provide an income that is not steady
I do not know if there are companies that are not related to bitcoin but salaries with bitcoin? is there?

Yeah even I haven't heard that any company has started to pay in bitcoin yet to their employees and the fact is even if you get 1 btc per month it will depend on the price of bitcoin if price goes higher then you can expect higher income and vice versa.
146  Other / Off-topic / Re: bitcoin affects life a lot on: October 05, 2016, 11:14:14 PM
Bitcoin surely affects a life a lot in a positive way as we can make good money from it and if you are earning good money then it will surely improve your standard of living and bring happiness in your life.

bitcoin for me also give a lot of positive effects of life, I can get a lot of money in bitcoin. even, I made a living from bitcoin for 2 years. bad effects as well if you use it for gambling, it will be worse.

Exactly it will affect you negatively only if you choose the wrong way to earn them, but if you keep on earning them with honest efforts then it will surely help you in a positive way.
147  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Bitcoin make Banks disappear? on: October 05, 2016, 11:12:16 PM
No I do think this can happen.
In my opinion this is highly unlikely, but we will see what is gonna happen of course because the fact is that its not to predict.
The banks are controlling the world and they have a lot of power/money, that is why I do not think the bitcoin do it.

Banks will always be an first choice of people and bitcoin will be an alternative method for the payment systems and if bitcoin gains more popularity in future then it can reduce the number of user of banks but cannot make it disappear.

You are right..i think boths will survive..

Yes and I think both are important for the society as the businesses who are not into bitcoins will surely depend on banks for their transactions and even they can get business loans from banks in huge amount which is not possible with bitcoins.
148  Other / Off-topic / Re: How much do you earn per day on: October 05, 2016, 11:09:58 PM
at this point I do not know. probably around 0.005 BTC. Well, my income is reduced drastically because there is some activity in the real world that makes my internet activity is inhibited, but at this time I will try to increase my income back to be as it once or even more

Well im actually doing the same, im earning btc nowadays only through signature campaign when previously i had more time for trading. Though i think in the near future i think i'll put more time in btc as i've already thought of plans to earn here

Yeah right now the earnings from bitcoin is limited for me as I am earning only from signature campaign and don't have enough time to earn it in other ways but in future I would be able to earn more from it.
149  Other / Off-topic / Re: What will you do if you own 21 BTC? on: October 05, 2016, 11:06:21 PM
If I would own 21 bitcoin I would hold it for a very long time to make some good amounts of money with it.
I think that you can make a lot of money with the bitcoin if you are holding long enough.

Yeah if we cannot afford to take any risk then its better to hold them without investing them any where as investment nowadays has a huge risk which will make us to loose our bitcoins.
150  Economy / Economics / Re: How to make 17 BTC out of 7 BTC ? on: October 04, 2016, 11:04:11 AM
Does someone has any suggestions how to make 17 BTC with 7 BTC starting capital in short period of time?
I think that you can try to gamble with them because that can earn you some quick Bitcoin but the chance of winning is not big so now what can happen if it goes wrong.
If you do not want to do that then you would have to use your own money.

Gambling is not a right place to multiply your coins as there is full possibility that you will loose whatever you have, it would be far better if you try your luck on trading, as you have chance of making profits and if you loose, you won't loose everything.
151  Economy / Economics / Re: Should I believe in Bitcoin ? on: October 04, 2016, 11:02:21 AM
Yeah of course you should believe in Bitcoin because it can allow you to make some money and that can be really nice. I am believing in Bitcoin and will continue to do so if I can make money with it.
Yes we all believe in bitcoin and that is the reason we are investing our time and efforts behind it so that we can manage to have more number of coins for future which can give us better benefits.
152  Economy / Economics / Re: How too get rich on: October 04, 2016, 11:00:45 AM
in fact if you have a lot of capital to be at least several hundred thousand dollars you can become rich by gambling, you can manipulate a score in a game, then you can gamble with the manipulation of your score? certainly the chances of winning will be more than 90%?
I've never tried it but if you win you can rich

But what if that strategy doesn't work and goes the other way? You will be loosing everything that you have and even can make you bankrupt, so depending on gambling to become rich is an worst idea.
153  Other / Off-topic / Re: If i give you 10 BTC what will you do? on: October 04, 2016, 10:58:44 AM
I would save them along with my other bitcoin because I have no reason to be selling for the price that the Bitcoin has at the moment.
I am going to wait until a price comes by that will be worth selling for.
well. if you get 10 bitcoins for free then there is nothing bad to sell them at the current price. I don't think bitcoin's price is very low and don't worth to sell. 600$ is not a low price. bitcoin was lower than that few days ago.it is possible that price drop again.

Yup if its a free money then there should be no hesitation in selling them and have hard cash in hands as cash can be used anywhere and you can also invest that money in real world.
154  Other / Off-topic / Re: What is your plan to get rich with Bitcoin? on: October 04, 2016, 10:57:00 AM
I think you should start farming bitcoins with ASIC chips
But for that you need serious $$$ in starting to buy equipment and it will give you long team reward.
Good luck and happy mining.

Mining is not profitable for each and everyone as it requires good capital to invest in buying equipments and if electricity cost is higher in your country then it will be an costly affair.
155  Other / Off-topic / Re: Will you accept bitcoin as your salary? on: October 04, 2016, 10:54:59 AM
Not all salary. I still have to pay things that don't accept BTC(at leas taxes and stuff)

But part is a good option
yes . in most places bitcoin is not that much viral and can't be spend easily. but just because getting good jobs and earning money via bitcoin easier for me. I would love to get my full earning in bitcoin. and I am doing this.
So is your company paying you your salary in bitcoins or you are a full timer in bitcoin? As I haven't heard that any company has started to pay their employees in bitcoin yet.
156  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Doubling Bitcoin? on: October 04, 2016, 10:52:58 AM
I suggest you forget that idea, Doubling is a very dangerous word because whenever it's used with bitcoin "or with money generally" big risks on invested money are to follow, from risky gambling to fake investments and HYIP's. Slow and steady wins the race IMO.
yeah i think the word doubling will always be associated with something that is at high risk such as ponzi, hyip or gambling?
but the fact is there bitcoin doubling method which only has a small risk. because mostly I see bitcoin doubling method has a very high risk
You can double your coins in quick time only if you are super lucky but that could be done only once or twice, its not possible to double your coins every time or else you will surely loose everything in long run.
157  Other / Off-topic / Re: What are you doing with Bitcoin? on: October 04, 2016, 10:51:26 AM
For now i just saving more bitcoins and some of bitcoins i spend it in trading since i am not so professional in trading but i am making a good profit in trading for simple strategy.. i am not investing in scam coins i am using well known altcoin that we can hold for a long time and sell them in the right time..

Yeah its better to choose coins that holds good reputation, it may take some time to make profits but you will surely not go from loss in it and that is the right way to make good profits in trading.
158  Economy / Speculation / Re: If bitcoin rose to $1M, what you do? on: October 04, 2016, 10:49:46 AM
The answer is obvious i will sell most of my bitcoins, live a rich life and help as much people i can.But i doubt this will ever happen, sounds like a dream.

I would also sell most of my bitcoins, go to some countries I want to visit with my family, buy a dream house, buy a car, and start a business.

and I would keep a little amount of my bitcoin probably for my will to my children and grandchildren.
I am also will be planning for a running a very good business once bitcoin hit $ 1 million per one bitcoin price levels. If I'm having more bitcoins after my business requirements, I will prefer to hold them again and I will be waiting for bitcoin prices to hit $ 10 million price levels.

If you don't sell your coins at $1M and prefer to hold them till it reaches to $10M price then that would be the worst decision of your life and your greedy nature will leave you nothing in your hands.
on the other hand if you sell your bitcoins at $1M and the price goes up to $10M then selling would be the worst decision of your life and everybody will lough at you since you are poor because you where to afraid to hold longer.
as you see there is no way to say where you should sell, since everybody would do it.

If price ever reaches to $1m then everyone will prefer to sell their coins and that will make price crash in coming time and we don't know how low it can fall so instead of holing them longer its good to sell them at that price and secure profits.
159  Other / Off-topic / Re: how bitcoin is popular in your country ? on: October 04, 2016, 10:47:49 AM
Its still not that popular even you can pay your bill(electric, etc) using btc. I believe those who know bitcoin are those in ptc business before. More on people here use internet only for social media, games, etc.

Exactly people in my country are internet savvy but they will keep in wasting their time on social media and watching useless youtube videos but will never search for any informative things.
160  Economy / Economics / Re: Sell Everything? on: October 02, 2016, 07:38:01 AM
I honestly would not sell all my bitcoins because I think that its just not smart with this price, I would wait a bit longer so you can make a lot more profit.
Most likely the price is also gonna rise so..

I think it would be good choice to hold them till the end of the year as price may rise at that time and selling a part of them at that time can be a profitable decision to make.

yes i think its a good idea to hold them but if you want to sell it for now, then i think you can wait for a moment to make sure the price is really increase because before we really sure that the rate is up, we have to wait for a moment.

You can sell some of them if you are making profits with current price or else you can keep till the end of the year, and sell them when price reaches to your expected level.
