121  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What's stopping people from using bitcoin? on: January 26, 2016, 08:17:17 AM
nothing can stop the use of bitcoin. anything that way. even the use bitcoin will continue to have a good prosfek.
I think it could happen. you will not know the reason for someone to come out of the bitcoin.

My friend used bitcoin about 2 years ago and for nowadays he vacuum use bitcoin. He didn't tell me details about how he stopped use bitcoin anymore. But I'm sure he made something wrong and get vacuum.

one of my friends bought a bitcoin one years ago or something, he play on PD and he lost 0.7, after that he sold to me the 0.30 and stopped whit bitcoin, I call it a brusque approach Cheesy
122  Economy / Speculation / Re: If the US dollar crashed, would it affect bitcoin in any way? on: January 25, 2016, 12:05:09 PM
As the title says, what would be the effects on bitcoin if the US economy crashed?

Would there be a sharp rise, as lots of people would want to move their money out of the dollar and into something else, or would the price drop, as a large fraction of the bitcoin community is American?

i think that if us dollar crashes, bitcoin will hit a new max value, I think it is impossible otherwise

Sorry for bringing up this very old discussion. Just wanted to see if there are any new solutions to this problem. I don't mind buying a can of coke from the vending machine with my mobile wallet.

Yes, there is a solution without 3rd party payment processor. Finally.
http://www.dashndrink.com

This is nice but the machine works whit dash and no whit bitcoin, does InstantX works whit bitcoin? at most we will use to change shapeshift btc in dash before purchase
125  Economy / Speculation / Re: How many bitcoins do I need to retire in 20 years? on: January 25, 2016, 09:15:26 AM
You have more chance if you trading! Then you can increase number of coins over time..
And when time comes you will have good starting point for retirement.

Trading does not mean increasing its capital, but put it at risk, for example i 90% lose when i trade my bitcoin, i'm too emotional

128  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Did you earn some bitcoin today? on: January 25, 2016, 08:07:09 AM
I collect about 35000 satoshi from freebitco.in, it's dust, but it always btc and this is good
129  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What's stopping people from using bitcoin? on: January 25, 2016, 08:06:10 AM
anway what for we stop people using bitcoin?they can buy a thing or sell, do transaction, invest and gambling or do whatever they want with bitcoin
so nothing way to stop them using bitcoin..bitcoin gave them a big function..

I think the only thing that is stopping people from buying bitcoin is their ignorance about the criptocoins

Nopt only ignorance. More and more people around me are starting to talk about bitcoin, but not in a positive way yet.

They hear what the mainstream news has to offer and we all known what that is: Mike hearn's bitcoin is a failure. Massive losses for exchanges, etc.

People are interested in it, but think it is not safe and too complicated at the moment. Once that is solved, people will use bitcoin.
yeah i think the same but in final: bitcoin is safe and it works perfect. The only problem are humans behind it and the media that want to scare users about bitcoin, instead of reporting banks daily frauds for decades that cheat a lot of savers... this is, but i'm pretty confident that this will change, also thanks to btc
130  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling. Is It Wrong? on: January 25, 2016, 08:03:00 AM
Enjoy gambling and all is good, but once you start to think of earning with it, all wrong.

when you start thinking of earn whit gambling, you're going to Lose your money. Smiley it work like this
131  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin or gold? on: January 25, 2016, 08:02:17 AM
Definitely gold!
Bitcoin don't have 3000 years of use!
Also today everything is backed by gold! l don't like comparison gold bitcoin it is to early for that!
yeah Gold has a very long history. even before any BC, gold has been valued,
in contrast to bitcoin, still rest with corn

but is the age any affects to the growth of both?

gold is not doing very in this periodo, but bitcoin yes, so i would prefer bitcoin, also iff it doesn't have 3000 years of story

134  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is it a waste of time mentioning Bitcoin to friends and family? on: January 25, 2016, 07:50:42 AM
In my case, they just interest to know more about bitcoin when I gave them proof that I really make money online. So hard to explain at first so need a clear output as a proof

yeah you right. same like my family. when i tell them about bitcoin and you can earn it online, my family hard to accept that, maybe because they scare for being scammed online.

I believe that once took place the change of generation, will be 'much more' easy to understand and use bitcoin for beginners because they use computers or smartphones already at  '6 years old.
135  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Paypal is growing faster than Bitcoin on: January 25, 2016, 07:48:39 AM
There's another topic comparing the 2: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1260666.0

The subject here is that between 2014 and 2015, Paypal gained 16 millions new users (https://www.paypal.com/us/webapps/mpp/about). There's no way to be sure as it's impossible to count how many users BTC has, but I believe it's more than BTC. Much more. So I'm asking why? And ultimately, what can be done to reverse this trend?

Since BTC is cheaper to use, I guess Paypal is more successful because it's better at making its users feel safe, without any dark cloud/block size issue above their heads.

I sincerely believe BTC's one hundred times better than Paypal because it's a currency, and unregulated, but something clearly has to change. I've been here long enough to remember guys writing that BTC would kill Paypal, it hasn't, and it doesn't look that it will.

agree more with your observation. As a seller i would accept bitcoin quietly, but as a customer i would prefer pay with paypal because I fell 'more' safe paypal as it would refund in case of problems with the transaction
136  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: paypal or bitcoin? on: January 25, 2016, 07:44:56 AM
I will 100% choose BTC , cause BTC is much much easier and safer to use.

it's safer for the seller, for the costumer what about if he pay a service/good in btc and the seller does not respect the agreement, sending a product not working or service does not correspond to that required? In this scenario the seller has is btc in the wallet and the costumer lost his money, for some things paypal is better, just my opinion

138  Other / Off-topic / Re: Why would customers use Bitcoins? on: January 25, 2016, 07:40:54 AM
more safe at transaction, hard to identify and track, unable to be steal by other eventually
and much easy payment with bitcoin here Grin

the transaction is definitely more 'safe for the seller rather than the customer. In fact, if the customer were to have a problem with the purchased product / service he can not 'do chargeback (for a good cause). I think that this poses to be a limit for customers to use bitcoin
139  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Have you ever won a prize in Freebitco.in Lottery? If yes, how much? on: January 22, 2016, 09:49:04 PM
I never won any lottery on freebitco.in but now this faucet website is almost dead

Just for reference this  faucet website has the max bet bigger than primedice. I think the site is going to became a gambling website, lottery and dice
140  Economy / Gambling / Re: Primedice.com | Most Popular & Trusted Bitcoin Game | Huge Community | Free BTC on: January 22, 2016, 09:55:05 AM
"Chat error: Muted by admin"Huh?
How many accounts were you using to claim faucet and not gamble from any of them ? Stunna is losing some coins over this and he took some efforts to stop your business.

i dont think he is a faucet farmer, he posted this pic today and he lost much coins in PD

@fredyxxx try to contact support about your problem

I doubt that's the case ,if he is banned by admin then it was for abuse. That could just be a screenshot from his mobile. However luckbox' is fucked up ,down to 60's.

could not have been muted for some other reason than that the faucet farming?

probably there is another reason behind that mute but im fairly sure that it isnt faucet related one coz a user with that much btc wont abuse the faucet i think

Maybe he lost all of his btc and then triyng to have some abusing faucet,  Shocked nothing is impossible
