121  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: what happens to Bitcoin if internet goes down? on: July 14, 2016, 05:59:10 PM
without internet it will not have nodes, confirmation, hashpower, it would go down along with Internet

The Internet can go down if there is no electricity any more. For example there is a TV show exploring this concept where people live in a post-apocalyptic world with no electricity trying to survive.
122  Other / Off-topic / Re: What do you do with your btc? on: July 14, 2016, 05:40:09 PM
Sometimes I trade with them, when I am free want to have some fun then go for gambling to try my luck and apart from that majority of my coins I am saving it for future.

I am collecting bitcoin and holding it and waiting for a good price. i want to spend it buying some stuffs that i want . and maybe i'll save half of it to go for trading i don't really know yet what would i do after the halving . but for this time i'll spending until the bitcoin get a higher price.
123  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Halving is a profitable??? on: July 14, 2016, 05:26:38 PM
For people who sold theirs coins when price was around $750 it was profitable but nowdays it's around $660 like it was almost every time before price rising.

Bitcoin halving can be profitable but can be a lost also It according to the people.Because we are not sure that bitcoin price will increase or stay from what it is now or going to drop. But most likely it's price will increase because it will became on demand so its price will rise up.But i can be the bd effeciency cause this past years bitcoins volume is too big,but still hope for price up  so we can all have profits.
124  Economy / Speculation / Re: 10 BTC. Will I be a millionaire by 2030? on: July 14, 2016, 04:18:33 PM
In 2030 a million bucks will probably buy you a 1 bedroom apartment in Detroit. So it is highly likely that 10 BTC will make you a millionaire.

I think differently. The bitcoin price will be $1 million dollar each in 2030. That is today's dollar values.

The chance is really small that it can happen, because then Bitcoin must rise a lot and that will not happen as you can see because it is now already even stable so that is bad. It will take a really long time or it will be impossible to be a millionaire with only some 10 BTC.

There are possibilities to become a millionaire, the reason behind that is now itself it has having a great value. Based on each countries currency value value sure you can be a millionaire with just 10 bitcoins. Still the millions should not be calculated in dollars. Even try to get more not just holding 10bitcoins which may help you for the 2030 target.
125  Economy / Economics / Re: Loans too risky? on: July 14, 2016, 04:06:40 PM
Some individuals turn to the Internet to get loans because they don't have the intention to repay it back or don't have the courage to visit a bank and ask for a loan there maybe because they are unemployed or have a bad credit history. I have seen Hero members on this forum scam for a couple hundred bucks like out of the blue.
126  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: People hate Bitcoins? on: July 14, 2016, 03:59:17 PM
what ??  Shocked people hate bitcoin ?   ohh no.  i like bitcoin and i love it  because bitcoin is one of the solution to pay or buy our need if the people don't love bitcoin ithink some people is do not understand the true meaning ofbit coins.

Yeah Agree that, People doesn't hate bitcoin. They don't even know what it is. They are missinformed and think it is just used for drug traffic and other sort of crime. People need to start learning about bitcoin and their view about it will certainly change

Holding bitcoin while waiting for the rise is the easiest way if you are looking for some profit but it is a good idea to also look at other investment opportunities that you might find, although you should be very careful and research about the company first to see if they are legit.
128  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it better to save money or invest it? on: July 14, 2016, 03:02:23 PM

If you want to earn higher profits in future then you need to have courage of taking risk, higher rewards comes with higher risks, and if your investment clicks in right way then it will give best returns.

Saving in a bank is for smaller, short term goals, when you need cash to be readily available, while investing is for larger, long term goals, and you cannot easily get your hands on it.  Saving in a bank has minimal risks, while investing, you may lose some or all of your money.  If you value the safety of your money, then it is better to save it in a bank.
129  Other / Archival / Re: Do you use bitcoin as currency or investment? on: July 14, 2016, 02:58:03 PM
If I find some good offer online for shopping then I prefer to use it as a currency and rest I am putting it safe for the future to earn good returns on investments.

I use bitcoin as currency and investment. Though I have never invested a single dollar in it. All I invested are my earnings from the games and rounds and signature campaigns I joined in. In a sense, what I invested in bitcon is my time and effort. Part of my earnings I hold and the other half I spend either online or converted to fiat.
130  Other / Off-topic / Re: Why would customers use Bitcoins? on: July 14, 2016, 01:38:48 PM
Couple of things - Shipping is fast and a little fee is the best reason for consumers. They can send instant payment worldwide. Also in addition to making bitcoin wallet is not as complicated as paypal is. BTC can be bought easily from various exchanges and can be sold as well instantly.
Yes Bitcoin is a good way to pay. Online payment with low transaction fee then other payment processor and sometimes we get many offers on products too if we pay with Bitcoin. Cheesy

If there will be more people will use Bitcoin as a payment method, so you will make Bitcoin more popular.
And that can be very good, you can see that the world is becoming more modern also and that is perfect.
The only thing is that Bitcoin must be more acceptable later so we can spend it everywhere.
131  Other / Off-topic / Re: Have you ever lost Bitcoin? on: July 14, 2016, 01:20:23 PM
I have lost some Bitcoin but that was stupid from me because I was gambling with them, I sometimes now still gamble but only with real money.
I do not gamble with Bitcoins anymore because that is just a dumb thing to do.

Even I lost many times in gambling but if you are still gambling with real money then I think its better to gamble with bitcoin as you don't need to disclose your identity in it.
yes that is a good idea. I also have same thinking. we can do it online. I also lost bitcoin for so many time in gambling. and now I use bitcoin in stead of fiat money. through this my name do not disclose to any one.

I also have lost some Bitcoins on some of these online gambling site. I do not use my Bitcoins for gambling any more because it is just a waist of Bitcoins.
Holding on to your Bitcoins is a far better idea then gambling them away.
132  Economy / Economics / Re: Is Bitcoins safe? on: July 14, 2016, 01:00:01 PM
Bitcoin is not totally safe for all assests it is only safe if you want to store your money as Bitcoins for future....

How you are saying that bro! bitcoin itself is very safe to use and do payments with, the only thing you have to know is that your wallets can be hacked because of your own faults of course. If you store bitcoins do it in multiple wallets so you won't lose everything at once if you get hacked.
133  Other / Off-topic / Re: What do you do with your btc? on: July 14, 2016, 12:56:41 PM
Most of time when I get BTC I wait for price increase after then sell them for higher price. Thats all.

Even some times I invest my earned bitcoins for getting some good profit.

I am earning bitcoins and holding them in my wallet for the future as in the future the price of it will increase, and when i need to buy anything with that i use it to buy, and when i do not find any place for a specific thing to buy then i convert it to fiat and buy that thing.
134  Economy / Speculation / Re: When to hit $10,000? on: July 14, 2016, 02:50:18 AM
imposible is price up run $10000, ten thousound dollar price every one bitcoin,
is crazy , is only fee send miniumum 10k satoshi equal 1dollar, is crazy price crazy fee send and transfer

5 years, people thought it was not prossible for the bitcoin to be $100. Now, the price is much more than that.

I remember in the early days, a lot of people said that 1 dollar per Bitcoin was simply insane, than it would never happen, then we hit more than 1000. So what's clear is, people always fail when trying to predict the bitcoin price, they are always not aiming higher enough because they see it as impossible.
it was true. we can hope that bitcoin prices rose very high in a short time, even up to the $ 10,000 price. but I guess it will not happen in the near future. may be true if it happens in a way that gradually, and may take more than five years for it. but let's hope that prices will reach $ 10,000 bitcoin in a faster time again, even if we find it impossible

It will take at least 10 more years to reach to that milestone, its not easy to touch that price, and I don't think people have that level of patience to hold their coins till it reaches to that price.

I think it will take a long time for the bitcoin to increases to 10k. I also think at the moment the bitcoin is unstable, So I think it is going to happen in about five or ten years as you said.
135  Economy / Economics / Re: Why have Bitcoin instead of cash? on: July 14, 2016, 02:37:55 AM
Why having a credit card instead of cash?

It's the same for coins. It's not heavy, you can't get it stolen easily, it's much more practical.
It's all we need =)

But nowadays people have bitcoin instead of credit cards also, because they want a currency which is completely in their control, and in credit they still have their money under the control of governments in their bank accounts.

There are multiple advantages in bitcoin, There are safer than Creditcards and Debitcards and more convenient and easier to use than PayPal etc... ones you get used to it you find it relatively easy, also the lower fees are a big advantage as I know to have bitcoin for cash.
136  Other / Off-topic / Re: Do you actively spend your bitcoins? on: July 14, 2016, 02:28:25 AM
It's very hard to spend bitcoins actively and usefull at the same time cause it's not accepted by many good online shops and and i can't use it offline in my city.
Yeaaa it was bitcoin main problem but soon or later it will solved .
Many merchants will accept bitcoin as payment processor,  it is just the matter of time.
People will realize how easy and useful using bitcoin than use physical currency.

Exactly it will be done in future for sure, and for that we need to have some patience and at a moment we have option of spending it online so we should be satisfied with it.

I won't be selling them till the price reaches $800. I don't want to spend bitcoins on online shopping websites that aren't even recognized as I only shop from Amazon where bitcoins aren't expected and gift cards are expensive.
So I am not satisfied with online mode of payment as well.
137  Other / Off-topic / Re: How would you guys react if you guys lost 10, 000 bitcoin? on: July 14, 2016, 02:23:04 AM
I event can't imagine what would be my reaction if I loose that huge amount, I think I will be speechless for many days and may be go into comma after loosing everything.

I will never have this big amount of money. I suppose that he could loose this amount because he bought or minned this amount of bitcoin when bitcoin prices were too low, if not he would take care of its bitcoins.
138  Economy / Speculation / Re: Poll: What year will Bitcoin reach $10,000? on: July 11, 2016, 03:35:30 PM
It's going to hit 10.000 before 2025 pretty much guaranteed. It's going to happen because it's what's natural. Only 21 million bitcoins minus the bitcoins already lost will exist, and the marketcap is only 10 billion dollars. Give in a boost as big pockets start moving their wealth there and we will see 5 to 6 figures in the next decade.

Or alternatively bitcoin fails to attract masses of new investors & the price tanks. I hope you're right though, $10,000 per bitcoin would make me very, very happy.

I have voted in year 2020. But I think it will take more year to reach that amount of money. You need to just to collect more bitcoins or work hard to get that money. For me I am just happy that it will reach to 5.000 dollars. I mean like 5.000 dollars is just a good amount and no currency have ever reach it so yeah I think bitcoin is just good to have.
Is good to have for now so that in the future you can have a retirement bitcoin so do it in a cold wallet.
139  Economy / Economics / Re: Why have Bitcoin instead of cash? on: July 11, 2016, 03:32:07 PM
The truth is that many people believe bitcoin is a potential investment, rather than cash. If there weren't so much volatility in the price of bitcoin, most people wouldn't be so interested in it.

Bitcoin still needs more time and many things to prove, to become a form of money that the majority of people would be using for their daily transactions.

Don't worry! bitcoin will be more popular later in the future and also more used and that is very good. The world is becoming more digital and that is very nice.
I hope that more people are also going to use Bitcoin and that it will be more popular and more worth that is also very important.
140  Other / Off-topic / Re: How to motivate women to use Bitcoin? on: July 11, 2016, 03:25:18 PM
its very easy way to motivate woman to use bitcoin, you can aware woman about the benefit of bitcoin if they know about the fastest transaction of bitcoin than other currency and if they know about to earn bitcoin online through the signature campaign .then i hope they will get motivation easily .

Do your really think that woman will be interested in speed of trasnsaction and about earning money online with signature campaign? Just try to buy some gifts for here Grin

Most of the girls would like to spend their time by shopping their needs such as bags, shoes or clothing, if there are a shopping mall who accept bitcoin for the payment method i do believe women will use. Bitcoin with very often.
