I posted a similar question before, and one link that someone provided proved to be quite useful, from the federal reserve. http://www.federalreserve.gov/econresdata/feds/2014/files/2014104pap.pdf?p=cite_@inthepixels

GUYS, come one, the admin has LIFE OUTSIDE OF THE INTERNET. leave him alone. its not like he is responsible for the site! get off your high horse, im sure he will show up this month or the next. your funds are provably safe and not under your control, you have noting to worry about. /sarcasm

seriously oldmate looks more and more like a shill account than a real investor. maybe this was all just a scam to try to get us to invest so admin can then run off. such is life on bitcoin. stunna did warn us.

No, knowing oldmate, he really isn't that. But we can do nothing more than be patient. Have faith that the site will return, it was starting to really grow so there would be no reason for the admin to run off at this point in time  Cheesy
1644  Economy / Gambling / Re: Diggit.io | Over Dice? | Brand new game! | 800+ BTC Invested! | 1% Edge on: February 23, 2015, 02:52:20 PM
This thread is very quiet lately, so I leave this here.

the owner has abbandoned this site a long time ago. I would not trust it with many of my money. I expect it to go down once some highroller wins a lager amount and will not be able to cash out because he emptied the hot wallet. pity.

the owner acts like a typical scamer with all his fancy promises, but in fact has very little to show. No updates, no resolution of the spam problem, just expecting new players to magically join this site and lose their money there. good fucking luck.

The owner has not abandoned the site. Please do not spread misinformation. Some people have lives and jobs outside of the Internet. The site is stable and growing and I am not planning on pulling my 450 BTC investment any time soon.

The hot wallet is not empty. Many have taken big wins recently and withdrawn without problem. It's always topped up to a substantial amount.

Yep, I'm pretty sure Z had emptied the hot wallet in his initial big run, and it was quickly refilled

Is there a timeline you guys could give us as to when you hope to release the iPhone version?
1651  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] MangoCoinz Official ANN Thread - Mine cryptocurrencies on you smart phone on: February 05, 2015, 02:44:50 AM
Did a simple revamp of the UI, if the devs are interested I can keep working on it and send it there way when it's done.
I plan to make it transition (for the most part) as simply as possible from the old to the new so they can focus more time on the actual coding.

You guess have any suggestions/input/whatever? The news/transactions/receive fragments aren't done yet, just placeholders for now.

(I only used my icon because I could. Don't mean to seem like I'm pushing it on you guys)

I love all of this, from the icon to the design as a whole. Great job man

AND NOW JACKPOT IS 5.33013200 BTC

Is there a higher percentage chance of hitting the jackpot if you buy the more expensive lands, or is it equal throughout?
1654  Other / Politics & Society / Re: 85 Richest People In The World Have As Much Wealth As The 3.5 Billion Poorest on: February 02, 2015, 12:56:05 PM
First off. Wealth is not money. Again. Wealth is not... money. Wealth is things produced by other people that make us feel better off. It is therefore limitless. Enjoying someone singing is wealth. Someone else digging a hole then filling it in is not wealth. It might be a job creation scheme but it is not wealth. Therefore it is physically impossible for 1% of the population to actually have half of all the worlds produced wealth, or half of everything being created. However, it is possible for 1% of the population to be in someway responsible for producing half the worlds wealth and this could be partly why half of all the money or IOU's in the world, has ended up with them. Which means the other 99% of us should maybe be grateful to and encourage the 1% because without them we might all be half as well off.

Wealth is money. It's "an abundance of valuable resources, possessions, or money." Don't be metaphorical and poetic; if I'm poor and homeless, I can't listen to someone sing and suddenly afford food and a house because I'm now wealthy. Wealth is very limited. That's why if these people control all of it, it leaves nothing for the rest of society.

And yes, I am so extremely grateful for the 1% and their money laundering, tax evasion, fraud, neglect of social responsibility, impoverishing of society, desire to cut social programs, and overall self righteousness   Cheesy

Also another issue I had was that advertisements cover up the leaderboard area so that I couldn't submit my score
1657  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Get free bitcoins playing a free game The Ponz on: February 01, 2015, 02:59:02 AM
Still paying but paying every month Smiley

Will you update us when payments are sent out, or is there a certain date when they are automatically processed?
1658  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: [Beta] MyBitMine.co | New Type Of Faucet | Get Bitcoin From Playing on: February 01, 2015, 02:56:49 AM
Do you think it's better to go for more production per minute, or to just increase the time between mining actions?

i personally try to have a even balance of more mine chanbers, equiptment upgrades and more workers. This has been working for me pretty good so i cant complain but each person is different  Wink

Guess it just depends on how often you click captchas. Then I'd better really get on top of my mine chamber upgrades  Cheesy

1660  Economy / Games and rounds / Re: Play Flappy Bird on your Android Phone and win FREE BTC! Faucet on: January 31, 2015, 08:34:21 PM
Are there plans to increase payouts per game if the buy-in tournaments are unable to be implemented due to Google's policies?
