We are not sure of a new release date, but I am thankful that the dev has requested this delay in lieu of a knee-jerk release of a product.
The dev has been solid on everything so far. There is absolutely no reason to suspect he won't deliver here. An outsider orchestrated a "buy on rumor - dump on news" pump. But there was no news, so the P&D failed. Anyone who is trying to time their buys and sells by the hopeful release dates given by devs is going to get burned. If you want your value to go up, [this part was pretty long, but I just took out my trading tips]. Ahhhh, that explains why someone dumped it down to 900s today! Haha, was wondering about that. getting my buy orders filled ! yay !

I think there is an opportunity here to market Stealthcoin to teenagers. I don't have a particular angle in mind, but I have a feeling high school kids would think this is pretty "cool" if it was connected to a Snapchat/Kik/Poof etc.
It also sounds way more desirable to a teen than bitcoin.
And they need StealthCoins to buy drugs

What the fuck is going on

None of these names sound good. If I have to choose between these, I'll go with Rune.

Is there anything on the short term horizon aside from stealth-oriented features? I would love to see more focus on business use cases, features that improve ease of adoption by consumers, etc.
google play release ?

Oh, god, i've been through so many shitcoins trying to save the poor bastards that it's almost laughable.
1. Why? Don't you have a better use of your time? No girlfriend I assume. 2. There are so many coins out there most of the time you will be right. Not all coins will succeed. 3. Stealth dev is awesome and has every chance of succeding. Leave us alone. Just read his post history, he is a self confessed ego maniac. Probably gets an erection every time he smells his own farts. Seriously, read his history. It's basically what poor mental health looks like. Yeah, don't be afraid of him. You should be honored it's in this thread. It's a professional fudder. He talks a lot but nothing dangerous. Sometimes, he even got some nice pics ;-) For him, all altcoins are bad except DRK... you see what I mean he is indeed professional

Three very good features alts have came up with:
1. Privacy (like CryptoNote's ring signature scheme) 2. Assets 3. PoS mining (energy efficient)
I don't see why Bitcoin shouldn't implement these.

Open Bazaar UpdateTraders on underground “Dark” markets in the crypto-currency space face the constant risk of their marketplace of choice being shut down, and coins subsequently lost. This risk is related to the centralization of these marketplaces. With this model, users face fees and regulations and must trust the platform itself. With abundant failed examples like Silk Road in the underground markets and Mt.Gox in the crypto-exchange sphere, it’s clear centralization is not the answer. Fortunately, with peer-to-peer transactions made possible by cryptocurrencies, a truly decentralized platform is within reach. Open Bazaar, an upcoming decentralized network for free commerce, is open-source and currently in beta. Sometime in December, we’re planning to launch our own iteration of Open Bazaar exclusive to StealthSend/StealthCoin. Benefits of the Open Bazaar platform:-Completely anonymous, if so desired (compatible with Tor and I2P) -No fees -”Reputation Pledges” based on proof-of-burn, a method by which crypto-currency is purposely destroyed to aid in establishing the one’s commitment to the platform. -Trust Ratings -Arbitration system & Ricardian Contracts Generator for special deals -Encrypted messaging and chat We’ve also been contacted about an upcoming article on one of the most prominent DarkNetMarkets media portals that will discuss StealthSend, and the future role of anonymous cryptocurrency in DarkNet marketplaces. We look forward to serving our user’s interests in their privacy and their freedom to buy and sell goods online! .. and tomorrow: Mintpal. This is wonderful !
