The problem is that it depends on how Xabi is managed because eventually after winning the championship and the season starts to change sometimes there are some new adjustments that sometimes it becomes a problem for the club internally. Let's take an example from Serie A where when a club wins the scudetto like Milan in the last 2 seasons and Napoli in the last season we can see about some gaps that occur when the new season starts so it is possible that something like this happens to Leverkusen because we cannot predict with certainty even if this season they played well but there is no guarantee that next season they do with the same situation. The hope is for Leverkusen to continue their positive trend but to do that there needs to be greater chemistry and strengthening of the players in order to survive because for now we can see some of the players that Leverkusen currently have are starting to be looked at by several clubs because of their good performance so when this happens and some adjustments are made to fill the void it could backfire. I hope for something good next season for Leverkusen but I don't want to expect too much just want to enjoy what they and Xabi will do to prepare for next season with the capital of this season's extraordinary results. |
