121  Local / Biete / Re: USB ASIC miner - check OP >300 here we go on: May 09, 2013, 01:59:25 PM

I accept payments
Please read carefully!

Price: 2.47 BTC per miner, including 19% importation VAT, ESD protected bubble wrap packaging. shipping is extra

Escrow is possible. But must be paid by yourself. +2%
The devices have all been tested. friedcat sends additional devices so that I can replace directly, should a failure occur.
You can choose the shipping, shipping is to your risk

I still have no secure commitment for a CE mark.
It is possible that the shipment is returned by customs. If an investigation is taking place.
This risk exists for the other groupbuys in the EU as well.
But I'm apparently the only one who mentioned this honestly.

Only send payments from an address you control (i.e. you can sign with it)

This is only necessary when a transaction is claimed by several user.
You can pay either directly to me or use Johns escrow service.

No refund!
Unless the order is not filled. Or something similar.

I'll exchange the shipping costs asap in €.

Should a refund be necessary, you will get the shipping costs back according to the exchange rate.
If the exchange rate make strong jumps between receipt of payment and swap we need to compensate this. In both directions

desired number = N

Total = C

Payment directly to me:

Code:
C = N * 2.47 + V<1-8> ---> 169TK4D4z5qboHyEV59HYKGGme6xVhx5P5

The escrow address for yxt's AM USB Miner group buy would be:

1DWRWygXQLCRAMHrTjDhtyXHLegb8RrQJT

Please state and agree to the conditions (if item is received damaged, item lost with tracking, customs fee etc) beforehand.

If possible, GPG sign your agreement to prevent any discrepancies later on and please ship with tracking to prevent problems during delivery. GPG signing is not a requirement, and any verbal exchange in the form of private messages or posts on bitcointalk.org, or email is effective as a statement of condition.

The fine print:
This Contract is solely generated for the purpose of facilitating the transaction between the seller and the buyer, which refers to the pseudonyms used on bitcointalk.org.
The escrow holder, John, assumes and gives no liability or guarantees on the satisfaction of all parties involved, although he agrees to mediate and facilitate the deal to the fullest extent he is capable of.  On the event that any problems arises, he will release the escrow to whichever party that presents him with the most convincing proof and/or after an open discussion with others or theymos.
The verbal acceptance by both parties (or the failure to reject) and the sending of Bitcoins to the escrow address above constitutes the acceptance of the terms and conditions stated, and the activation of this Contract.

Please understand that I am assuming the risk of holding the escrowed Bitcoins, and I am using my own time to facilitate this transaction.
I am imposing a fixed fee of 2% for this transaction, pre-paid (or otherwise) to 1NB1KFnFqnP3WSDZQrWV3pfmph5fWRyadz .

Thank you.

122  Local / Biete / Re: Update Mai 2013: Met gegen BTC neuer Ansatz Auslieferung ab Mitte Juni on: May 07, 2013, 12:06:40 PM

Zusatz: Sammelbestellung
1-5 Flaschen 8,50€
6-10 Flaschen 8,00€

Vorbestellungen ab 25.04.2013
16 Flaschen vorbestellt - Rest 14 Flaschen

phantastisch - 3 Flaschen
2weiX - 3 Flaschen
Akka - x Flaschen
Chefnet - 2-4 Flaschen
Aswan - 8 Flaschen

Vorfreudigen Dank Smiley

124  Economy / Goods / Re: Credit card shaped 16GB USB sticks with engraved Bitcoin logo on: April 23, 2013, 11:00:05 AM
Is there a client that would work for this?
What makes you think the Bitcoin-Qt client wont work? You can test with every USB stick that can store the blockchain..
It just has to be installed / mounted as portable and used with custom data-directory in options or configuration file..
125  Economy / Goods / Re: Credit card shaped 16GB USB sticks with engraved Bitcoin logo on: April 19, 2013, 06:19:29 PM
The mock design has been updated.
Sorry but it was never mentioned that the design would be altered. The legend is simply ugly and makes the circle look out of round. I vote for the simple design with bitcoin logo only.
126  Local / Deutsch (German) / Re: Bitcoin Card on: April 18, 2013, 11:22:50 PM

* the site should also handle messages for signed ownership of address to ensure the possession.

* not signed messages can also be show, but clearly flagged as not confirmed by owner / rumor.

* this site should be made open source and sync with other instances to publish disposably

and there already is a possibility to publish tags on blockchain.info but this has the same issue as firstbit, when offline it is no help.

are 1.15x and 1.15y discontinued for good from ztex shop ?

I was thinking to get one from the shop, but can't find product links anymore.
(i prefer not to get a second-hand device for now)
He already stated this on the forums... Orders will only be processed by ztex if volume is min. 50 units. Just contact him directly. For now the quats are still profitable for the average joe (with electricity bill), so I will not sell mine soon Smiley .

just for those who did not read the last pages..
are you still selling singles? because in the ztex webpage they don't show when I click purchase, only the quad version, and I will like to try a couple of singles before going to the expense of the quads.

ATM, singles are only produced on request. Minimum order quantity is 50.
Yes, it is removed from the store for unknown time Sad

Both kinds of FPGA boards are out of stock.  Since a red fat waring did not restrain customers form purchasing it (and sending money) I removed the products from the shops.

There should be an update regarding the delivery. It will also posted here.
132  Local / Deutsch (German) / Re: Ich möchte Händler von Bitcoin überzeugen. Suche kurz-prägnante Infomaterialien. on: March 27, 2013, 09:51:19 AM

can be a way for you to earn back some coins.
Transmission of the key should be done with pgp encrypted to the

Also in this state I suggest you send out mails to all users with there

Just to announce this in public:
M4v3r gave me access to the address by securely releasing the private key into my hands. The formerly stored coins had been removed some time ago, so it was blank.
The final deal was: I get the key and the debt (~2BTC) is null. So I gave up any right on those formerly "lost" coins.

Thanks for now, I am looking forward to more information on the new site. And I second the proposal to make a new clean thread for this.
Perhaps the repeatedly asked questions should be summed up as FAQ in the first post of this thread or better on bitmarket.eu as soon as it is back online.
134  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: BitMarket.Eu - ownership changed (in a way) on: February 19, 2013, 08:33:38 AM
Can someone explain this in somewhat plain eng"r"ish? lol thanks guys Smiley
Sorry, some typos as I see. But I do not really understand your question. I simply asked M4v3r to give me control over my accounts bitcoin address - the one coins are sent to for showing up on the corresponding bitmarket.eu account .  For this I need the private key corresponding to the public key (aka bitcoin-address) - this gives control over the address, the coins in account are not still stored at this address necessarily (as you could see in the blockchain regarding your own addresses) and can be moved beforehand by him.  The wrap is just a PGP signature. If you need to know about bitcoins cryptography or pgp you can use the enormous information on the web. If you have further questions, you can ask me directly via PM for not polluting this thread. thx.

-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE-----
Hash: SHA1

I would like to receive the private key to my account address - can you
make this possible?
The Account should be connector with a new one and I'd accept a fee of 1
BTC for the service - if more People are willing to buy their Key, this
can be a way for you to earn back some coins.
Transmission of the key should be done with pgp encrypted to the
accounts email.
Also in this state I suggest you send out mails to all users with there
current amount of coins in their accounts and inform actively about the
hack.

This message will also be Sent via PM and have attached some details.

Probably I am bad in describing..

starting point was:
I just saw the topic and thought, OK gonna answer some questions for BTC.. klicked on answer, and ... oh, have to register - for what?! just want to answer and type in the address to be paid for that. You want my email-address - why, I doan need any spam!?

Just signed messages ? Who would receive such signed messages, and where would they be stored ? How would they be published? I think *just* signed messages and addresses would not be enough, because there must be a carrier for such messages. I might be wrong of course. Could you explain how would such system work ?
We  want (I'd really like Wink prolly as optional feature ) valid addresses and proof of ownership for not needing accounts on your site. To verify ownership of an address (which could be used to login without anything like a password, email or any other id) you might crypt a message (or hash of the answer) with the privkey.
Of couse not sole messages but with the pubkey (btcaddress) to enable verification to anyone. That way the answerer can proofe the address he attached to the questioner and that it is owned by him, and he can also proofe for other answers afterwards. Also the function to sign messages is included in bitcoin.org-client.
And noone shall post and sign with an invalid address for reasons of spam because he wants to receive the coins.

an example of account-avoiding is implemented in pyramining. you login with the pubkey of the "online-wallet" and for spam reasons there is a captcha. This also could solve the same for questioners, answerers wont need such a "online-wallet"-pubkey but their own (possibly offline) one.

My point simply is: passwords, email etc. are vulnerable. I doan see why making your service less secure if you like to have trust by users. E.g. bitcoin.de only has a username/password/withdrawallimit to save you from account-stealings, bitmarket.eu was getting better but shows the reset password as debug-info to anyone who asks. Mt.Gox asks for more personal information of users (utilities bills etc.) due to financial restrictions regardless of juristiction or absent problems.
Such flaws can be avoided and save you very much time and bad user-experience. Also I think that would make the service much more popular if you can solve the other problems Smiley (e.g. by voting).

i doan liek the accounting of your service - where is the problem doing all of that with signed messages or just the bitcoinaddresses.

especially the answers do not need to be by registered persons, the can deliver the answer and an address which can be paid to if the answer is regarded as good enough.

another thing is: when answers are valid but the questioner does reject them all, noone is paid but the question was answered - what about that?

hoffe das ist was du wissen willst:
