It doesn't matter if its 6 months or 12 months or 2 years. The way the new difficulty formula is calculcated makes all GPUs mining useless in about 6-7 months when we approach block 2.5million.
So for now just get the 2GB since its cheaper.
I have 3X msi 370 4GB that do approx 15 mhs each Are you saying that the 2GB version will do same MHs? Yes and you should get 17mhs with your MSI i was planing on getting the 4gbs , i guess that's canceled! btw i'd be paying sth like 183$ for the 2gbs which i guess is a bit too expensive but on the other hand i'd pay like 5cents per KW tops! what's the general verdict does it sound like a good deal? should i go for it? p.s. sorry op if i'm derailing the conversation not bringing any new coins and ideas to the table. i'm just a noob trying to learn and this has been a very helpful thread; will be following it closely and bring in content as soon as i have something that's not already mentioned!  I will welcome gpu miners here, cordially. Just keep in mind that we all are learning and we need to keep the thread alive. That will help us a lot. BTW happy mining |

Just wanted to say sorry about my negative words. Warp is a great coin I have just had some stress lately and took my frustrations out here I guess not like me. Warp will rise again!
no worries @bigs21024 - this is such a young promising coin! @shapetwist is taking his time to make sure all is ok for community consumption. He is working on the wallets, vpn, Warpcard, and multipool mining to name a few. We just need some patience. It is easy to be so demanding and everything mission critical in crypto. Remember these are projects single individuals take on. We can all wait patiently for everything to come to fruition.  It is inevitable that every coin faces huge dumping from greedy dumpers/ daily traders. We all hope warp will rise again. BTW when do you expect some update from dev? |
