Seriously, what do you expect from a poker site? All poker tables look similar because they are poker tables, nothing else. This does not mean that they copied something from someone. The game is well made and uses the advantages of blockchain technology, and most importantly brings fun and money, if you play well, of course. You should try to play at least a few games to understand whether you like to play here or not. This is just my opinion, I do not want to impose it. Well I dont say they copied table design or something else, but as TS showing their poker table at the first page, its remind me about bitspoker on a few years ago,and until now , i still cant registered. basically you need all of them, both paperwork and license.
about paperwork it self , u just go to juridical office on your country,and ask what needed for creating a bussiness like what u asking for
about license, well as far i know , each license has a different price
i dunno what a kind license needed for game like bustabit.
the point, all of them is needed for creating a trust for people, like legality,provably fair,etc.

last time i hear about satoshidice about 3 or 4 years ago.

so why they created a some bounty, if they know it will be a thousands of people joining.
basically ico just like a print new money, and paying bounty hunter with dust at the beginning.
if ico fail the bounty hunters will not payed.
also bounty just take a small amount of allocation.
and also briliant investor can see it, if allcoation for bounty above 5% from total supply, i guest it just a bullshit.
