Xavi has definitely not done anything incredible in my opinion. He has done what any average coach could have done. At least that’s what I think when I look at the coaching of Alonso with Leverkusen. He literally took a club that is in the gutters and made it the king of Bundesliga.

I don't think any coach will be able to do anything if his club is financially constrained, therefore he can only do what he can, but after all he brought Barcelona to La Liga champions last season, so I think he is good enough as a coach at Barcelona and moreover his decision to leave Barcelona was also cancelled, I think he has to think about how next season Barcelona can have the best choice of players to be able to produce good results next season, because they will also compete again in the UCL as well as in other competitions including Laliga .

I think Barcelona should let go of its important players to buy new, younger players, so far many teams have talented young players to fill the main squad for the better, I think players who are old enough don't need to be kept anymore, Barcelona should focus have talented young players to be able to enter the main squad and compete next season, xavi is not as lucky as xabi alonso but i think xavi should be able to manage this team to be better next season and i am sure xavi is trusted to be able to lead Barcelona next season win the Laliga or UCL title. he must be able to take advantage of any situation and make any other decisions to change the team for the better.

Bilbao recent performance was decline because in the last 5 matches Bilbao only able to get 1 win so obviously Bilbao has been lost their consistency and currently they have 6 points below to Atletico Madrid the team from Champion League zone and indeed mathematically it still possible to cut their points gap with Atletico Madrid but i highly doubt Bilbao can able to do that and actually Bilbao upcoming schedules is not too hard because they only facing some of mediocre teams and if they can playing more consistent i think Bilbao can collect points from their opponents

Talking about Bilbao opponent this weekend they will fight against Osasuna i think this is good opportunity to collect 3 points from Osasuna because their recent conditions also not really good because Osasuna has suffering 4 losing streak and the latest is they lost from Betis with scores 2-0 and although if we see based on meeting statistics Osasuna records is more good than Bilbao but i think currently will be different because Bilbao can able to overcomes Osasuna later and i haven't checked the odds yet but i assume the odds for Bilbao win will not too high

In my view Bilbao have failed to compete with Atletico for fourth place because clearly, Bilbao has experienced a decline in performance. Luckily, Bilbao still has safe points with Real Sociedad and Betis and thus, even though Bilbao's performance has declined, but Bilbao's position is safe in fifth position. Also, regarding the next La Liga match, about Bilbao will play at home against Osasuna, I also agree that Osasuna is also in a bad trend recently and as such, of course it will be a good chance for Bilbao to get three points. But, even though Bilbao are also very favorites based on the available odds, but I think it still won't be easy for Bilbao to win this match. Barcelona should understand that even though they have a lot of problems with injuries and they also do not have good enough funds right now, they are still supposed to perform well. No excuse is actually going to be granted to people. Barcelona which is currently defending champions of the La Liga are going to end their miserable season with many on and off the field issues which hurt them badly and things were completely out of the way for them even they give their best but not able to have anything positive from this season which is sad news for them and their fans which were expecting good results after having good end of the last season but injuries and other issues are not helpful for them which prevent them from having better performance specially they were worst into defense because they are having concede most goals in top six teams which are surely not acceptable for their standard and quality.

I understand where you're coming from when you talk about Ten Hag and Man United. Its not been good. But its too easy to blame the boss for this. Squad depth and tactical adaptability arent things that can be changed by one person. This is a mess that wouldnt go away even if the perfect boss came in. It will take time and a rebuild from top to bottom. When it comes to Barcelona, their money is a mess. It makes sense for them to think about moving big names like Lewandowski and De Jong. Gain in the short term for security in the long term? Perhaps. But getting rid of stars like that hurts, especially for a big club like Barcelona. Its hard for everyone.

Athletic Bilbao was the strong candidate for the top four in first half of the season but in last 10 games we have poor run from them which bring them down, and now they are having no chance of finishing into top four because things are not easy while they have to wait for the drop of points from the Atlético Madrid as well which is giving good performance and trying to dominate in last few games of the season.

Now we have easy games for the Athletic Bilbao which is good sign and their spot for the Europa League in next season is also fixed which is another good news for them and their fans but still they needed to have improved their quality for the next season because we are expecting tough challenges at the top specially after having dream end of the season for the Girona which is now having all set for the finishing for the Champions League spot for the next season.
