1141  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: what happens if Bitcoin dies on: June 10, 2019, 08:29:27 PM
This question is hypothetical and it is your imagination. If bitcoin dies then the crypto market cannot survive as bitcoin is a base currency and an icon of this market. Bitcoin is a symbol for cryptocurrencies.

well, i will disaggree about ur opinion.
first, we can see on economy side, lets say on this time BTC die suddenly, and it will make market cap loss 55% (based on this time), but what will happended after it ?
nothing, market still continue with another like ETH will be number one, also XRP will be the second.
even though it makes a negative impression, people will stay continue with the remaining left.
the next generation also can be good pumper on marketcap, like BCH and BSV. ( i hate them btw,but in this case they is important for recovering market "IF" BTC trully dead.)
but , the good news, it's imposibble happening.
1142  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which coin or coins you never gained money with? on: June 10, 2019, 08:02:47 PM
I was thinking, I already did some money with BTC, ETH, XMR and a lot of other coins, but there are a coin I never gained a penny

XRP - Ripple
This coins always tricked me, when I bought a lot of coins, the coin fall in value
After I sold every single coin I have, XRP reached his ATH I never thought it was possible, when XRP hits number 2, only behind BTC

I never bought XRP since this fact  Grin Grin Grin

i also got a stupid thing on ripple.
but the most stupidity, came from LOOM because it have some unique concept i think,
so i bought it on beginning of june 2018 but the price continue dropping and i sold it for 60% loss, then i buy it again but same thing happened again,
and after it, i quited for 2 month to refresh my stupid brain.
1143  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Facebook's Libra - Implications. on: June 10, 2019, 07:48:00 PM
GlobalCoin , is that name for Facebook altcoins ?
well, as far i know from many many magazine, they want start trials by the end of this year.
also this project already have some preparing about exchange with Coinbase and Gemini exchanges.
and the important,Facebook has been in talks with payments firms including Western Union, Visa, and Mastercard, to back and fund its planned fiat-based cryptocurrency.
what a holy big project.
1144  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: governments vs altcoins on: June 10, 2019, 07:35:57 PM
Altcoins, even Bitcoin is not fully anonymous. It’s semi-anonymous. And this is why if you control the gates and control the amounts of fiat currency swapped for cryptocurrencies you can track, from that point forward, the route the flow of value takes.

well,i think u misunderstanding about what anonymous on cryptocurrencies mean.

Make no mistake. Governments see cryptocurrencies as a coup d’état against the international banking system. And if you own or trade cryptocurrencies, you are viewed from the establishment’s point of view as taking something that is not yours to take — autonomous control of your wealth.

i guess this cases already explained on another topic, its not money fight or crypto fight or some like that.
its a normal , when goverment see crypto at the "Beginning" as a threat.
but now, its not like that.

In 2018 cryptocurrency demand was choked. As Bitcoin supply overwhelmed demand, the price of Bitcoin and other cryptos fell while the big players were quietly accumulating a position.

haha, its that u think ?
i thought its a correction.
also ETH the most total dump since a lot smart contract opened on 2018
1145  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Binance is a threat to the crypto space on: June 10, 2019, 12:01:16 AM
Agree to disagree... whenever power is centered on one person or a group of people, there will always be dictatorships and manipulation.. I see a lot of people celebrating Cz on Twitter for delisting bsv.. but what they don't understand is Cz poses a greater threat to decentralization than faketoshi will ever be... even vitalik buterin agrees to this

https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.coinspeaker.com/vitalik-buterin-bitcoin-sv-scam-binance/amp/

i disagree for now, for now!
as i see,CZ seems normal, i mean he not using their power for something like u say.
and about delisting BSV, craig deserve it.
like u see recently, craig still continue to harashing BNB but CZ seems doesn't care about it.
,whatever craig say about bnb just money loundry place or another negative,CZ still calm.

yes, maybe someday it's can be happened, but hopely its never be happened.
1146  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Mining ETH is now no profit on: June 09, 2019, 09:15:50 PM
Hello everybody,
Mining ETH now seems to be no profit.
I use VGA P106-100 6GB;  6 card
150Mh/s; 750W

Why many people still are mining ETH??

well, its depend how much u pay for powercost,
every country have a different price , on my country per 1 kWh just about +- 0.1 usd
and i use RX 570 4gb x 6 with average hashpower 180MH and Power consumption about 800W
1147  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Speculation Litecoin Prices Rises Higher Before Second Halving Reward on: June 09, 2019, 07:14:01 PM
Litecoin is not about the 'tech' behind it, More about the trust and widespread acceptance/usage, LTC was born over 10 years ago! ETH is not even 4 years old yet, ETH has proven it is NOT immutable (see ETC)
LTC is accepted as payment in millions of places alongside BTC, ETH is not accepted anywhere near on the scale of LTC/BTC and isn't as trusted as them either.

yes like u say, because ETH still younger than LTC, and its just waiting for the time.
ETH will be accepted like LTC or BTC

even the founder of the LTC coin sold all his coins. And I doubt it would have done if they were so valuable. Means this inflated the price all same

yes, i remember when that happened,
instead he want to intend to focus on the project, but it looks like a personal benefit.
1148  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Planning for summer 2019 on: June 09, 2019, 05:47:10 PM
As the summer approaches how is everyone planning. We have depressed mining reward in USD terms. We will not have the need to heat our home.

well,my home already on heat even it's not a summer, lol
and i keep continue keep my home heat more with still mining some ETH.
even it just for small profit,at least i still got some profit.
1149  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Binance is Becoming a Crypto Monopoly on: June 07, 2019, 11:51:16 PM
It's quite dangerous for a centralized exchange to monopolize crypto, from owning bandges to bullets; they want everything to come in contact with their ecosystem before crypto's actually see true success. But, Binance's recent movements is having the inverse effect, they are becoming a truly a dangerous threat to crypto entirely, this is in my opinion and sentiments.

Imagine Binance dictating which cryptos see success and which others fail, that's the direction we're headed in, or how they want us to perceive what Binance actually means. They've done a lot of good for crypto as a whole since they were founded, but CZ is trying to expand and monopolize everything, for: power, money and what's probably most important to him, his fame.

I suggest the community start being critical about these power-house exchanges, especially Bianance since they are the largest by a mile (discounting all fake-exchanges). IEOs are a small indicator towards the centralization of power, giving the big guys the authority to dictate which coins you should be investing in. Crypto was not founded by someone telling you which coins you should invest or not invest in, it's always been a cycle of growth and maturing.

There are ultimately many repercussions that will be seen, for what's occurring right now. They will not been seen in the short-term, but will have lasting implications for crypto as a whole.

Binance is beginning to look a lot like MT. Gox, but for a whole new era.

Edit: For more detailed explanation https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5135400.msg50745817#msg50745817
Edit 2: CZ Believes he can dictate the Bitcoin miners and blockchain, do to Binance's team incompetence. https://www.coindesk.com/binance-may-consider-bitcoin-rollback-following-40-million-hack

well, i like ur opinion, and its already happened,
first,we see the binance academy with they try to learning about crypto then they create BCF a some foundation with blockchain system as a donation payment
and the last as a the new trend is launchpad,
well, as i think for the first, binance really growing fast, but besides that , we know also the effect of it is really strong.
they already come from all sides of the world.we cant ignored it.
and it cant be stopped. well, i just thinking besides CZ like a good guy but he have huge ambition.
hopely he will not going wrong with all of the power he get.
1150  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: BITCOIN SV and BCH on: June 07, 2019, 10:13:01 PM
Bitcoin SV and Bitcoin Cash have experienced tremendous growth in recent times. The simple question from me is which one you will choose to fill your investment wallet in mid 2019. Regardless of the past bear season, what are your hopes for the end of 2019. Both are very good, and difficult for me to choose.  Huh Grin Thank you so much.

damn, of course BCH , since we know roger ver is the most people trying to introduce crypto currency to the world.
well, although i dont like him much, but better than i choosing craig and their shit vision.
1151  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Some IEOs could also turn out to be scam on: June 07, 2019, 04:16:07 PM
As an investor, i cannot participate in IEO conducted by small and new exchanges. The main reason why IEOs are preferred to ICOs is because they are more prone to scam than ICOs, and this is because the exchange validates its legality with their reputation. Imagine Binance or any top exchange conducting a scam project, it will jeopardize their integrity, and these exchanges do not want their integrity in question, so they only offer legit and promising projects IEO. New exchanges do not have the reputation to validate a project, they are just after the profit, SO they might promote a scam project either intentionally or unintentionally.

of course , as i mentioned on many many IEO thread is like that.
for example,
look the yobit , their IEO just nothing than shit.
and of course they just want free money from this trend.
for investor like you,as i know so far, just focuses on binance/bittrex/top 10 exchanges IEO.
1152  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The Justin-Warren Lunch: The Publicity Side on: June 06, 2019, 05:13:16 PM
so what happened on that lunch ?
did Sun say something unique to make buffet think about crypto changed ?
we know already buffet have a negative think for btc or crypto as a rat poison.
i just think Sun try to make some trend, dont blame me btw,its just my own speculation.
nothing will change on that launch.
1153  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Do you think coins that perform a 100% cashback loyalty works? on: June 06, 2019, 05:01:50 PM
Alright

So recently i found out this company, there are actually a MLM company which sells Health Care Products, Healthy products
They are issue-ing their own coins
Supply: 1000,000,000 (1 Billion Token Maximum)
Price : $0.10

This is what they do
You bought a product worth $150, you will get back $150 worth of their token (0.07% per days until 100%(Mature Date))

In this case, it actually benefit their customer more because it is an extra added value for customer because they don't get any tokens in the past but they do get now
So every token you get back 0.07% daily can be spent on the products

However here's the problem, do you think a 100% cashback loyalty program really works?
IMO, they are paying back too much to the customer
100% in the case price always stuck at $0.10

What if the coins went below $0.10 or above $0.10?
What happen then?

Kindly share your view

Thanks
100% cashback just like a dream and can you expect the product will be running smoothly and it will be having a lot of demand? you must remember they pay you a token and this will be very volatile.
I will not put a high expectation for that. Remember where is the company gets its revenue if that's not coming from the product? It will not work for long term operation.

Yeah thats one of the problem that i am actually thinking
In the long run, how would the company pays off if the demand went overboard/over slow down much
Both ways would results both different effects

Imagine
1 Token is currently $0.10
You bought a product for $100, you get back 1,000 ABC token

When token price is now $0.50
To buy a product for $100, you only pay 200 ABC now
If you spent all your 1000 ABC token, you buy $500 worth of product
In fact, it means company might need to self payout $400 worth of product

So that's thing i am wondering how it would pay off eventually

of hell yes, i believe that what u want.
but how about if really happening is different ?
in this case, quality of product is the key.
to be honest i am not support this project , but well, like people say, if u can create money with different thing , why not
we know MLM just a short duration, make u sure u quit before the project close sudden.
1154  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Does Token LEO of Bitfinex Exchange have the potential as BNB? on: June 03, 2019, 06:21:08 PM

Binance dex is promising but not a sure thing. So far volume is very low and also we don't know it will be a success or not.

well, on this cases , its same like EOS and TRON also XLM dex.
still have no good future. recently i buy some their token on their dex exchange, and walla .
whales scared me.

Why I should buy LEO? Holding LEO tokens generate a passive income, or they offer token burning? If yes, then it could have real value backed by Bitfinex´s profit.  Smiley

as far i know , yes indeed.
they have schedule about burning events on ifinex.
"On a monthly basis iFinex and its affiliates will buy back an amount of LEO from the market
equal to a minimum of 27% of the consolidated gross revenues of iFinex from the previous month, in perpetuity until no tokens are in commercial circulation. Repurchases will be made at
then-prevailing market rates. LEO tokens used to pay fees may also be burned"
1155  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Cosmos (ATOM) - It makes sense to buy? on: June 02, 2019, 09:21:21 PM
well, this is some interesting too for me,because their ico has ended on april 2017 and came to market just a few month ago.
so that mean the team stay away from the market almost 2 years, yes its the right choice i guess, since we know 2018 is a big red on crypto market history.
and the price still nice as i see , btw about the ico price its that true about 0.1 usd/each ?
1156  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: CRYPTOPIA SHUTTING DOWN: Investor losses on: June 02, 2019, 09:01:15 PM
The lesson learned is that you should only have that much coins stored on an exchange you need for trades and IMMEDIATLY withdraw them as soon as you finished your trades. Exchanges may shut down from one day to another, happened to a lot of exchanges in the crypto space already.
Some people are just unteachable. A few weeks ago i saw a poll in one of the telegram chat: " where do you store your coins?". And what do you think? Almost half of those who have voted keep their assets on exchanges.

i still do the same thing, because what?
i do it for quick trading if i see some big changes on market graph,
and of course i think twice or even more what exchange i choose for it.
and i never do that in exchange such a cryptopia, nova exchange, livecoin, coinexchange,
i am not saying that all exchange is same, but on this cases, they are have more more unfamiliar coins.
and i just think maybe not safe to saving our asset there.
1157  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: WISE INVESTMENT on: June 02, 2019, 05:41:54 PM
I think the best coin to HODL is still bitcoin ,65% of my money are in bitcoin and the rest on altcoins like ETH and LTC ,gone are the days when you will see 2000% of altcoins ,bullrun has been around for months now and altcoins aren't favouring that much, they will be profitable but not just like 2017 pump

well, all u say its right, but in this cases its about how much money u have, lets say just a 100  bucks, for some like this, better buy a cheap token or coins,
when the bull run its coming i guess more profitable than hold some bitcoin with 100 bucks value.
1158  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Does Token LEO of Bitfinex Exchange have the potential as BNB? on: June 02, 2019, 04:54:41 PM
well, this token very interesting.
have a high enthusiasm from people,as far i see the data based on ico drops the fund raised is 100% so that be 1bln usd
what a huge money, no one like this before as far i know, and it came from private sale.

about the topic, we still cant see its going to bnb V2,altough like that, about sale very private i think the team choose the huge investor for avoid some collapse.
and more interesting fact its total token is pure 100% so that mean no team or company will hold the token, also as i see on whitepaper,no lockup period.
so lets see what will happen next.
1159  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: BEST IEO TO INVEST on: June 02, 2019, 04:36:42 PM
well it depend,
depend how much u have money to invest, depend what exchange category u need .
because recently , IEO just like ICO,its everywhere,
but, if u have a big money to raise for IEO, invest to Binance IEO its a good and probably small chance for loss as far i know.
1160  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do u think about BNB? Worth to buy? on: June 01, 2019, 02:22:35 PM
worth it , for sure. i just believe BNB will be top 5 soon. and what a good about it, because BNB not affected too much by bear market, as far we know, bnb still mooning although market getting bearish.
well, recently we hear some sad news about binance got a hacking, but the prices just drop for few days, after it, like we can see right now.
