Today, whenever I try to claim free btc, always get an error: "Request timed out. Please try again", though 1 hour timer starts running. Can you fix it?

Have 1.6 BTC stuck in my account. Cannot load the card, cannot withdraw btc back to my wallet, no response from support. WTF?

how long did you have to wait? still not addressed?
We try to address issues as fast as we can, but of course, there are times when people are overloaded and cannot respond in real time; either way, cannot identify you here, so, cannot speed it up by posting on the forum..

Sent you multiple emails, but but can't see any progress. When I try to load the card, I get the following:

dabura667, this was really elaborate and prevented me from some problems in the future. Currently I got rid of the bitcoins, but when I get more, I will surely send some $ to your tip address. Thanks again!.

10000 addresses??  Don't understand why you created so many addresses but I say just back up the keys to a secure location first then do it with 100 addresses at a time in electrum. Can't think of any other way.
Yes, already did it, many thanks for responses! It was damn painful )

Thanks for reply. How long did you wait for the withdrawal to work again?
51  Economy / Web Wallets / Is Xapo a scam?? on: December 11, 2014, 06:14:50 PM
When I try to send some btc from my Xapo wallet, I always get a "You don't have enough funds to send the amount entered.", though there are surely enough funds. I have $43 stuck there, not much, but still a gift for scammers. No reply from support, too. Anyone had the same issue?

Ha, exporting private keys from Electrum took 14 hours )) Now waiting 16 hours for BTC Core to sync, but it probably won't sync until nex autumn ). Are there any other non "light" wallet software, where I could import private keys? So far, all the bitcoin stuff is making my hair silver ))
55  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: Importing multiple private keys into Bitcoin Core? on: December 09, 2014, 10:25:35 AM
Many thanks for replies, I think "rescan=false option" was what I was looking for. I need this because my bitcoins are stuck in Electrum(damn it Smiley ), so the only way I can think of  - export private keys(10000) and import them into non light software.
56  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Importing multiple private keys into Bitcoin Core? on: December 08, 2014, 06:55:57 PM
Hello,
is there any method how to import multiple(~10000) private keys into Bitcoin Core? Currently, if I do it manually(open console, type "importprivkey <key>") it takes 2 minutes to import, which is totally unacceptable. Or are there any other(non "light") BTC wallet software, which allow to do it? Thanks.
57  Bitcoin / Electrum / Can't send bitcoins from Electrum on: December 08, 2014, 12:44:28 PM
Good day,
I created a large number, aprx. 10000, of BTC addresses with Electrum and received some bitcoins. Now I'm trying to send them to a single address, but Electrum just hangs when syncing to network(and eats 50-100% CPU). Tried to change a server, change protocol(TCP, SSL, HTTP). Fighting with it 3 days already. What would you do in my situation?  Huh I see, there is an option to export private keys. So is it possible to import these keys to some other(non "light") BTC client software? Using Electrum v. 1.9.8
