Dev, you should contact coryvmcs1 or whatever his name was, he posted here. They edited the source somehow to make it work for the pool, contact them maybe?
I decided to create a new Amsterdamcoin based on the current Bitcoin code. Lean and mean without PoS or masternodes. Keeping in mind the goal of this coin as payment option. Lots of things were already done for Bitcoin and thats where we profit. I think thats the best way to go. Please let me know if anyone has a better idea.

Damn the sync is slow, like 3hrs gone and only a few thousand blocks. Dev, you need to find a way how to make it faster or some lightweight wallet.. edit: the wallet gets stuck on syncing pretty often, and only a restart of wallet helps with that.. like every hour or so.. really needs a fix
as ive mentioned so many times before ... and been attacked by the 'dev' for 'bitching' about it without fixing it myself ( as if i know how to ) ... the cause tho - is the orphan blocks that clog the sync / blockchain download and bring it to a halt ... IF the cause of that can be found - a fix can be found ... but hey - im 'just' a user of the coin ... right? ... #crysx Damn the sync is slow, like 3hrs gone and only a few thousand blocks. You also said that the RPC interface is broken. Thats where we still disagree. I dont see any other solution then to take a solid codebase and do a swap.

I am working on this problem. It is a very difficult problem to solve. Behind the scenes I tried everthing. Maybe we will swap to a steady code base like Dash. It does not contain PoS, but its rock solid. or swapping to waves or eth assets is this an idea too ? I dont feel much for that anymore. It will be yet another token. AmsterdamCoin must have its own chain and wallet. It must be authentic.

Like I told you. You pressed the darksend mix button and interuped the process. You lost your 4 dollar. Such a disaster So the darksend function is just a hoax? No you should read the explaining text when you hover the darksend button. It says that if you interupt the darksend mixing process you might lose your money. Nothing hoax just your own fault.
|
|
|
Did you try the repairwallet command? Tried it. Does not help Then you lost them I guess. When you end darksend mixing in the middle of the process the chances are that you lose your coins. Thats what happened here. What means lost? How can this happen at all? In what or in whom is the cause? Like I told you. You pressed the darksend mix button and interuped the process. You lost your 4 dollar. Such a disaster

AmsterdamCoin (AMS) will join 1PRTPnfqrvQWZfh2eXeGUuN1GyDGxe5yko

The wallet simply won't get synchronized, I don't have a low internet speed and the peers are added. I've even used the bootstrap but it won't load, it says there are about 3 weeks worth of blocks left but they won't load even if I leave the wallet open overnight. This is a big issue and needs to be solved immediately.
i wonder if you will get ignored ... like i have been ... and many many others ... pity - as this coin does seem to have some potential ... #crysx So what did you do to help with this problem in the meanwhile? Except for writing great big stories about how great I am LOL. Are you going to help or are you just going to keep screaming from the side line? RPC has no problems. We have a working pool and exchanges and that were not possible with an faulty RPC interface. Syncing is slow and that will be solved.

"Did you already submit AmsterdamCoin for poloniex"
Surely it is more realistic to try and get this coin listed on Bittrex? Or is there some history there?

unfortunate but the price did not react to the news...
at least AmsterdamCoin had a new roadmap which that will help to development the project itself. As I see in http://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/amsterdamcoin/#charts so sad to see. but i have a point which AMS this just beginning to start with a new roadmap, will see the next month and how the price going a roadmap is absolutely useless - if the CURRENT state of the wallet / sync / workings are not up to par ... issues with the wallet are going unnoticed - especially when major flaws are exposed - and kees just shrugs it off as being 'our' doing and not the wallet / daemon itself ... major flaws with syncing - and the reason? ... orphan blocks being sent ALL over the blockchain ... i showed this proof in a previous post - also ignored with a message saying kees will 'look' at this ... instead he comes out with a 'roadmap' ... a 'plan' of things to come? ... when the current state of the wallet is NOT functioning properly? ... really? ... flaws in rpc accessibility ... also gone ignored ... the daemon / wallet itself drops the rpc connections on a regular and consistent basis - which is also why the 'official' blockexplorer consistently lags behind ... so instead of liaising with us to FIX the issue - a roadmap is produced ... nice one kees ... this is VERY reminiscent of another dev that worked on a few other coins - like loco ... remember him? ... the dev called nightz? ... he was doing the same thing ... ignoring me - ignoring my help - ignoring ALL the warning signs of a failure about to happen ... lets see where loco the coin went? ... ummm ... o yes - it failed ... or even soopy for that matter? ... you know who he is dont you? ... i bet you do ... i bet you know both of these devs - well ... ... if these issues are not FIXED in the current wallet - how do you propose to have all these things in the roadmap done? ... a roadmap only equals PLANS ... its all talk until the next step is seen ... and you cant get to the next step until THIS step is FIXED ... not ignored ... we pulled the pool from our pool list - purely because it was the ONLY wallet / daemon that was disconnecting AND causing sync issues ALL the time ... so ignore this post or not mate ... these issues NEED resolve before you can even think of following a roadmap ... unless its all vapourware that you are drumming up here of course ... in that case - just continue to ignore my posts and ignore fixing anything in the wallet - then move on to your next coins roadmap ... some of you devs are unbelievable ... #crysx Look, if our coin/wallet/blockchain/RPC were so bad then how come that: - We have a working pool: http://pool.minertopia.org/
- We are listed at 3 exchanges that are fully up to date and working
- There are constantly proof of work blocks generated
The first step of the roadmap is already in progress by the way. As we speak the Android wallet is under development. My friend helped me out and knew a android dev that we paid to create one. In fact people are binary, they stand from the side line screaming about problems or they step in and help solving problems. #crysx I think your a bit paranoid when you compare me to random other devs that for your idea act the same as me.

AmsterdamCoin master plan part 2
|
|
|
Masternode activation: 1. Create a new address -> Receive -> New Address 2. Send exactly 100000 AMS to your new address and write down the TX hash 3. Wait for 25 confirmations 4. Open Help -> Debug window -> Tab console 5. Type "masternode outputs" and write down the output 6. Type "masternode genkey" and write down the output 7. Menu Masternodes -> Button Create 8. Alias: Name of the masternode (can be anything) 9. Address: Public ip address and port, use for example "123.456.789.123:61510" (You can find your IP address here: http://checkip.dyndns.org) 10. PrivKey: The output of the "masternode genkey" command (step 6) 11. TxHash: The left hand side of the output of "masternode outputs" (step 5) 12. Output Index: The right hand side of the output of "masternode outputs" (step 5) masternode outputs example: { "159eea4303125de0a60fbce8d362778cfe915166d42de1339d9bc79523d9e9a8" : "0" } The left hand side is the TxHash "159eea4303125de0a60fbce8d362778cfe915166d42de1339d9bc79523d9e9a8" and the right hand side is 0 (zero) Make sure port 61510 is forwarded to your computer (by NAT translation) and that you firewall (like Windows Firewall) accepts connection on this port.

Where is the spreadsheet to manage the signature campaign bounty ? when is the payout ?
Its taking a bit longer. I am developing a unique system for this.

A minimum of 3 connections is required for staking.

No news about a spreadsheet for the signature campaign management ! Why ?
AMS : the first SCAM bounty ;-) ?
Such a scam
