On Dec 26th, 2017, I created a DGB wallet using "Digibyte Go." I sent some DGB to the wallet. Now, 3 years later, I'm trying to access them and the wallet balance says zero. However, it shows the transaction from 2017 as "received." When I look up the address on the block explorer, the coins are there. The wallet lists the same address but the balance says zero. Why is this wallet not working properly? Also, it seems I did not save a back up phrase because 3 years ago, I didn't know.

I'm not going to reply to that ^, but there was no air drop, there was never any air drop, all DigiBytes have been POW mined. I haven't a clue what he's talking about but that obviously isn't a problem for him.
He's talking about the others coins, ICOs, and the hypes around them which according to him have hidden the DGB project, i think.

A lot of support from Digibyte fans under comments in OP. Good to see. Can anyone describe a story of DGB and Binance? (When they first applied? How many times? Officially or just community try? Did they reply with reasons for not listing it?) Interested in this too and it might be good to add that to the above tweet too. I understand the frustration but I don't think this tweet was the smartest move. DigiByte will do good either way, but Binance still could have been a nice extra source of liquidity and volume for DGB. There is no real liquidity on Binance, it's wash trade warehouse! They make their money from listing fees, that we have never paid and never will. I totally believe there will come a time in the not too distant future, that the whole DigiByte community will be glad they couldn't lose their DGB on this exchange. It perverts the whole crypto market scene! Anyway, you wanted to know about DigiByte attempts to get on it so...... https://medium.com/@josiah_digibyte/on-going-listing-attempts-for-binance-684a0faf1a1bI couldn't agree more with this policy of not paying any exchange anything. No one has paid for BTC listing on any exchange. So if listing fees are main business income for exchange they should ask themselves some questions about their future. Thank you for link! +1. And decentralized exchanges are round the corner. There was also a time when we were asking : When Cryptsy ? Coin is very well elaborated let's vote for a place at cryptsy! you can always donate to me, im going to vote for DigiByte @cryptsy!
Digibyte has survived Cryptsy, we are sure that it will survive Binance.

!!! UPDATE THE WALLETS !!! "If an attacker controls or adds enough malicious nodes to the network and then causes a crash, he can execute a so-called 51% attack on the network and manipulate transactions for his financial gain." "... attackers may attempt to exploit this flaw on smaller cryptocurrencies where the patch has not been ported yet, and where 51 percent attacks are even cheaper and easier to carry out when compared to the costs of mounting one against Bitcoin's massive network." DGB Skein is still on version 6.14.2 !!!

Hi lucazane, may be it's time to upgrade to 6.16.2 the digibyte wallet Also, it should be nice if you use Digi-id as a alternative to log in your web pool. Thanks for your work

I think DGB should have its own algorithm for GPU
i’ve been thinking the same, it should be nice. And until more coins use this same new algo or Digibyte gets more value & attention, it will make Digibyte even more asic resistant.

i totaly agree. i also apreciate his posts on tweeter. They're measured, positives & instructives (not impulsives). he's ready to debate anytime with a dgb's "opponent". In short, he's a perfect ambassador for Digibyte and i'm sure he's gonna get even better with time Josiah's last interview https://youtu.be/0fGQnN-Yvjc

Not sure if you guys are up-to-date with what's going on with Verge but they're under attack right now. Some say DDOS. Some say a 51% attack. Either way, I'd love to know how vulnerable DigiByte is to attack. To this attack Jared seems confident ( https://twitter.com/jaredctate/status/999298805878026240) : "The problem here was block timing and their “dark gravity well” difficulty adjustment. DigiByte fixed this problem in 2014 with DigiShield. They allowed up to two hour discrepancy in block times."

wow, we really needed that info... Another 5 minutes of my life wasted that i can't get back.... My point is, we need things like Digi-ID...and I can assure you, this all happened to me because of my support of DigiByte! Hope nothing like this happens to you....because 5 minutes is nothing compared to the time I had wasted out of my life! It's always a pleasure and instructive (never a waste of time) to read the post from a more than 3 years and very active member of this thread, who take so much of his time answering posts and participating here to pushing forward informations for the Digibyte’s community. Thank you for that

When is the hardfork date of DGB?
The Algo swap (Core v7.1.0) was planned for springtime 2018 but it could come a little more later i think. However for personal mining consideration i'd like it to come after summer, and not before ! In fact, also a core wallet 6.15 was originally planned for December 2017 but i presume that the pump and their others projects (DGB Foundation, new exchanges listing, soft improvements, etc) have delayed this release. Now it's about to be released as 6.16 as you can see on tweeter. So i guess we'll have to wait a bit more for the hard fork.
