I think, they are "hacked"

Today I'm trying to load my debit card, but the payment is pending half a day. Though it usually was taking a minute. https://i.imgur.com/YFanePn.pngWill it finish today? Also, some other things which are really annoying, at least for me: 1. Every other time I try to load my debit or virtual card, I'm getting "Service unavailable" or some other error. Even if it succeeds, the process is very slow. 2. When logging in, reCAPTCHA is sometimes invisible, so I have to reload the page 2-3 times to see it. When I tick the "I'm not a robot" checkbox, it always asks me to "Select images with", though I'm logged in my Google account and it passes automatically on all other websites, except yours. You could enable reCAPTCHA only for unsuccessful logins. 3. Transactions history is extremelly slow. 4. Customer support is extremelly slow. 5. Email and SMS notifications are really annoying. I understand it is a security feature, but could you at least make an option to disable these notifications for deposits and card loads? 6. Once loaded, you cannot withdraw funds from virtual or debit cards.

The investment program sounds interesting. I just hope, it is not a "silver bullet" before closing the faucet

Its probably due to heavy BTC network congestion. Bitcoin is barely usable now, if you are not willing to pay crazy fees.

It happens from time to time.

@wetsuit, so what is the chance you will still implement your mining investment program? I'm really interested in it(and many others are too, I think )

I am using their card for almost a year, generally it works fine, though glitches happen quite frequently. Customer support is dumb and slow. What I really like about it - it only requires 1 confirmation for BTC to be credited.

I have something very exciting planned that I will hopefully be able to launch within the next 2 weeks. It's something that will be given out similar to how lottery tickets and reward points are now.
I'll give 0.1 BTC to the first person that can correctly guess what it could be and posts here! You can guess until the time I announce it in this thread. Only 1 entry/forum user/24 hours.
You will add CLAM support?

i always lost my bitcoin in this site.. in multiplying your bitcoin.. i dont know if the game is fair enough.. They don't have any system to check bet but I think they are fair the same. Don't worry it's really easy loss coins with dice, I have also lost more than 0.01 btc playing only here. And daily I waste all money I can earn with faucet but they are free and I hope to get a good amount of ticket reward (and exchange for a good boost income) i win at first sir, but as the game goes, i lose all my bitcoins. so frustrating.. Why did you deposit you btc in this site ? It is merely a faucet not a full on casino and the house edge is very high you just going to lose all your money. Any other casino is better then freebitco.in but if you just using faucet gains then go for it or just withdraw it is up to you. Just look at the stats page and the amount of bitcoins won daily. And I really doubt that site owner is faking the stats.

Many people are in doubt about the fairness of the lottery. ... if someone can figure out a way to implement a provably fair lottery with a variable number of tickets given out each round, I would be happy to implement it. So far I haven't been able to figure out how to do it myself.
Maybe you should use some third-party intermediary for generating random user IDs for the lottery? For example, there is "Audited Lotteries and Sweepstakes" option in random.org. https://www.random.org/guides/draws/That would not help make the lottery more fair as I can always insert user id's of accounts created by me to the list. Also, that option does not allow for a user having multiple tickets. Thirdly, I have to trust that random.org will generate the numbers fairly and not manipulate the results. Also, as far as I can see, the results will not be public and people will need access to the random.org account to verify the winning numbers. Yes, I see. Then, you could offer some kind of incentive(additional tickets, reward points, etc.) for the lottery winners if they post about their winnings here?

@wetsuit. Sometimes you mention yourself as "I", sometimes - as "we". So are you a team or a single guy? Just curious.

I see, you have removed old recaptcha type from the website. Is there any chance you will put it back? At least for me, it was the easiest captcha. SolveMedia is a bit too long to enter and one click recaptcha occasionally spits out "Select images with ... " which sometimes gets extremelly annoying when it asks to click on 3 or more sets of images in a row.

Hello I have been using freebitco.in and freedogeco.in for a week now. Both are really good with good claim amounts and referrals. What I dont like is the grey design and takes time to load on my laptop and Smartphone too. It would be better if the site was better optimized for handheld devices and so. Otherwise its a good faucet and I will be using it everyday. Thanks
Second that, the grey shadows doesn't look really good.

Just an idea regarding the lottery - wouldn't it be better to make the lottery daily, not weekly? I think, this way you could convince and attract more users.

Perhaps there was a fact of hacking? Not really difficult to "hack" you, because you are using the same login and password(ratier@rambler.ru; BOG23R10A1979BOG) for mail.ru, stoloto.ru, coinbase.com(found $3 there ), poloniex.com and some others Currently, anyone can change your freebitco.in password knowing your mail.ru login

Joseph Shtern, no offence, but you look like a desperate gambler, who lost his 77 BTC(because of never working Martingale system), now trying to claim back a portion of it It is clearly obvious, you was preparing for "account blocking" by editing html source of freebitco.in(modifying the balance). It is hard to give high revenue without Adsense ... (I own BitcoinSpace.net and my website was banned too)
How long ago was it banned? Did you receive any explanations from Google?

I've noticed, other popular faucets started using different context ad networks, hopefully, FreeBitco.in will do the same.

Working fine now, thanks!
